中药鉴定学实验课程教学改革探讨

面向21世纪，结合中药鉴定学的特点及社会的专业需求，对中药鉴定学实验教学、教学手段、考核机制等现状进行综合分析。以培养既具有丰富的中药性状鉴别经验，又具有熟练利用显微鉴定及理化鉴定知识并且熟练应用现代分析仪器鉴定中药，分析解决中药鉴定工作中各种问题的知识结构全面、合理的人才为目标，对中药鉴定学实验课程教学改革进行探讨。     

枪支鉴定

枪支鉴定是以查明利用枪支作案的犯人为主动课题发展起来的。其鉴定对象有已发射的弹丸、抛出的弹壳、击发发射的枪、射手和目标物上的痕迹等。这项技术诞生于20年代，并随着比较显微镜的开发成熟起来，尽管前70年内没有极大的变化，但近几年由于技术革新及犯罪搜查的要求，开始有了较大的变化。本文介绍枪支鉴定的现状、问题，以及国外的最新技术动向。一、枪支鉴定的对象与存在问题1.鉴定对象枪支鉴定的对象，有枪支、枪部件、枪支使用的实弹及空包弹、枪支发射的弹丸、抛出的弹壳、发射药残渣等证据物件、案件的受害者或受害物状况等。2…     

马蹄金的形态组织鉴定

为开发和利用新药资源，采用性状鉴定和显微鉴定技术，对马蹄金Dichondra repens Forst植物形态、药材性状、组织粉末进行了鉴定，结果表明：马蹄金叶特有的植物形态似马蹄形、叶上下表皮气孔的差异表现为上表皮气孔少，下表皮气孔多；叶下表皮着生二叉状的表皮毛，叶上表皮无表皮毛。粉末中棕黄色木纤维、螺纹导管和孔纹导管等为其主要鉴定特征。     

关于摹仿笔迹鉴定之探索

摹仿笔迹有一定迷惑性，鉴定困难。本文对摹仿笔迹鉴定的科学依据、鉴别和同一认定等问题进行了探讨。     

搞好职业技能鉴定服务运输一线职工

阐述了职业技能鉴定工作在铁路运输管理和安全生产中的重要作用，总结和介绍了大同铁路分局对在职职工进行职业技能鉴定的经验。通过采取加大宣传力度、主动服务运输一线和严格考务管理等措施和手段，有效地提高了职业技能鉴定的效率和质量。     

析论科技档案的鉴定工作

科技档案的鉴定工作同其他科技档案业务工作一样是科技档案工作的一项日常管理工作。科技档案的鉴定决定科技档案的真伪、密级以及存毁等，它决定档案室库藏档案的质量。文章分析了目前鉴定工作不能进行的原因及由此带来的危害，提出了进行科技档案鉴定工作时应注意的事项。     

“阻燃型透明硝基漆的研制”通过成果鉴定

华南理工大学化工与能源学院刘小鸿副教授等和广东嘉宝莉化工有限公司共同承担的“阻燃型透明硝基漆的研制”项目于2004年6月3日通过了由广东省科技厅组织、江门市科技局主持的科技成果鉴定．鉴定委员会审阅了项目组所提交的鉴定材料，听取了研究工作报告、技术总结报告、检测报告、用户使用情况报告和查新报告等，经认真的讨论，一致认为：

论摹仿签名笔迹的特点及同一认定的规范

为了规范摹仿签名的同一认定，本文结合鉴定的实践就签名笔迹的特点，摹仿签名笔迹与正常签名笔迹的异同，系统的识别方法和同一认定的规范等问题进行探讨，以利该类笔迹的科学鉴定和鉴定结论的科学规范。     

“改善聚合物驱提高采收率方法及其接替技术”达到国际先进水平

由石油大学石油工程学院李爱芬副教授等人完成的“改善聚合物驱提高采收率方法及其接替技术”日前通过鉴定。鉴定委员会一致认为，该项成果总体上达到国际先进水平，建议进一步扩大现场应用。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
