平面钢闸门制造工艺浅析

加工工艺对高强度15-5PH钢力学性能与侵彻性能的影响

为获得加工工艺对高强度钢性能的影响,选取激光选区熔化（selective laser melting,SLM）和锻造工艺加工弹丸,通过镜像观测、准静态、SHPB和混凝土侵彻等研究手段,对比分析了三种SLM制造工艺以及锻造工艺对于15-5PH钢性能的影响.结果表明,SLM技术细化了15-5PH钢组织的晶粒,SLM成型的15-5PH钢力学性能有提升,其中SLM-B工艺的提升效果明显,SLM-B成型的15-5PH钢的准静态屈服强度相较于锻造工艺提升幅度达13.1%;其动态屈服强度相较于锻造工艺钢提高了9.0%;且SLM-B工艺对弹丸抗磨蚀性能最好.试验结果表明SLM工艺提高了15-5PH钢力学性能和抗磨蚀能力.     

Q&P工艺对中碳Ti-Mo高强钢机械性能的改善研究

为改善中碳Ti-Mo高强马氏体钢的机械性能,分别采用传统淬火-回火(QT)、一步和两步Q&P工艺对Ti-Mo钢进行热处理,结合SEM、XRD、TEM、EDS和力学性能测试等手段,对比研究了不同工艺处理后Ti-Mo钢的微观组织和力学性能.结果表明,QT工艺处理后,Ti-Mo钢组织为回火马氏体,经Q&P工艺处理后,钢的显微...

根据相关标准对50钢车轴性能的要求,分别在实验室和生产现场进行热处理实验,确定了50钢车轴最佳的热处理工艺参数。试生产结果表明,用该工艺处理的50钢车轴性能指标可以达到相关标准的要求,并且工艺的稳定性较好。     

半钢的热加工

本文研究了半钢材料的热加工性。给出了半钢热加工的工艺参数、组织和性能。并以大型铸锭为例,实施了半钢的锻造工艺和轧辊产品的试制,取得了良好的结果。

利用回归分析方法，给出了一个能够描述４０ＣｒＮｉ钢回火过程的新的经验公式，利用该公式可以方便地确定４０ＣｒＮｉ钢的回火工艺。同时，提出了一种确定淬火钢回火工艺的新方法。     

化学成分与热轧工艺对15MnV钢组织性能的影响

在实验室条件下研究了化学成分与热轧工艺对１５ＭｎＶ钢组织性能的影响。结果表明，只要成分与热轧工艺控制适当，将该钢的锰含量降至１．２％是可能的。得出了１５ＭｎＶ钢降锰生仍满足规定的力学性能要求的相应合适成分与热轧工艺。     

不同Cr-Mo钢现场焊接工艺探讨

针对石化工业中出现的Cr-Mo钢焊接接头碳迁移现象 ,采用模拟的方法 ,对不同Cr -Mo钢材料异种钢焊接接头进行了工艺性探讨。结果表明 :采用合理的焊接工艺和热处理工艺能获得较为满意的焊接接头     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
