以新鲜山野菜蕨菜为代表原料,采用真空冷冻干燥工艺对其进行保鲜.采用对比实验和正交试验的方法确定了在冻干蕨菜的护色工艺参数、冻干物料的厚度、预冻结温度等主要参数,并对比了恒压法和循环压力法冻干蕨菜的工艺路线,通过冻干曲线扣相关数据分析确定最佳的冻干工艺路线,保证了冻干产品的质量,提高冻干设备的利用率,降低了山野菜的冻干成本.  相似文献

为明确直投式发酵剂制备过程中菌体细胞存活率的变化,选择植物乳杆菌R23为实验菌,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和正交试验等手段对收集条件、预冻条件和冻干时间等进行研究。结果表明,植物乳杆菌R23优化收集时间为15h,此时菌量达到最大且活力较高;在优化的离心条件下菌体细胞存活率达92.4%,其中离心力起关键作用;采用梯度预冻即-20,-40,-80℃各1,2,3h,可使物料达到较优冻结效果;发酵剂物料冻干至水质量分数为1.20%时最有利于贮藏。研究在明确菌剂制备关键因素对菌体细胞干预机制的基础上,还获得了适宜的制备条件,对直投式发酵剂的规模化生产具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

秸秆经过发酵剂发酵,可使粗纤维降解为小分子物质。同时,经乳酸菌、醋酸菌等作用产生大量有杀菌抑菌作用的有机酸,使得秸秆饲料得以长期保存。目前,市售的专用发酵剂是一种浓缩型菌种,其并未对特定秸秆发酵条件进行具体说明。本试验采用专用发酵剂对玉米秸秆进行发酵降解,利用二次通用旋转回归试验设计,优化发酵剂降解玉米秸秆的工艺条件。试验结果表明:玉米秸秆经专用发酵剂降解,其最佳工艺条件是发酵时间5.3 d,发酵温度31.4℃,含水量62.0%,接种量1.87%。在上述条件下,玉米秸秆中粗纤维的降解率可达44.69%。  相似文献

为制备直投式乳酸发酵剂,通过综合运用复合生长培养基、缓冲盐法及化学中和法,利用正交实验的设计方法,对乳酸菌的增菌培养进行了研究.试验结果表明,以1%的胡萝卜汁作为生长促进剂,加0.5%K2HPO4作为缓冲盐,接种量为3%,培养温度37℃,培养过程用30%Na2CO3溶液作中和剂,将pH值控制在6.3,培养7~8 h后,可使乳酸菌的活菌数达到109的数量极.与普通的液体发酵剂相比,获得了显著的浓缩效果.  相似文献

研究以魔芋精粉和鲜牛奶为原料制备功能性酸奶的工艺优化,采用磷酸法提纯魔芋精粉并以直投式发酵剂进行发酵。在单因素实验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken响应面法得出功能性魔芋酸乳制备的最佳工艺条件为:糖添加量6.14%,发酵剂添加量6.71%,魔芋精粉添加量0.43%,发酵时间4h。直投式发酵剂具有类型多、活力强的优点,采用此发酵剂制备魔芋酸乳的过程简单,容易推广。  相似文献

利用嗜酸乳杆菌、戊糖片球菌、青春双歧杆菌发酵剂对甘蓝进行乳酸发酵,经三天即可得到质地优良、风味独特。富含大量活性乳酸菌的酸菜。研究确定的最佳工艺条件为:发酵温度37℃,原料菜中加入食用蔗糖3%,食盐2%.液体菌种的接种量为2%。用此工艺制得的成品酸菜经真空包装后在常温下贮藏30天,其中的青春双歧杆菌数不少于10个/g。  相似文献

研究采用外观、色泽、再分散性、胶体性、粒径变化及其粒度分布作为指标综合评定,考察PEG-PLGA嵌段共聚物纳米粒冷冻干燥工艺,并研究工艺中冻干保护剂的使用对冻干效果的影响,筛选出适合的冻干方法.实验结果表明,采用麦芽糖作为冻干保护剂,并在浓度为4%条件下所制备得到的纳米粒质量较优良,复水合后采用激光粒度仪测定粒径大小及其分布,平均粒径为255.5±55nm,PDI范围为0.221±0.085.上述实验结果提示,PEG-PLGA空白纳米粒冷冻干燥工艺可以成功制备出质量稳定的冻干纳米粒,为进一步载药研究奠定基础.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
