抗氧化剂作用机制研究进展 总被引:35,自引:0,他引:35
研究发现有机体的多种疾病都与自由基对机体的氧化损伤有关.机体通过自我产生或者从外界摄取的方式获得SOD、过氧化氢酶等内源性抗氧化剂和中草药、维生素、微量元素等外源性抗氧化剂,这些抗氧化剂对自由基的损害构成了一个天然的屏障.不同的抗氧化剂清除自由基的方式不同,丹参酮等是通过直接清除自由基而起作用,过氧化氢酶等是通过转化有害自由基为无害物质的方式起作用,硒、锗等是通过与其他物质协同的方式起作用的.另外人们已经合成了BHA、BHT等多种合成抗氧化剂.了解抗氧化剂的作用机制,对于抗氧化药物的研究开发具有重要的意义.本文综述了几类具有代表性的抗氧化剂的作用机制. 相似文献
