浅析中国律师的定性

中国律师的定性很是模糊，有许多学者对律师的评价不是很高。诚然，要评价某个现象存在的好坏定然要将其放入一个特定的环境下，笔者觉得现阶段对律师的这一描述有失偏颇。

折旧作为工程项目现金流量的构成要素，其大小对工程项目的经济性评价有很大影响．对于同一个项目，采用不同的折旧方法提取折旧，可得出不同的评价指标．本就三种折旧方法对项目评价指标的影响进行了比较分析，指出折旧方法的选用，都是由利率和资产有效寿命期末残值与原值的比率确定的．

一个新的Riossler混沌系统

为了对混沌现象以及本质从理论和实际有一个基本的认识，在Rossler系统的基础上，通过混沌反馈控制方法构造了一种新的Rossler混沌系统．利用理论分析、数值仿真和Lyapunov指数谱图对这个新的混沌系统进行了分析．并根据Lyapunov指数谱图对它的参数进行控制，可以让其分别工作在不同的状态，即周期状态，类周期状态，混沌态．     

一种基于噪声模型的语音/噪声分类方法

提出了一种可用于嵌入式ASR系统的语音/噪声分类的新方法，该方法利用一个噪声模型，对每帧信号的评价值进行语音/噪声分类．实验表明，该方法可以有效地区分语音和噪声，并表现出在各种噪声环境和不同信噪比条件下的鲁棒性．该算法已经集成进一个ASR系统，并在Corn-paq iPAQ上进行了测试，其计算代价不到整个系统代价的10％．     

用切削力矢量轨迹实时识别颤振状态

针对立铣加工过程中影响加工精度、效率和刀具寿命的切削颤振现象提出切削力矢量轨迹分散值评价法，并与传统的快速富里叶变换法（ＦＦＴ）进行比较．用ＦＦＴ分析时，需要预先采集大量数据，难于对机床加工过程实时控制；用切削力矢量轨迹分散值的计算方法，仅对机床主轴一个回转周期中的切削力信号进行采集，通过时域分析，快速评价机床的切削状态，可作为自动化加工过程实时监控的手段．     

应用AHP合理构建高校教师课堂教学评价体系

高校教师课堂教学评价体系的构建，是高校教学质量监控和评价的一个重要环节，因此建立规范、科学、操作性强的课堂教学质量评价体系，对保证和稳步提高教学质量起着举足轻重的作用．文章从课堂教学评价体系建立的基本原则出发，通过AHP法对教师课堂教学评估指标体系的确立及对其权重进行合理分配，从而为构建教师课堂教学评价体系提供了科学的依据．     

心理动态特征评价基准的研究

首先对心理动态特征进行了定义，然后通过对中国人的UK心理测验的结果进行随机抽样，利用最小二乘法确定了一种对心理动态特征进行有效评价的评价基准．该评价基准不但能反映心理动态特征的共性，还能根据被测者的UK作业量曲线方便地计算出被测验者的评价基准曲线，从而对受测者进行心理动态特征的评价．最后通过一个具体事例对该评价过程做了说明．该方法也可以应用到uK心理测验的数据自动化处理中。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
