蒙药益肾十七味丸和西药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的:观察蒙药益肾十七味丸和西药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法:对40例慢性盆腔炎的患者采用蒙药益肾十七味丸和西药抗生素结合治疗并与对照组40例单纯用西药治疗进行比较.结果:治疗组中痊愈3 1例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95％.对照组中痊愈28例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率80％,两者有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论:蒙药益肾十七味丸和西药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎安全、可靠,且较单纯西药治疗疗效显著,还能避免长期使用抗生素引起的耐药性问题.     

蒙药哈它嘎其-7治疗宫颈糜烂效果观察

目的：探讨蒙药哈它嘎其-7治疗宫颈糜烂（CE）的临床疗效.方法：选择宫颈糜烂患者52例,病程3个月以上,曾用西药或中药治疗而未用过蒙药者,给予外用蒙药观察疗效.结果：外用蒙药治疗有效率达94.2%.结论：蒙药治疗宫颈糜烂治愈率高,复发率明显降低,副作用小,价格低廉,值得更多的临床医生了解并在临床中推广应用.     

十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证临床疗效观察

目的：观察十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.方法：将入选病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用十味龙胆花颗粒,对照组服用芩暴红止咳颗粒.观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,评价十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.结果：中医证候疗效分析十味龙胆花颗粒组临床痊愈74例,显效66例,有效22例,无效4例,痊愈率44.578%,愈显率84.337%;芩暴红止咳颗粒组痊愈16例,显效26例,有效11例,无效3例,痊愈率28.571%,愈显率75.00%.总痊愈率十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组（P<0.05）.主要症状疗效分析：十味龙胆花颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈95例,显效10例,有效51例,无效11例,痊愈率57.229%,愈显率63.253%;芩暴红止咳颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈18例,显效6例,有效20例,无效12例,痊愈率32.143%,愈显率42.857%.十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组（P<0.05）.结论：十味龙胆花颗粒有较好的止咳作用,对痰热壅肺证有良好的临床疗效.     

基于数据挖掘及网络药理学探究枳壳治疗功能性消化不良的研究

目的：以“功能性消化不良”和“枳壳”为关键词，在医院收集到使用频次较高的数味药物，并对其治疗功能性消化不良疾病进行分析，研究枳壳治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制。方法：收集临床功能性消化不良疾病相关数据，运用中医传承计算平台3.0对其进行数据分析。并以枳壳为关键词，利用中药系统药理学(TCMSP)数据库挖掘枳壳潜在活性成分，预测相关作用靶点，进行相关通路的分析。结果：枳壳以及功能性消化不良两者的数据在四气、五味、归经的雷达图高度一致。接着利用网络药理学筛选出枳壳活性成分5个，相关作用靶点40个；功能性消化不良相关疾病靶点5 358个；利用韦恩图筛选出枳壳的成分靶点与疾病靶点，得到29个相交靶点；GO富集分析得到条目50个；KEGG通路分析得到56条相关通路。结论：枳壳中的活性成分是通过与关键靶点相结合，从而起到了改善其功能性消化不良的治疗作用，且分析中枳壳具有多成分与多靶点及多通路的特点，可为未来枳壳进一步的实验验证、临床性应用研究提供科学理论及参考依据。     

蒙药治疗80例寻常型银屑病临床观察

目的：观察蒙药珍宝丸等对寻常型银屑病的疗效.方法：将80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例;治疗组口服珍宝丸等蒙药进行治疗,对照组口服银屑灵膏治疗,一个疗程21天,共4个疗程.观察皮损,记录PASI评分,评定疗效.结果：治疗组痊愈24例,显效8例,好转5例,无效3例,总有效率80.0%;对照组痊愈10例,显效16例,好转9例,无效5例总有效率65.0%.结论：蒙药治疗优于中药治疗.     

蒙药配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎56例观察

目的:探讨蒙药配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:对56例膝关节骨性关节炎采用蒙药珍宝丸、风湿二十五味丸、嘎迪五味丸治疗的基础上配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗.结果:56例中,临床治愈5例(8.93%),显效45例(80.35%),有效5例(8.93%),无效1例(1.78%),总有效率98.21%.结论:蒙药口服配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能起到标本兼治的作用,疗效显著.     

蒙药治疗慢性骨髓炎68例观察

目的：观察蒙药治疗慢性骨髓炎的疗效.方法：对68例慢性骨髓炎患者,应用巴特尔-7、通拉嘎-5、森登-4等蒙药复方内服辩证施治.结果：痊愈60例,占88.24%;好转5例,占7.35%;无效3例,占4.41%;总有效率为95.59%.结论：蒙医药治疗慢性骨髓炎具有疗效高、复发率低、安全、方便等优点.     

普瑞博思治疗功能性消化不良80例疗效小结

用普瑞博思（西沙比利）治疗８０例功能性消化不良患者并进行疗效和安全性观察，结果显示普瑞博思能使餐后饱胀、腹胀、早饱、上腹痛、恶心等消化不良症状有明显改善，总有效率为９１．２５％。观察表明普瑞博思对治疗功能性消化不良有明显疗效，是一种安全、有效的全胃肠道促动力药。     

外用溃疡散治疗宫颈纳氏囊肿的疗效观察

目的：观察外用溃疡散治疗宫颈纳氏囊肿的临床效果.方法：选择宫颈纳氏囊肿患者140例,随机分治疗组70例,采用应用注射器针头配合蒙药外用溃疡散治疗1~3个疗程,对照组70例采用应用注射器针头配合修正消糜栓治疗1~3个疗程,观察其疗效.结果：治疗组70例,治愈54例,好转11例,无效5例,有效率92.86%;对照组70例,治愈49例,好转8例,无效13例,有效率81.43%.结论：注射器针头配合蒙药外用溃疡散治疗宫颈纳氏囊肿疗效显著,无明显的不良反应,是目前治疗宫颈纳氏囊肿的一个新的有效的治疗方法.     

用乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病400例疗效观察

目的：观察蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效．方法：将400例乳腺囊性增生病病人分为两组，治疗组300例用蒙药治疗，对照组100例用中药乳癖消治疗．结果：蒙药有效率为98％，中药有效率为70％，两组间具有显著性差异．结论：蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效显著．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
