观察分析血常规检验中采集末梢血、静脉血两种不同血液样本的应用效果。研究对象从2018年1月~2018年12月期间在高台县人民医院接受健康体检人员中随机选取48例,采集48例健康体检者末梢血、静脉血,统一进行血常规检验,对比2组血常规检验结果,分析不同时间静脉血血常规检验结果。结果:2组红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB)检验结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);RBC、WBC、HGB三项指标不同时间检验结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),PLT此项指标0h、1h、3h不同时间检验结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),6h检验结果明显降低(P0.05)。血常规检验采集静脉血作为血液样本,其测定结果更加优异,同时具有更为满意的稳定性。  相似文献

探讨末梢血与静脉血不同血液采集方式在血常规检验中的应用效果。选取天水市第四人民医院接收的行血常规检验的患者118例,且每例患者均分别采集末梢血与静脉血各1份,其中将118例静脉血样本作为静脉血组,将118例末梢血样本作为末梢血组。比较2组血常规检测结果。静脉血组WBC、MCH数值较末梢血组低(P0.05),RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT、MCHC及MCV数值较末梢血组高(P0.05);分析静脉血样本不同时间段检测结果发现,3h内检测与即刻检测比较,WBC、RBC、PLT与MXD数值均无明显差异(P0.05),6h后检测与即刻检测比较,WBC、RBC差异不大(P0.05),PLT数值有所下降(P0.05),MXD数值有所升高(P0.05)。临床上使用不同血液采集方式进行血常规检测,其检测结果存在一定程度的差异。但相较于末梢血检测而言,静脉血检测结果准确率更高。因此,应采集静脉血进行血常规检测。与此同时,血常规检测结果受采集后样本放置时间影响,故为避免误差,应在3h内完成血常规检测工作。  相似文献

分析血液检验在贫血患者中的鉴别诊断与临床意义。选取2018年7月—2020年1月医院收治的贫血患者150例作为研究组,将其分为缺铁性贫血组、地中海贫血组各75例,另选取同期来院体检的健康人群75例作为对照组。比较2组血液检测指标,地中海贫血组和缺铁性贫血组血液检测指标、叶酸、维生素B12、铁蛋白指标。RBC、RBC/MCV无统计学意义(P>0.05),平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、血红蛋白(Hb)低于对照组(P<0.05),RDW高于对照组(P<0.05);MCV无统计学意义(P>0.05),缺铁性贫血组MCH、RDW高于地中海贫血组(P<0.05),RBC、Hb、RBC/MCV低于地中海贫血组(P<0.05);研究组叶酸,维生素B12,铁蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在贫血患者的鉴别诊断过程当中,血液检验具有一定的临床意义,更好地帮助医生做出准确的临床诊断,应当进一步推广应用。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验研究了黑土Cd单一污染和Cd-豆磺隆复合污染胁迫与上壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性的关系,同时分为拔节期、开花期和成熟期三个时期研究了在有或无污染物作用下这2种酶活性的动态变化规律.结果表明,无论是在有或无豆磺隆胁迫下,随着Cd污染浓度的增加,脲酶活性呈现出明显的下降趋势,酸性磷酸酶活性变化相对于脲酶比较稳定.通过拟合方程可知,2种酶活性变化在一定程度上可以反映Cd或Cd-豆磺隆的污染状况.在小麦的整个生长期内,当Cd污染浓度为5、10、30 mg·kg-1时,2种酶活性均呈现先升高后下降的趋势;而在高浓度(50、100mg·kg-1)Cd作用下,2种酶活性始终呈现升高的趋势.  相似文献

目的:探讨高强度训练(HIT)与高负荷训练(HVT),对健美操运动员组织损伤的影响.方法:针对健美操选手进行为期12周高强度复合式训练,并于运动前、训练中、训练后对受试者血清肌肉损伤的生化指标、体脂率等进行监测.结果:(1)高强度复合式训练能显著降低受试者体质量、体脂、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及尿素氮浓度;(2)提升血液葡萄糖、乳酸、肌酸酐浓度,增强天门冬胺酸转胺酶及肌酸激酶活性;(3)血液中的肌肉损伤指标值的提升与体脂下降率呈负相关,这暗示高强度复合式训练有利于肌肉再生,从而促使脂肪组织下降.结论:12周高强度复合式训练使健美操选手体脂明显减少、血液中肌肉损伤指标值提升,表明该训练方式可以促使肌肉再生,吸引全身含碳资源重新分配,使脂肪组织下降、肌肉组织增加,强度越高,碳资源重新分配效果越好.  相似文献

利用分光光度计法对西宁市动物园饲养的5只藏马鸡进行了血液生化分析,研究了藏马鸡在感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫(Eimeria tenella)后15项指标的变化情况。结果表明:RBC显著降低(P〈0.01),而PCV和WBC较正常值也下降;血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均降低,球蛋白含量升高,且差异极显著(P〈0.01);谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P〈0.01);钙离子浓度升高,但差异不显著(P〈0.05),氯离子浓度降低且差异极显著(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

选用SD雄性大鼠,分为安静对照组(QC组)、运动对照组(EC组)和运动加α-硫辛酸组(EPL组),每组8只。第6周最后1天取股四头肌,制备线粒体样品,分别测试大鼠股四头肌线粒体抗氧化指标、表征线粒体功能的标志酶活性,探讨线粒体营养素α-硫辛酸(ɑ-LA)对大鼠股四头肌线粒体抗氧化能力与能量代谢标志酶活性的影响。结果显示,EC组、EPL组抗氧化酶活性与QC组比较下降(P0.01或P0.05);与EC组比较,EPL组抗氧化酶活性上升(P0.05或P0.01)。与QC组比较,EC组、EPL组MDA和H2O2含量升高(P0.01);与EC组比较,EPL组MDA和H_2O_2的含量下降(P0.01)。与QC比较,EC组和EPL组三种ATPase活性下降(P0.01或P0.05);与EC组比较,EPL组三种ATPase活性上升(P0.05或P0.01)。与QC组比较,EC组功能标志酶活性下降(P0.05或P0.01),EPL组功能标志酶活性下降(P0.05);与EC组比较,EPL组功能标志酶活性上升(P0.05或P0.01)。EPL组大鼠运动至疲劳的时间延长30.05%。结果表明,α-LA对运动训练大鼠体重增长无不良影响,对线粒体的结构与功能具有维护作用,可保证线粒体的氧化供能效率,提高大鼠的有氧运动水平,具有较强的抗疲劳功效。  相似文献

目的:探讨动物腹泻时血液生理生化指标的变化,为临床诊断提供依据.方法:运用i-STAT血气分析仪,测定了15例腹泻犊牛血液pH、Hb、TCO2、PCO2、PO2、HCO3-、SO2、BEecf、HcT、血液细胞的MCH、MCHC、RDW、WBC、LYM、MID、GRN、RBC、HGB、HcT、MCV和电解质Na+、K+指标.结果:腹泻犊牛的PCO2、HcT、SO2、MCHC、HGB、WBC(P<0.01)、MID(P<0.01)、HcT、MCV显著高于健康牛;而MCH、GRN、RBC也都低于健康奶牛.结论:犊牛腹泻时其血液细胞成分和血气指标发生显著的变化.  相似文献

分析血液常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用效果。从兰州市第三人民医院2015年2月-2017年3月收治贫血患者中抽取84例作为观察组,按贫血类型分成两组:地中海贫血组、缺铁性贫血组,并将同期体检健康者40例作为对照组,对其进行血液常规检验,统计检验结果。地中海贫血组患者的红细胞、红细胞分布宽度高于缺铁性贫血组,缺铁性贫血组患者RBC/MCV指标高于地中海贫血组和对照组,对照组血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、红细胞平均体积高于观察组,组间统计有意义(P0.05);地中海贫血组患者符合率为78.6%,灵敏度为92.9%,特异性为69.0%。缺铁性贫血组患者符合率为81.0%,灵敏度为95.2%,特异性为71.4%,组间统计有意义(P0.05)。贫血鉴别诊断中实施血液常规检查,不但能保证检验结果,还能为疾病诊断提供便利,值得应用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
