本文介绍了国家ＣＩＭＳ工程研究中心（ＣＩＭＳＥＲＣ）开发的递阶控制系统仿真器ＡＨＣＳＥ。文中首先分析了递阶控制系统的结构的特点及其一般的建模方法，在此基础上介绍ＡＨＣＳＥ基于Ａｄａ语言的递阶建模框架，结构化非语言建模环境，实时监控及动画显示功能，最后给出了国家ＣＩＭＳＥＲＣ的一个应用实例。

企业信息体系研究初探

近年来,国内外学者总结了ＭＩＳ、ＤＳＳ和ＥＳ等企业信息系统研制和应用中的经验教训,认为它们达不到预期效果的主要原因是：缺乏从企业战略高度来规划和设计信息系统,忽视了信息技术应用、信息系统开发与组织结构、人员、知识结构等的密切关联,由此提出了建立企业信息体系结构的设想。本论文分析了ＥＩＡ提出的深刻背景,在此基础上进一步明确了ＥＩＡ的概念,提出了ＥＩＡ五维模型和实现ＥＩＡ的六步骤十八过程的理论框架．目前信息系统的发展已十分复杂,这使得对于ＥＩＡ的研究不能仅局限于计算机技术方面的知识与技能,而应该广泛地从各学科领域汲取精华,如信息资源管理、全面质量管理、信息工程、企业过程重组等,以全面深刻地研究ＥＩＡ的内涵和外延．

Perspectives on executive information systems

Executives who consider the acquisition of Executive Information Systems (EIS) may encounter several major problems already in their selection and introduction stages. Key issues are the following: Can the EIS's really match our managerial needs and support decision making in our organizational contingencies? How widely in the leadership levels can they be introduced? Are they easy-to-learn, easy-to-use and easily customizable? Do they utilize the newest information technology, e.g. graphics and modern interface technology? Can they work in our computer network? In order to facilitate elegant solutions of the selection problems, we construct an evaluation framework which guides the selection of an EIS product to match the managerial needs according to the organizational contingencies. This framework is useful immediately after the specification of the decision making support requirements of the executive. The effectiveness of the framework is shown by applying it and analyzing 13 EIS products. We also offer introduction and use experiences from four English and four Finnish large companies covering the opinions of 132 EIS users. In this paper we give general answers to the questions above and discuss other relevant issues.

基于平均横切效率的信息产业效率分析与评价

构造了用于评价信息产业效率的平均横切效率模型,在此基础上,对1993～1999年间我国信息产业的生产效率进行了定量计算,并对其效率做了综合分析,提出了我国信息产业的生产效率虽有波动,但总的趋势是好的;验证了信息产业的生产效率与它的高投入、高产出特性是相符合的结论。     

支持动态企业模型的MAS模型及其获取方法

为了提高企业信息系统的柔性 ,本文首先提出了一种支持动态企业模型的多 Agent系统( MAS)模型 ,该模型包括两层 :组织结构层和业务处理层 .由于充分利用了 MAS所具有的自主能力、社交能力、反应能力和行为理性等特点 ,该模型能根据企业的动态组织结构、业务流程进行动态调整 ,从而有效提高了基于此模型建立的信息系统对动态企业模型的适应能力并延长其生命期 ;然后结合信息工程论和面向对象方法提出了基于主题的 MAS模型获取方法 ,它从企业行为的功能主题出发进行分析 ,获取相应的 MAS模型 .最后介绍了上述方法的应用实例.

An Holistic Approach to the Management of Information Systems Development—A View Using a Soft Systems Approach and Multiple Viewpoints

This paper argues that only a systems-based approach to information systems development is likely to cover all the recognized problem issues reported in the literature. It is then shown that software development can be characterized by the structure of the Soft Systems Methodology, so that this methodology acts as a metaphor for the process of information systems development. The structure of this methodology can be seen at lower levels of the development process, and so the model generated here is seen as recursive. Further, information systems development is seen as an unstructured business problem that can be characterized by the Multiple Viewpoint approach. The connections between this approach and the methodology are identified. Finally, the unifying link between these approaches and all forms of action research is identified.     

Breaking the Monolith: Strategy,Variety, and Performance of Enterprise Information Systems

This paper intends to understand the form of implementations of Enterprise Information Systems (EISs). EISs are usually provided as packaged software products. Due to the diversities of implementations, EISs are often characterized by their system architectures. A conceptual framework is proposed to delineate the diversity and dynamics of EIS implementations. This framework is constituted of three components, EIS strategy, variety, and process-level performance (SVP). In particular, the variety of implementations is defined by two constructs, application scope and application depth. A Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling approach is applied to test the hypotheses according to the survey data from 223 project reports of EIS implementations in China. The results show that the EIS strategy and variety can both affect the performance of the implemented EISs. Specifically, application depth has an important mediating effect on the relationship between EIS strategy and performance. EIS strategy and application depth are breakthrough points to improve the performance of the implemented EISs. These findings suggest that the variety plays a central and effective role in the analysis of EIS implementations. This SVP framework highlights the interconnections among its components and captures the form of EIS implementations.

A multiperspective systems-based framework for decision support systems design

This paper reviews the dominant approaches to the design of decision support systems with reference to recent developments in information technology. The complexities and difficulties of the various developments are also discussed and their implications explored. A multiperspective, systems-based framework is presented which aims to lessen these difficulties. The framework is based on the theory and concepts of critical systems thinking.
