为提升战时合成部队备件保障效能,需对其进行有效分类,以便开展备件的预储预置。针对备件种类多、时效性强、影响分类因素复杂的现实问题,提出了基于改进的局部保持投影的备件分类方法。首先,根据战时备件分类储备的影响因素,作为备件分类的特征指标,其次,利用改进的局部保持投影的降维方法对备件原始特征数据进行特征降维,得到低维特征向量。再利用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)的分类器对低维数据进行分类。并通过量子粒子群对SVM的核函数参数进行寻优,提升备件分类精度,得到满足备件分类准确率最优时的降维维数和分类器参数。最后,通过对演习装备备件分类的实例分析,验证了模型的可行性和合理性,并对比分析了其他分类方法,表明该方法能够较好地解决战时备件分类的问题。  相似文献

Due to the nonlinearity and nonstationary of hydropower market data, a novel hybrid learning paradigm is proposed to predict hydropower consumption, by incorporating firefly algorithm(FA) into least square support vector regression(LSSVR), i.e., FA-based LSSVR model. In the novel model, the powerful and effective artificial intelligence(AI) technique, i.e., LSSVR, is employed to forecast hydropower consumption. Furthermore, a promising AI optimization tool, i.e., FA, is especially introduced to address the crucial but difficult task of parameters determination in LSSVR(e.g.,hyper and kernel function parameters). With the Chinese hydropower consumption as sample data,the empirical study has statistically confirmed the superiority of the novel FA-based LSSVR model to other benchmark models(including existing popular traditional econometric models, AI models and similar hybrid LSSVRs with other popular parameter searching tools), in terms of level and directional accuracy. The empirical results also imply that the hybrid FA-based LSSVR learning paradigm with powerful forecasting tool and parameters optimization method can be employed as an effective forecasting tool for not only hydropower consumption but also other complex data.  相似文献

String kernels are popular tools for analyzing protein sequence data and they have been successfully applied to many computational biology problems.The traditional string kernels assume that different substrings are independent.However,substrings can be highly correlated due to their substructure relationship or common physico-chemical properties.This paper proposes two kinds of weighted spectrum kernels:The correlation spectrum kernel and the AA spectrum kernel.We evaluate their performances by predicting glycan-binding proteins of 12 glycans.The results show that the correlation spectrum kernel and the AA spectrum kernel perform significantly better than the spectrum kernel for nearly all the 12 glycans.By comparing the predictive power of AA spectrum kernels constructed by different physico-chemical properties,the authors can also identify the physicochemical properties which contributes the most to the glycan-protein binding.The results indicate that physico-chemical properties of amino acids in proteins play an important role in the mechanism of glycan-protein binding.  相似文献

The growing importance of the service economy during the last 40 years has raised the need for new tools for designing and managing services. As a result, several authors have developed service classification systems, in order to better understand the nature of service operations and provide methods and tools to improve service efficiency and quality. This paper exploits the work resulting from service classification systems and identifies the principal attributes to be considered in service management. The tool introduced for this purpose is the Service Attribute-Process Matrix (SAPM), which uses selected results from existing service classification schemes to investigate the importance of the significant service attributes to major processes of the service life cycle.  相似文献

Empirical-likelihood-based inference for parameters defined by the general estimating equations of Qin and Lawless(1994) remains an active research topic. When the response is missing at random(MAR) and the dimension of covariate is not low, the authors propose a two-stage estimation procedure by using the dimension-reduced kernel estimators in conjunction with an unbiased estimating function based on augmented inverse probability weighting and multiple imputation(AIPW-MI) methods. The authors show that the resulting estimator achieves consistency and asymptotic normality. In addition, the corresponding empirical likelihood ratio statistics asymptotically follow central chi-square distributions when evaluated at the true parameter. The finite-sample performance of the proposed estimator is studied through simulation, and an application to HIV-CD4 data set is also presented.  相似文献

在线极端学习机(online sequential extreme learning machine,OSELM)模型在解决动态数据实时分类问题时,无需批量计算,仅保留前一时刻训练模型,根据当前时刻样本调整原有模型即可。然而,该增量方法在离线训练阶段随机指定隐层神经元使模型鲁棒性差,且求解过程难以拓展于核方法,降低了分类效果。针对上述问题,提出一种基于自组合核的在线极端学习机(self compounding kernel online sequential extreme learning machine,SCK OSELM)模型。首先,提出一种新的自组合核(self compounding kernel,SCK)方法,构建样本不同核空间的非线性特征组合,该方法可被应用于其他监督核方法中。其次,以稀疏贝叶斯为理论基础将训练数据的先验分布作为模型权值引入,并利用超参调整权值后验分布,从而达到对当前时间点参数稀疏的目的。最后,将稀疏得到的参数并入下一时刻运算。对动态数据的实时分类实验表明,该方法是一种有效的增量学习算法。相比于OSELM,该方法在解决动态数据实时分类问题时获得更稳定、准确的分类效果。  相似文献

This paper concerns the dimension reduction in regression for large data set. The authors introduce a new method based on the sliced inverse regression approach, cMled cluster-based regularized sliced inverse regression. The proposed method not only keeps the merit of considering both response and predictors' information, but also enhances the capability of handling highly correlated variables. It is justified under certain linearity conditions. An empirical application on a macroeconomic data set shows that the proposed method has outperformed the dynamic factor model and other shrinkage methods.  相似文献

使用支持向量机对非线性可分数据进行分类的基本思想是将样本集映射到一个高维线性空间使其线性可分 .基于 Jordan曲线定理 ,提出了一种通用的基于分类超曲面的分类法 ,它是通过直接构造分类超曲面 ,根据样本点关于分类曲面的围绕数的奇偶性进行分类的一种全新分类判断算法 ,不需作升维变换 ,不需要考虑使用何种核函数 ,而直接地解决非线性分类问题 .对数据分类应用的结果说明 ,基于分类超曲面的多类分类法可以有效地解决非线性数据的分类问题 ,并能够提高分类效率和准确度 .  相似文献

运用基于支持向量机理论试图建立一个新的个人信用评估预测方法,以期取得更好的预测分类能力.为了达到这个目标及保证可靠性,研究中使用网格5-折交叉确认来寻找不同核函数的最优参数.为了进一步评价SVM分类准确性,我们在本文最后对SVM方法与线性判别分析,Logistic回归分析,最近邻,分类回归树及神经网络进行了比较,结果表明,SVM有很好的预测效果.  相似文献

针对马田系统的若干不足, 提出一种改进的马田系统优化模型, 其核心思想是 根据分类问题的目的和特点提出若干优化目标, 采用优化模型替代正交表和信噪比筛选关键变量. 针对模型的特点, 采用了一种全方位优化算法进行求解. 通过对4个 UCI数据集的算例分析表明, 该方法不仅有较好的分类精度, 且能筛选关键变量, 降维效果明显. 最后对一个实际生产案例 进行了研究, 结果表明该方法在保持高分类效率的情况下, 能够显著减少质量检测变量, 降低成本, 提高生产效率.  相似文献

在进行财务困境预测时, 为了客观全面地反映企业的财务状况, 纳入较多的预警指标, 数据集维度将变得很大, 传统方法求解此类问题效果并不理想. 流形学习处理高维数据具有较好的降维效果,多核SVM对于分布不平坦的数据具有很好的分类性能. 基于此, 提出了“流形学习+多核SVM”的混合算法财务预警模型, 该模型适用于具有大量指标集的财务预警. 实验结果表明, 与传统预警方法相对比, 其具有更优的预测性能.  相似文献

Quadratic discriminant analysis is a classical and popular classification tool, but it fails to work in high-dimensional situations where the dimension p is larger than the sample size n. To address this issue, the authors propose a ridge-forward quadratic discriminant (RFQD) analysis method via screening relevant predictors in a successive manner to reduce misclassification rate. The authors use extended Bayesian information criterion to determine the final model and prove that RFQD is selection consistent. 如何构造鲁棒的分类器一直是基于判别式的目标跟踪算法研究的热点,近些年多核学习通过线性组合多个核分类器达到了更好的分类性能,受到了广泛的关注。传统的多核学习需要解复杂的最优化问题,很难直接应用到目标跟踪中,因此提出一种基于boosting学习框架的多核学习算法,使目标跟踪在复杂场景下可以保持跟踪的实时性和准确性。为了进一步减少计算量和提升分类性能,采用极限学习机(extreme learning machine,ELM)作为基分类器,ELM结构简单,训练速度非常快,并且比支持向量机有更好的泛化能力。最后,将本文算法与其他先进的跟踪算法在多个公开视频序列中进行比较,验证了本文算法性能的有效性。  相似文献

选取了影响失业率的19个指标,构建了基于核主成分分析与加权支持向量机的预测方法,给出了具体的预测步骤,并用此方法对福建省城镇登记失业率进行了预测研究.研究结果表明,由于所用预测方法考虑了指标的相关性及不同时期样本的不同重要性并进行了简化降维,拟合及预测都达到了很高的精度,其相对误差都小于1{\%},说明用核主成分分析与加权支持向量机来预测失业率是可行且有效的,并可将其推广到其它领域的预测问题.  相似文献

消费者信用评估是金融与银行界研究的重要内容,最近的研究显示统计学习理论(SLT)方法在信用评估中有优势。本文在信用评估中应用了一种新的方法——支持向量机方法(SVM),该方法属于机器学习理论发展的最新阶段,具有专门针对有限样本、算法复杂度与样本维数无关等优点。使用真实的信用卡数据实证结果表明,本方法具有较好的预测能力,在与国内某商业银行现有信用卡个人信用评估方法的对比研究中,该方法具有明显的优势。  相似文献

Predicting protein functions is an important issue in the post-genomic era. This paper studies several network-based kernels including local linear embedding (LLE) kernel method, diffusion kernel and laplacian kernel to uncover the relationship between proteins functions and protein-protein interactions (PPI). The author first construct kernels based on PPI networks, then apply support vector machine (SVM) techniques to classify proteins into different functional groups. The 5-fold cross validation is then applied to the selected 359 GO terms to compare the performance of different kernels and guilt-by-association methods including neighbor counting methods and Chi-square methods. Finally, the authors conduct predictions of functions of some unknown genes and verify the preciseness of our prediction in part by the information of other data source.  相似文献

提出基于相异度核空间的混合流形学习与支持向量机(SVMs)算法用于解决高维数据分类问题. 该算法使用SVMs对流形学习降维后的低维嵌入做分类.通过加常数方法构造了衡量数据点相异度的特征空间. 证明了该特征空间不仅能够衡量数据点之间的相异度,还满足Mercer条件对于支持向量机分类核空间的半正定性的要求. 在仿真实验中,采用UCI机器学习数据库上标准分类数据集为样本. 对比构造的相异度核空间与常用核函数如线性核、多项式核、高斯核在支持向量机分类时的 分类精度来验证有效性和优越性.  相似文献

基于主体的(agent-based, AB)建模已成为目前社会经济系统复杂性分析的重要方法, 但由于缺乏有效的模型验证导致AB 建模方法还未能得到主流研究者的认同. 本文比较了AB建模和基于方程(equation-based, EB)建模在建模过程上的区别, 从结果验证、过程验证和模型对接研究三个方面回顾了AB模型验证的主要方法论问题和相关研究进展, 指出建模工具标准化、一致性判断、灵敏度分析和参数空间压缩技术是未来AB 模型验证的主要方向.  相似文献

This paper considers the feature screening and variable selection for ultrahigh dimensional covariates. The new feature screening procedure base on conditional expectation which is used to differentiate whether an explanatory variable contributes to a response variable or not, without requiring a specific parametric form of the underlying data model. The authors estimate the marginal conditional expectation by kernel regression estimator. The proposed method is showed to have sure screen property. The authors propose an iterative kernel estimator algorithm to reduce the ultrahigh dimensionality to an appropriate scale. Simulation results and real data analysis demonstrate the proposed method works well and performs better than competing methods.  相似文献
