应用次氯酸盐氧化法制备出了纯度较高的K2FeO4,并采用溶胶凝胶法合成了纳米级SrTiO3.通过XRD、SEM测试对其结构和形貌进行了表征,将其添加到K2FeO4中用于改善K2FeO4-Zn碱性固态电解质电池的放电性能.电化学测试结果表明,SrTiO3添加量为5%时改性效果最佳,放电容量可达344.0mAh/g,放电效率为84.7%,比未添加改性时提高26%左右,同时对SrTiO3添加改性的机理进行了探索.  相似文献

烧结是高炉炼铁的重要环节之一,其中烧结矿FeO的含量对高炉的使用寿命,烧结的原料成本都有重要影响。为了提高烧结矿FeO预测的准确度,提出了一种基于灰狼算法支持向量机回归(GWO-SVR)的烧结矿FeO含量预测模型,利用原料使用数据对烧结矿中FeO含量进行预测,为烧结过程提供理论依据。将98个原料样本数据和烧结矿FeO含量数据进行预处理,选取79个样本作为训练集,19个样本作为测试集,分别建立烧结矿FeO支持向量回归模型(SVR),GA-SVR模型,PSO-SVR模型和GWO-SVR模型,采用决定系数(R2),均方误差(MSE)和绝对平均误差(MAPE)作为模型的对比标准。结果表明,GWO-SVR算法预测精度高、误差小,耗时较短,使用灰狼算法优化支持向量机回归对烧结矿FeO含量预测分析合理、高效。  相似文献

根据铁矿石烧结过程的特点,提出了烧结终点的长期和短期控制策略.长期控制根据原始料层透气性以及垂直烧结速度的状态,通过调整料高或机速实现;短期控制通过调整机速,稳定废气温度上升点实现.采用自定中心、非线性量化、控制规则自调整等方法实现了模糊控制算法的自适应.提出了用垂直烧结速度描述烧结过程透气性的观点,采用系统辨识的方法建立了垂直烧结速度的预报模型.应用结果表明:所建预报模型的准确率较高,达95%以上;系统的使用可使烧结过程主要状态参数(烧结终点位置、温度、大烟道温度等)的波动降低18%~29%.  相似文献

通过往烧结混合料中添加少量水溶性有机高分子聚合物来强化混合料的制粒和烧结,可以提高烧结利用及降低烧结能耗。本文讨论了往烧结混合料中添加少量有机高分子化合物HPL强化烧结试验研究的结果。研究表明:在有2%(指质量分数,下同)生石灰的条件下,添加0.03%HPL使烧结利用系数提高5%-8%;在无生石灰的条件下,添加0.03%HPL使烧结利用系数提高8%-15%,据矿相分析结果表明,添加0.03%HPL后,烧结矿起气孔变小,使烧结矿强度提高1%左右,并使还原性好的铁酸钙含量增加8%-10%,这有利于高炉冶炼。  相似文献

用固相反应法在不同烧结温度下制备了Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷样品,研究了烧结温度对Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷结构、介电和铁电特性的影响.运用XRD进行物相分析可知,Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷样品为正交结构,主衍射峰与纯相BiFeO3一致,烧结温度在870℃以上时样品有良好的结晶度,电阻率达到108Ω?数量级.在一定的温度区间内,介电常数随烧结温度的升高而增大.在低频区830℃烧结的样品的介电损耗比较大,而对应于870℃和900℃两个烧结温度的样品介电损耗有了明显的减小;在高频区介电损耗对烧结温度的依赖性不大.样品的交流电导率随烧结温度的升高而增大.在900℃烧结的Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3样品的Pr值可达到113.11μc/cm2,远大于纯相BiFeO3.通过Ba2+的A位掺杂进一步提高了纯相BiFeO3的介电、铁电性能.  相似文献

研究了Fe-6.5%SM-0.4%C合金,在1200℃,分别保温不同时间的烧结过程,分析了烧结水淬试样的金相组织及合金元素Mn的吸收电子像,结果表明,随着烧结时间的延长,Mn元素有良好的扩散均匀性,烧结过程可大致分为固-固两相、固-液两相、瞬时液相和固相烧结。  相似文献

研究了铝土矿两段烧结工艺的Ⅱ段烧结及溶出的最佳操作条件,确定Ⅰ段赤泥在钙比为235,烧结温度为1120~1200℃时,氧化钠溶出率达92%左右,氧化铝溶出率达81%左右;当溶出液氧化铝质量浓度为40~80g/L时,Ⅱ段熟料溶出的二次反应很弱,溶出条件宽松.因此,两段烧结新工艺处理铝硅比为6的矿石,氧化钠总溶出率达986%,氧化铝总溶出率达968%,碱的化学损失是每吨氧化铝损失碳酸钠18kg.  相似文献

对高磷赤铁矿在烧结过程中添加CaCl2气化脱磷进行热力学分析,并通过微型烧结试验对影响气化脱磷率的因素进行研究。结果表明,在烧结过程中添加CaCl2可以使高磷赤铁矿中的 P元素以 PCl3气体形式随烧结废气排出;气化脱磷率受配碳量、加热温度、C aC l2加入量、矿石碱度等因素影响;当配碳量为4%、加热温度为900℃、CaCl2加入量为1.36%、通过添加白灰使矿石碱度增加到1.2时,脱磷率可以达到18.3%。  相似文献

作者采用粉末冶金方法,通过X-ray衍射谱、SEM观察等大量实验,研究了钢基-Al2O3金属陶瓷复合材料的烧结机理。用正交试验方法对烧结工艺参数和复合材料的组成进行了优化。试样经烧结并淬火处理,其硬度达HRC60~65,相对密度D为95%左右,抗拉强度σb为430~460MPa,延伸率δ为0.35%~0.85%,耐磨性能比60钢(经淬火并低温回火)高6.6倍。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
