采用加筋高性能砂浆(HPFL)-黏钢联合加固混凝土方柱进行轴心抗压试验,测试加固柱早期承载能力,分析素混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土柱加固后的破坏机理。在试验分析的基础上建立HPFL-黏钢联合加固RC方柱轴心受压承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:加固层与原结构共同工作性能良好;在加固层约束作用下,加固柱核芯混凝土处于三轴受压状态,早龄期极限承载力得到显著提高,变形能力增强;加固钢筋混凝土柱破坏时,沿螺栓在柱纵向形成主要破坏带,同时柱中部砂浆及混凝土压碎外鼓,角钢压弯,纵筋压屈,钢绞线在角钢尖角处剪断,部分箍筋被拉断;加固素混凝土柱破坏时,在柱中部呈现出斜向剪切裂缝;由于角钢角部倒角有限,钢绞线较早被切断,可通过增大角钢阳角处的倒角或将混凝土柱倒角后黏贴钢板来进一步提高加固柱后期延性。  相似文献

对水泥钢纤维砂浆钢筋网加固矩形混凝土柱的偏压性能进行了研究,通过6根柱高为1 200mm带牛腿的加固柱与另2根同配置未加固混凝土柱的对比试验,研究了加固方式不同的纵、横向网筋间距,在偏心距为70mm和150mm的情况下,对构件极限荷载、抗裂性能的影响.试验主要观测了试验柱裂缝开展状态、网筋应变、混凝土及砂浆层应变,结果表明水泥钢纤维砂浆钢筋网薄层加固是一种加固效果显著,加固后工作性能优良的加固方法.  相似文献

砌体结构因投资造价较低是一种比较常见的结构形式。某砌体结构工程根据业主需求进行一些改造,在原屋面上局部增加一层,另需拆除一楼部分墙体、将原墙体洞口加大等,拟采用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固墙体,增加圈梁截面、外包型钢加固砖柱方案进行加固。为确保工程安全可靠,本文进行了较为全面的加固计算,并提出了一些建议。  相似文献

目的研究经碳纤维(CFRP)约束后现役短柱的强度、刚度和延性等抗震加固性能,为螺旋箍筋短柱加固提供有效方法.方法依据实际工程较低配箍率制作不同试件,依次进行拟静力试验和拟动力试验;基于Open Sees有限元软件进行数值分析,并进一步进行对比试验,分析试件的破坏现象、时程曲线、滞回曲线和骨架曲线.结果按照旧规范设计并服役的螺旋箍筋混凝土短柱,经过CFRP约束后其破坏模式从脆性破坏转变为延性破坏,骨架曲线后期平缓,短柱适当提高了抗剪承载力并有效地增加延性,能够满足现行抗震规范要求.结论弹性范围内CFRP加固方法基本不改变构件抗侧刚度,从而不会影响结构动力特性,相比其他加固方法具有显著优势.  相似文献

 研究了复合主拱圈加固石拱桥时极限承载力的受力特点。以一座在加固的等截面圆弧拱桥为例,考虑了加固结构二次受力的特点和新旧结构不同材料的力学性能,分析了其主要结构参数,如加固层高度、加固层宽度、加固层纵筋率和加固层箍筋率对加固后主拱圈承载力的影响。经过结构参数计算分析发现,当加固层高度为原拱圈0.25~0.50倍时,承载力增大值较明显;当加固层宽度超过原拱圈宽度的67%,承载力增大缓慢;加固层纵筋率超过1.162%,承载力增大值较小;增加加固层箍筋率对加固后拱桥的承载力影响较小。分析结果为复合主拱圈加固石拱桥设计提供了结构参数选取的建议,可为此类桥梁的设计提供有利的参考。  相似文献

部分包裹混凝土组合柱(PEC柱)表现出型钢强度高和混凝土抗压能力强等优点,具有良好的抗震性能。此次分析以原框架结构为原型,阐述了采用PEC柱加固所具有的优势。对原框架以及采用PEC柱加固后的框架,通过结构分析软件SAP2000进行静力非线性分析和非线性时程分析,对两种框架的抗震性能和结构的破坏情况进行对比分析。结果表明:框架经过加固后其强度和刚度均有所提升;地震作用下,框架经过加固后其破坏情况明显减小,塑性铰主要集中在底层梁上。  相似文献

编制了碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱截面的弯矩-曲率关系分析程序,并采用该程序探讨了多种工况下碳纤维布配箍特征值、轴压比、截面尺寸、箍筋配箍特征值、纵筋配筋率和混凝土强度等参数对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱截面的弯矩-曲率关系的影响.在此基础上,提出了截面弯矩-曲率关系三折线模型中各无量纲特征参数的确定方法.结果表明,所提出的的截面弯矩-曲率关系三折线模型中,各无量纲特征参数的统计回归公式具有较好的精度.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
