反相高效液相色谱法测定太太美容口服液中阿魏酸的含量   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
建立了太太美容口服液中阿魏酸含量的HPLC测定方法.色谱柱为Shim-PackVP-ODS柱(150mm×4·6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇水冰醋酸(32∶66∶2);流速1mL/min;323nm处进行检测.阿魏酸的线性范围为0·252~5·04μg/mL,r=0·9993,平均回收率为99·9%(n=5),相对标准偏差为1·2%.实验证明该方法简便、快速、准确,适合于太太美容口服液中阿魏酸含量的测定.  相似文献

采用效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 ODS2 C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),柱温为室温,流动为相甲醇-水-0.1 mol/L磷酸(45.0∶55.0∶0.2),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,建立了银黄口服液中黄岑苷的含量测定方法.在上述条件下,黄芩苷在0.002 72μg·mL-1~0.054 40 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.07%,RSD=1.13%.该法简单、准确且快速,可作为银黄口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.  相似文献

目的建立测定高尿酸血症鸡模型饲料中维生素A含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水溶液(97∶3)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min~(-1);检测波长为325 nm;柱温为25℃。结果维生素A在40-800μg·m L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,回收率为101.5%,RSD=2.43%。结论该方法操作简便快速,准确稳定,重现性好,可用作鸡饲料中维生素A含量测定方法。  相似文献

利用单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验对老鹰茶风味发酵乳工艺参数进行优化,其最佳工艺参数为:鲜奶添加量88%,老鹰茶添加量5.08%,低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖比例为1∶1,低聚糖添加量为7.73%;嗜热链球菌∶保加利亚乳杆菌∶植物乳酸杆菌=1∶1∶1,接种量6.25%,发酵温度40℃,发酵时间7h.在此条件下,老鹰茶风味发酵乳具有良好的感官品质,主要理化指标符合GB19302的相关规定,乳酸菌数为1.7×107 CFU·mL~(-1),茶多酚含量为4.1mg·mL~(-1).  相似文献

目的:建立以HPLC法测定雏痢净超微粉中的苍术素含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(79∶21)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为340nm。结果:苍术素在0.102μg·mL-1~2.04μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R2=1.000 0),精密度RSD=0.098 4%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.168%(n=6),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定性良好,平均加样回收率为99.20%(RSD=0.959%)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复方微粒的质量控制。  相似文献

以铁棍山药、葡萄、番茄、胡萝卜、苹果、蜂蜜为原料,优化出由50%山药浆、10%葡萄汁、20%番茄汁、10%胡萝卜汁和10%苹果汁组成的原浆,用植物乳杆菌CZ、植物乳杆菌CA、植物乳杆菌CB按照1∶1∶1比例制成的发酵剂,按照原浆78%、蜂蜜3%、蔗糖13%和发酵剂6%的比例配制混合,32℃发酵8h,获得功能型乳酸菌发酵山药果蔬饮料.其蛋白质、脂肪、还原性糖、钠和维生素C的质量浓度及pH值依次为0.004kg·L~(-1)、0.0121kg·L~(-1)、0.080kg·L~(-1)、0.000 182kg·L~(-1)、0.000 102kg·L~(-1)和4.0±0.2.  相似文献

目的:建立了HPLC测定黄精丸中阿魏酸含量的方法.方法:用AglientTC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,0~15min,乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为316nm,柱温35℃,进样体积10μL,应用安捷伦1200系列液相色谱仪进行测定.结果:阿魏酸与其他成分分离良好,在0.0129μg~0.1161μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999998),平均回收率(n=6)为99.96%.结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定黄精丸中阿魏酸含量.  相似文献

建立高效液相色谱法分析血样中的3-烟酰胺基-1,2,4-苯并三嗪-1,4-二氧化物(SR-N)。Agilent Eclipse C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸=20∶80∶0.5,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长277 nm。在选定的液相色谱条件下,SR-N血浆标准曲线在0.75~120μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 4)。检测限和定量限分别为0.25、0.75μg·mL-1。  相似文献

建立阿司匹林贴剂含量的测定方法。乙腈为阿司匹林贴剂的萃取溶剂,用Waters公司Symmetry ShieldTM RP18柱(3.9mm×150mm, 5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.01mol·L-1的磷酸氢二钠(磷酸调pH值至2.50);体积比为25∶75;检测波长234nm;流速10mL·min-1。阿司匹林在3~96μg·mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9993。阿司匹林回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.42%。本方法简单、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂内在质量的控制方法。  相似文献

建立一种同时测定生物不对称转化发酵液中扁桃酸及苯乙酮酸含量的反相离子对高效液相色谱方法.色谱柱为HypersilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-25mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(内含6mmol·L-1四丁基溴化铵,NaOH调pH至7.0)(体积分数15∶85),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长220nm,柱温为室温.扁桃酸与苯乙酮酸在0.5~20mmol·L-1内,其浓度与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9994,0.9997).二者的加样回收率均为96.5%~100.6%.当信噪比(S/N)为3时,二者的最低检测浓度分别为2.4和8μmol·L-1.该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于手性生物转化中扁桃酸与苯乙酮酸的定量分析.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
