零齿差内齿轮齿形系数,不但与它的齿数和径向、切向变位系数有关,而且与插刀齿数和刀具的变位量相关,故在计算零齿差内齿轮齿形系数时,必须同时考虑两者的因素.本文根据55°切线法,用上述观点推导了齿形系数公式,可供机械设计人员在设计零齿差传动中参考.  相似文献

采用优化设计方法来解决渐开线少齿差行星传动中内齿轮副几何参数的合理选择问题。该优化模型的目标函数为内齿轮副的啮合效率,设计变量为外、内齿抡的变位系数X_1、X_2和齿顶高系数h*_n.以保证一定的重合度、齿顶厚以及避免各种几何干涉为约束条件。优化方法为复合形法。最后,还编制了自动绘图程序,以便借助计算机自动显示和绘制内齿副的啮合图。  相似文献

插齿刀变位系数加大,则其齿顶强度降低。欲保证其齿顶强度,需求出所允许的最大变位系数xomax。如采用作图法求xomax则过于粗糙,采用试算法则太麻烦。通过应用齿顶宽度与齿数、模数及变位系数之关系进行计算作出详细表格,读者根据插齿刀的模数、齿数、齿高系数即可得到xomax。  相似文献

文章对标准滚刀在最小变位系数下加工少齿数配对齿轮的齿顶厚和重合度进行了计算,推导了滚刀刀顶圆角半径与变位系数的关系,通过Ansys的APDL语言对根切和变位齿轮进行了参数化有限元建模及齿根弯曲应力分析。结果表明:采用标准滚刀选择避免根切的最小变位系数,使部分少齿数配对齿轮的重合度变小和齿顶厚变薄,无法满足使用要求;而增大滚刀刀顶圆角后的最小变位系数,既可避免根切保证较高的齿根强度,又能使重合度达到1.2和齿顶厚大于0.25m。  相似文献

针对渐开线少齿数齿轮副强度较弱的问题,以平面渐开线少齿数齿轮副为研究对象,以增强小齿轮轮齿弯曲强度并使大小齿轮具有相同或接近的弯曲强度为设计条件,对渐开线少齿数齿轮副大小齿轮的径向变位系数和切向变位系数的选择进行了研究.通过对齿轮副轮齿最大弯曲应力的分析,推导出大小齿轮径向变位系数和切向变位系数应满足一定的函数关系.径向变位系数的选择需要考虑轮齿根切和齿轮副无侧隙啮合两方面因素,即小齿轮的径向变位系数应满足避免根切的条件,而齿轮副径向变位系数之和要满足一定函数关系.切向变位系数的选择需要考虑切向变位对大小齿轮啮合情况与弯曲强度的相互影响,小齿轮切向变位过大会使大齿轮的齿厚过小,削弱大齿轮的弯曲强度,同时有可能引起小齿轮齿根齿廓干涉.对于齿数、模数确定的少齿数齿轮副,以大小齿轮径向变位系数和切向变位系数应满足的各个函数条件为依据,通过建立变位系数的数学模型,可以获得轮齿副等弯曲强度条件下大小齿轮径向和切向变位系数的最佳组合.  相似文献

基于齿轮齿条机构的啮合理论,研究了渐开线齿形链机构的啮合机理.分析了渐开线齿形链轮和链条的啮合状态,得出了变位系数的求解公式,发现变位系数与齿数和节距有关,并给出了变位系数的变化曲线.对渐开线齿形链轮的根切状态进行了研究,求解了不发生根切的最小齿数.研究了渐开线链轮的最小变位系数和唯一变位系数,发现链轮节距为9.525mm时,最小齿数应为17.基于包络原理和坐标变换公式,确定了渐开线齿廓和齿根圆之间过渡曲线的方程.求解变位系数和最小齿数的方法可适用于所有节距的齿形链机构.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
