PET crepe for making silk-like fabric can be obtained by high-twist and heat setting. Recently, new technology, that is hight-twist, heat setting and false-twist has been applied abroad. This paper selects two kinds of technology for making crepe, weaving and finishing, then craping effect, lustre feeling, shape feeling, and mechanical properties have been measured and compared for three kinds of crepe fabric(including silk fabric). The results show that the fabric made of PET stretch crepe possesses light soft, better craping effect and bulkness, the machincal properties are close to those of silk crepe.  相似文献

Ultra-high strength and modulus polyethylene fibers can be produced from UHMW-PE(ul-tra-high molecular weight polyethylene) by gel spinning and ultra-high drawing method.The spe-cial supermolecular structure of″shish-kebabs″ is the intrinsic course for the fiber having highperformance.In this paper,the formation mechanism of the characteristic structure of PE fibershas been investigated by means of SEM,DSC,WAXD,SAXS and TEM,The experimental resultsshow that the extended-chain structure of PE fibers is formed originally from the bridged mole-cules in amorphous region and increased gradually during further drawing porcess.The″shish-kebab″ structure is formed by the combination of extended-chalnS and originalfolded-chains.  相似文献

In the past, the problem of the deep foundation-soil interaction was commonly analysed by Mindlin so-lution[1]. The adsorption of Sulphonated polyacrylamide(PAMS)on ilmenite and feldspar fromaqueous solution and the floeculation of minerals by PAMS have been studied.The researchresults reveal that the strong adsorption of PAMS on ilmenite results in its strongflocculation and the weak adsorption of PAMS on feldspar causes its dispersion to be morestable.The mechanism of PAMS bonding is discussed in terms of co-ordination and H-bonding interaction respectively in the light of molecular orbit.The co-ordination between—So_3~- on PAMS chain and sites of Ti~(4+) or Fe~(2+) on ilmenite was testified by electron spec-troscopy(PHI550ESCA/AES).Consequently new technology“Bulk flocculation-magneticsepa-ration-ultrasonic deflocculation-magnetic separation”for fine ilmenite/titano-magnetite/feld-spar system has been successfully developed.  相似文献

The interaction of an amphoteric surfactant, N-12alkylbetaine, and an acid dye in aqueous solution was studied by spectrophotometry. The results of the experiments show that the particle of dye interacts with one or several N-12alkylbetaine molecules when the concentration of the surfactant is less than the CMC. The aggregated dyes are disintegrated when the surfactant concentration is more than the CMC, and the individual dye ion interacts with the suffactant micelle.  相似文献

The effect of different anion on the morphology of electrode, the adsorption of quinoline and the SER spectra are investigeted. The adsorption peak of quinoline appears in cyclic voltammogram in Cl~- (or Br~-) -containing electrolyte, but not in NV_3~- solution. We also find that the adsorption of quinoline is correlated with Cl~- concentration. This indicates some complex consist of Cl~- and quinolne are produced on Ag surface, Scanning electron microscopy is used to evaluate differences in surface morphology subjected to ORC treatment in different anion solution.The surface morphology of Aq electrode roughened in NO_3~- solution on which no SER signal can be observed differs greatly from that of Ag electrode which roughened in Cl~-(or Br~-)-containing electrolyte.  相似文献
