利用聚钙黄绿素薄膜修饰电极(PCALE)对阿司匹林(AS)的电催化作用,建立了对AS含量进行定量分析的方法.在0.05 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH=6.8)+0.2 mol/L KNO3体系中,AS的浓度在4.5×10 7~1.2×10 5mol/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程和线性相关系数分别为:ip=1.75×105C 1.51;γ=0.997 7,检出限可达9.1×10 8mol/L.利用该法对阿司匹林样品进行定量分析,得到满意结果.八次样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为2.0%,样品回收率为98.4%~100.4%,完全满足微量分析的要求.  相似文献

利用聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极对氯霉素的电催化作用,建立了对氯霉素含量进行定量分析的一种电分析方法.在0.1 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2B4O7(pH=6.0) 0.2 mol/L KCI溶液中,氯霉素的浓度在3.8×10-4~4.6×10-3mol/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程和线性相关系数分别为:ip(μA)=0.190 1.109×10-4(mol/L),r=0.999 8,检测限可达5×10-6 mol/L.利用该法对氯霉素滴眼液进行定量分析,8次平行样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于3%!,完全满足定量分析的要求.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)将孔雀石绿(MG)修饰于玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备出聚孔雀石绿薄膜修饰电极(简称PMGE).利用循环伏安法,研究了PMGE对DL-酪氨酸电催化作用,建立了一种对DL-酪氨酸进行定量分析的新方法.在0.2 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH=6.86)缓冲溶液中,DL-酪氨酸的浓度在6.3×10-5mol/L~3.2×10-4mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数γ=0.998 9,检测限可达8.0×10-6mol/L.8次样品平行测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于2.1%,样品回收率在98.2%~105.3%之间,可用于实际样品中DL-酪氨酸的定量分析.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)将硫堇电聚合修饰于裸玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备成聚硫堇薄膜修饰电极(PTHE).利用PTHE对对乙酰氨基酚(PRCT)的电催化作用,建立了对PRCT进行定量分析的电化学分析新方法.在0.02 mol/L(pH=6.86) KH2P04- Na2HP04体系中,PRCT的浓度在8.2×10-6 mol/L~8.2×10-4 mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程和线性相关系数分别为:iPa((μA)= -1.40×105C(mol/L)-22.85,γ= -0.999 1,检出限为8.2×10-7 mol/L.利用该法对药物样品的有效成分进行定量分析,得到满意结果.6次样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为3.1%,回收率为95.8%~104.4%,完全满足微量分析要求.  相似文献

利用聚孔雀石绿薄膜修饰电极(PMGE)对磺胺醋酰钠( SS) 的电催化作用,建立一种新的对SS含量进行定量分析的电化学分析方法.在0.2mol/L KH2PO4- Na2HPO4(pH 6.86,PBS) 缓冲溶液中,以PMGE为工作电极,在0.4-1.2 V电位范围内以100 mV/s的扫描速率进行循环伏安扫描,根据循环伏安图上催化峰电流的大小,对SS进行定量分析.结果表明,SS的浓度在5.0×10-5 mol/L~1.5×10-3 mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为:CR=﹣0.9990,检测限达2.0×10-6 mol/L.8次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于1.5 %,样品回收率为98.2 % ~107.6 %.将该法用于实际样品中SS的定量分析,得到满意结果.  相似文献

采用吸附法将三溴苯酚磷酸酯修饰于玻碳电极表面,以微分脉冲伏安法对黄嘌呤含量进行定量测定.在pH=9的氨性底液中,峰电流较裸电极电流提高一倍.在扫描速率为2 mV/s~12 mV/s时,峰电流与黄嘌呤的浓度间呈线性关系,线性范围是5×10-6mol/L~3×10-4mol/L,检出限为1×10-7mol/L.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了聚荧光素薄膜修饰电极(PFSE)对尿酸(UA)的电催化作用.实验表明:在CH3COOH-CH3COONa(pH=4.7) 0.1mol/L NaCl体系中,PFSE对UA的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,催化氧化峰电流与UA的浓度在5.0×10-7~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内,具有良好的线性关系.检测限可达3.0×10-7mol/L.10次模拟样品平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%,可用于实际样品中尿酸的定量测定.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法,将灿烂绿(BG)电聚合于玻碳基体电极表面,成功地制备出对盐酸利多卡因(LH)具有良好电催化作用的聚灿烂绿薄膜修饰电极(PBGE).结果表明,在0.1 mol/L KNO3+0.05 mol/L PBS(p H=6.8)体系中,LH的浓度在6.9×10-6~1.4×10-4mol/L范围内时,氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程和线性相关系数分别为:ipa(μA)=-11.71-2.85×10-5 CLH(mol/L),R=0.998 8,检测限可达3.5×10-6mol/L.将该法用于盐酸利多卡因样品的测定,8次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于4.9%,样品回收率范围为95.6%~102.9%,符合微量分析的要求.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了罗丹明B在碳纤维微电极上电聚合成膜的方法和条件,并对该聚合物膜修饰电极的电化学性质进行了探讨.详细研究了维生素B6(VB6)在该修饰电极上被电催化氧化的最佳条件,实验结果显示,在0.1mol/LNH3-NH4Cl(pH=8.89)+0.1mol/LNaCl体系中,VB6的浓度在6.80×10-6mol/L~7.29×10-4mol/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9994;检测限可达9.73×10-7mol/L.样品8次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于3.7%,样品回收率在92.6﹪~106.2﹪之间,可用于实际样品中VB6的定量分析.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
