钝顶螺旋藻的培养及其生物学特性的研究

通过对钝顶螺旋藻（Ｓｐｉｒｕｌｉｎａｐｌａｔｅｎｓｉｓ）的室内培养,选择了其最佳的培养条件,对藻体中的碳水化合物、粗蛋白、灰分进行分析,并且研究了钝顶螺旋藻对铁、锌、钙、碘等生命必须元素的吸收情况。结果表明,钝顶螺旋藻在２５００ｌｕｘ,３４＋１℃,光暗比为１２：１２,ＮａＨＣＯ３浓度为１３．０ｇ／Ｌ的培养液中生物量最高可达２．６６ｍｇ干重／ｍｌ。藻体中的碳水化合物占干重的１６．０％,粗蛋白占干重／     

螺旋藻放氢的研究

螺旋藻含有可逆性氢酶，在合适的条件下能催化放氢。研究表明：当培养基的ｐＨ值为８．５￣９．５，气相氧浓度为１％的条件时，能使螺旋藻放氢达到最大效率。外加葡萄糖、蔗糖有利于放氢，葡萄糖，蔗糖的最适浓度为０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，而α－酮戊二酸，柠檬酸等对螺旋藻的放氢没有促进作用。     

脂肪酶在鲭鱼鱼片脱脂中的应用研究

报道由扩展青霉素（Ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍ ｅｘｐａｎｓｕｍ）ＰＦ８６８产生的脂肪酶制成的生物脱脂剂在中上层鱼鲭鱼鱼片的加工的脱脂工序中应用,并摸索其最佳的使用条件。结果表明：该酶在鲭鱼鱼片的脱脂过程中,最佳的使用条件为最适脱脂温度２８￣３３℃,最适脱脂ｐＨ９．０￣９．４,最适添加量２０ｕ／ｍｌ;同时比较了酶法脱脂与碱法脱脂在半成品与成品质量上的差异以及该酶使用的安全性。     

THE GROWTH AND PHYCOCYANIN CONTENT OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS IN MIXOTROPHIC CULTURE

本文研究了葡萄糖、乙酸盐和碳酸氢钠作为不同碳源时，对钝顶螺旋藻混合营养生长的影响。与无机碳源碳酸氢钠对比，有机碳源葡萄糖和乙酸盐能提高螺旋藻的生长速率，其中葡萄糖使之获得最大比生长速率（ｕ＝０．６２％ｄ）和产生最大生物量（干重为２．６３７ｇ／ｅ）这三种碳源对藻蓝蛋白含量的影响基本一致，约为１３０±１０ｍｇ／ｇ干细胞重，但是藻蓝蛋白的含量随光照强度从４０００ｌｕｘ降为５００ｌｕｘ而减少。

从土壤中筛选到一株嗜碱性地衣芽孢杆菌５３－Ａ６．，该菌株能在ｐＨ１０以上６０℃的环境中良好生长，４５℃ｐＨ９￣１２的条件下均可产生活力较高的碱性蛋白酶，酶反应的最适条件：６０℃，ｐＨ１０￣１１，在ｐＨ８．５￣１１之间较稳定。６０℃保温１ｈ剩余酶活在２０％以上。     

细长摇蚊Tendipes attenuatus生物学及人工采卵技术的研究

摇纹幼虫是多数名贵鱼类及经济甲壳类的优良饵料。本文根据对习见种细长摇纹Ｔｅｎ－ｄｉｐｅｓａｔｔｅｎｕａｔｕｓ野外观察及室内培养后所得结果，详细记述了卵、幼虫、蛹的发生过程及成虫的繁殖生态，报道了室内人工采卵的实验结果。研究表明，细长摇蚊可以在不形成蚊柱的情况下，于人工控制的２ｍ￣３空间内交尾产卵，其重要条件为：湿度９０％以上，气温２３－２６℃，光照强度２００—１０００ｌｕｘ，２４小时内间歇照明，采卵箱内成虫密度应在５００尾／ｍ￣３以上。

金藻8701培养的生态条件研究

金藻Ｉｓｏｃｈｒｙｓｉｓ ｇａｌｂａｎａ ｐａｒｋｅ８７０１是作者从天然海水中分离出来的单细胞饵料新品种。其形态构造与等鞭金藻相同。研究表明：其最适生长温度为１３－１８℃，能耐受－８℃低温，最适光强为１００００ｌｕｘ，能耐受强光，盐度最适为２５，在１５－４０范围内对生长率的影响不大；最适ｐＨ为７－９，ｐＨ９对其影响很小。该藻对环境突然变化的适应能力也很强，并具有较强的抗敌害生物污染能力，易于培养。

工艺条件对浅色C9石油树脂产品质量的影响

讨论了原料及预处理、聚合反应、脱除催化剂及蒸馏过程中各种工艺条件对浅色Ｃ９石油树脂产品质量的影响。较好的工艺条件为：将经脱水后的Ｃ９馏份进行蒸馏，收集１４０℃￣２００℃之间的馏份，用１．０％的三氟化硼乙醚络合物作催化剂，在－５℃反应２ｈ后在２０℃反应４ｈ，用氟氧化钙中和催化剂，聚合液在０．０９ＭＰａ真空度进进行蒸馏，可得Ｇａｒｄｎｅｒ色泽小于１０、软化点高于１１０℃的浅色Ｃ９石油树脂。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
