通用航空飞行服务站运营模式研究

通航飞行服务站在我国属于新兴产物,对于通用航空飞行服务站运营发展模式的研究实属空白,目前运营发展模式的应用主要集中在互联网、高科技、能源环保等领域。文章对国外民航发达国家的飞行服务站运营模式进行对比研究,借鉴发达国家经验,结合我国通用航空发展的需求,并对中国民航通航飞行服务站的投资建设模式和运营管理模式进行了深入研究。     

中国通用飞机现有营销模式初探

目前我国通用航空处于初步发展阶段,有望在政策持续开放中迎来高速发展的机遇期。通用航空产业链中,通航制造、运营与培训等细分领域发展前景巨大。通过对我国通用飞机营销模式的初步探讨,重点考虑政府与通用飞机设计制造企业在通用航空运营过程中应扮演的角色,对各种营销模式的优缺点进行了深入论述,并提出了通用飞机营销模式创新的概念。     

中国汽车露营地发展模式与创新路径研究

为促进中国汽车露营地的科学可持续发展,借鉴发达国家汽车露营地的实践经验和理论成果,系统研究中国汽车露营地空间发展模式、运营模式及产业模式。对比分析了中外汽车露营地的发展历程、发展规模、营地类型、行业规范、环境保护和营地教育等方面差异和特色,提出了中国汽车露营地未来创新路径。研究结果表明:中国汽车露营地空间发展模式以景区依托型为主,运营模式以单体运营为主,产业模式以"营地+"和"+营地"2种模式为特色;应借鉴国外汽车露营地成功经验,加大驿站补给型营地、休闲度假型营地的建设力度,坚持政企分工和轻资产运营,提供主题化项目和服务,积极推进营地教育产品和互联网应用。     

我国有线数字电视运营模式及困境的探讨

目前数字技术的革新为有线数字电视的进步带来了发展机遇,但由于没有成熟的运营模式可以借鉴,电视产业数字化进程是广播电视发展的必然途径,与传统模拟电视相比,有线数字电视有很多优势,但数字电视作为一项新事物,没有成熟的发展模式可以借鉴,因此在产业成长的过程中遇到了各种各样的问题和挑战。我国在推进有线数字电视普及过程中遇到了许多阻碍,笔者通过对我国有线数字电视运营模式及其陷入的困境进行深入分析,对有线数字电视运营模式的改善提出了几点建议。     

发展风险投资是高科技产业化的基础

“发展高科技,实现产业化.”是我们的既定国策。然而,高科技产业化是一项高度复杂的创新性技术经济活动,具有很大的风险性。借鉴欧美发达国家的经验,并结合我国的实际情况,为了加快我国高新技术产业化的进程,就必须大力发展风险投资事业。为了尽快健全风险投资这一与高科技产业发展相适应的资本运营模式,本文从体制、投资环境、投资主体三方面进行了对策研究。

飞行员是运输航空企业及通用航空企业的核心资产。通用航空的蓬勃发展对飞行员的数量有着急切的需求,但由于国内飞行员培训市场的发展相对滞后,造成通航飞行员相对短缺。从飞行培训机构运营管理的角度分析飞行培训机构的发展方向和特点,指出飞行培训机构必须完善运营体制,创新运行模式,才能为通航产业的发展源源不断地注入飞行人才。     

高速公路运营管理信息化建设及方案探讨

针对我国高速公路运营管理信息化建设问题,运用系统工程理论方法,借鉴国内外相关领域信息化建设的成功经验,通过对高速公路运营管理模式和信息管理现状及存在问题分析,论证了高速公路运营管理信息化发展模式,并提出了我国高速公路运营管理信息化体系建设发展的对策措施和相关建议.     

国外社会报警运营服务业管理模式比较

社会报警运营服务业虽然是我国安全防范行业的一项新兴业务,但其统领全行业安全防范技术产品研发、设备生产、系统设计、安装、使用各业务的龙头地位势在必得。从社会报警运营服务业的市场准入制度,报警运营服务各方责权的相关规定和报警运营服务活动中减少误报警的常用措施三个方面,对国外主要发达国家报警运营服务业管理模式进行比较,旨在为我国社会报警运营服务业的健康发展提供借鉴。

文章简要介绍我国合资铁路发展现状,并主要对联合经营部分委托运营管理模式进行分析。根据河北省经济社会发展和京津冀一体化要求,讨论河北省城际铁路运营管理模式的适用性,为河北省城际铁路的运营管理提供模式借鉴。     

创新型通航人才培养机制改革与实践

通用航空在我国刚刚起步，设计、制造、运营管理等方面的人才急缺，如何结合社会需求制定人才培养目标，进而建立一套应用创新型人才培养模式，是当前通航人才培养机制创新的一个迫切问题。基于“产学研用”的人才培养模式，采取细化人才培养目标、分解知识结构、重构课程体系等措施，有利于创新型通航人才的培养。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.
