采用火焰分光光度计测定法对常用跌打损伤中药中的钾元素进行测定,并对中药按不同功能主治和不同首归归经分类进行分析,结果得出:钾元素在接骨续筋、清热解毒、活血化瘀类和首归肾经、首归肝经、首归心经类中药中的含量较高,钾元素在常用跌打损伤类中药治疗运动损伤中有治疗作用.  相似文献

目的:挖掘中药治疗脑血栓的用药规律并分析核心药对的作用机制.方法:搜索维普、万方、知网等数据库,筛选脑血栓治疗方剂并建立数据库,借助IBM SPSS Statistics 20进行用药频次分析和因子分析,运用Clementine12.0挖掘中药之间的关联规则及核心药对,利用TCMSP、STRING、DAVID数据库和Cytoscape软件等分析核心药对抗脑血栓的成分、靶点及通路;通过Metascape数据库和分子对接技术进行靶点模块分析及对接验证.结果:纳入方剂181首,涉及的260味中药以温性、寒性以及苦味、甘味为主,多归肝经,因子分析中提取5个公因子.关联规则显示桃仁-红花的置信度最高,其19个活性成分对应127个靶基因,其中IL6、MAPK1、JUN、TP53等是关键靶点.关键靶点参与RNA聚合酶II启动子、DNA转录的正调控等生物过程;调控Toll样受体、MAPK、ErbB等信号通路;与关键活性成分槲皮素、木犀草素的亲和力高.结论:中药治疗脑血栓多以甘温、苦寒且归肝经中药为主,组方常由补阳还五汤、六君子汤、芍药甘草汤等加减化裁而成,桃仁-红花是其核心药对.  相似文献

不同于以往的水蒸气蒸馏,使用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取岷县当归(AngelicaSinensis(o liv.)Diels)根部(中药药效部分)的挥发油,并通过气相色谱和色质联用等分析手段对其成分进行了研究.结果共分离鉴定出41种化合物,其中主要成分藁本内酯、正丁基芙内酯、亚油酸含量分别为48.16%、12.15%、9.10%.另有α 喜瑞文烯、β 雪松烯等10种化合物为首次自岷县当归油中分离得到.同时也通过对照实验比较了超临界CO2与水蒸气蒸馏两种挥发油提取方法的差别..  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
