基于知识创新组织变革的均衡模型

提出企业组织变革的均衡模型，可用以指导利用知识创新思想进行组织变革，该模型结合了一些企业组织管理，流程变革模型的思想，为知识型企业的组织变革提出了新框架和指导思想，并分析出了模型的理论基础和数学基础。     

炼油企业产品结构优化模型

采用线性规划模型，将炼油企业产品结构优化过程分解为变量、目标和约束三要素，通过在目标和约束下对变量进行求解，获得企业最优的产品结构；通过对炼油企业的产品结构优化问题进行分析，建立了炼油企业的产品结构优化模型，并运用该模型对炼油企业产品优化进行了实际评价与分析，为企业及时调整产品结构、提高企业生产管理和经营决策水平提供更准确的依据．     

基于系统控制理论的企业柔性研究

在系统控制理论基础上，对企业整体柔性的概念和模型进行了探讨，建立了企业与环境之间双向控制的关系模型，指了企业组织既可以看成是一个受控系统，同时也可以看成量个自主性的系统。通过对企业组织与环境控制关系中有效性和可行性的分析，讨论了企业柔性的多维含义，从不同的控制结构模式，分析了企业柔性管理与设计工作的含义和特点，探讨了提高企业柔性的一般思路。     

企业经营危机监测模型的建立

对企业经营危机监测模型的建立进行了系统地分析，提出了模型建立的程序和方法，从而为企业决策提供支持和参考。     

现代企业人力资源管理(HRM)创新动机激励模型

我国企业在建筑现代企业制度过程中进行人力资源管理（HRM）创新是非常必要的，本对现代企业人力资源管理（HRM）创新需要和创新动机进行了定性分析，建立了一个现代企业人力资源管理创新动机激发力量模型（Mt模型）。本还重点分析了环境因素和创新主体因素对Mt模型的影响。     

知识管理过程研究

本文在分析知识管理、知识管理系统(KMS)的含义和Web技术的特点的基础上，提出了一种基于Web的企业KMS模型框架，并且还分析了该模型框架中各组成部件的功能，指出，企业依据模型框架，能易于构建知识管理体系和实现有效的知识管理，实现知识资源的共享和充分运用。

基于企业成长函数的激励机制

在现代企业组织实践中，激励方案的发展呈现多样化和长期的特点，对此，传统的委托－代理模型无法做出合理的解释，本文分析了现代企业系统的复杂性和目标的多样性，提出企业作为一个有机的系统，单纯追求利润最大化的不合理性，并且建立了基于企业成长函数的委托－代理模型，模型的目标函数包括短期利润和长期利用两部分，妥该模型证明了采用长期合同的解帕累托优于采用单期合同的解，从而为现代企业新的多样化的激励机制提供了理论依据。

根据企业竞争力的表现、形成和维系，提出了企业竞争力模型，分析了决定企业竞争力各因素之作用及相互影响．     

业务流程再造中流程成本分析模型研究

根据作业成本法提出了更为实用的流程成本分析方法和模型，运用该模型可以指导企业进行流程成本分析，为企业再造提供更加详细、精确和动态的流程成本信息．研究结果表明，进行充分的业务流程成本分析，可以减少再造的盲目性，降低实施BPR项目的风险．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
