以小麦和萝卜截根苗为材料,研究了Cu2+胁迫对作物生理生态指标的影响.研究表明,随着Cu2+浓度的增大,作物根长、苗高、根数、根重、叶片色素含量等指标值下降,而叶片细胞膜透性增大.  相似文献

采后河套蜜瓜(Cucumis melo cv.Hetao)软化的生理生化研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采后河套蜜瓜贮存中,呼吸强度和内源乙烯含量均发生跃变,并都在采后6d达到最大值,分别为76.6mgCo2kg-1h-1和18.55nmolml-1.可溶性固形物在采后4d达到最大值12.8%,至采后6d前基本维持这一含量,表明此时果实品质最佳.对直接软化因素细胞膜透性、淀粉含量及淀粉酶活力、组织含水量、果胶层降解酶PG及β-半乳糖苷酶活力等的研究表明,PG和β-半乳糖苷酶对细胞壁果胶层的破坏及组织含水量降低引起膨压降低,是河套蜜瓜采后软化的重要因素.组织膜透性变化,对采后8d前果实软化影响较小;淀粉与糖的转化不是影响采后果实软化的因素  相似文献

本文研究汞对小麦种子萌发过程中幼苗膜脂过氧化水平,细胞膜透性,保护酶(CAT、SOD、POD)活性,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明,随着汞浓度的升高,细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高.细胞膜透性增大,CAT活性降低、POD、SOD活性升高,组织可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量升高.  相似文献

实验羊草种群幼苗对不同梯度盐碱胁迫的生理响应   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:11  
在盐胁迫、碱胁迫及混合盐碱胁迫条件下,测定了实验羊草种群幼苗的含水率、叶片叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性等胁变指标,结果表明:含水率和叶绿素含量随胁强的增大总体呈下降趋势,细胞膜透性随胁强的增大而增加;叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性与胁强之间关系可以用直线方程y=α bx表达出来,羊草幼苗对不同胁迫的敏感性顺序为:Na2CO3胁迫、混合盐碱胁迫、NaCl胁迫。  相似文献

用不同浓度苯酚溶液处理3个水稻品种,测定叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活力,叶绿素含量及根细胞电导率,结果表明:低浓度苯酚溶液对NR活力和叶绿素含量的增加有促进作用;而对根细胞膜透性影响不明显;高浓度苯酚溶液则降低NR活力和叶绿素含量,增加根细胞膜透性,不同水稻品种受苯酚处理后的生理效应无明显差异。苯酚造成水体污染的临界浓度是0.5mmol/L,大于此临界浓度对水稻有伤害作用。  相似文献

短日照(10h)长暗期(14h)生长条件下的小麦品种南大2419红光、远红光暗期间断对幼苗叶片细胞膜透性及外渗液主要成分含量有明显影响。红光间断处理其叶片细胞膜透性、外渗液的A260和A280值,外渗液中蛋白质、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量都较远红光间断处理的降低。  相似文献

针对海南产红毛丹果实存在采后处理及物流保鲜技术不足等问题,为考察具有应用前景的采后处理技术方法对果实贮藏品质与生理的影响,使用咪鲜胺或芥末精油微胶囊处理采收的"保研-7号"红毛丹果实(对照为不作任何处理),考察8 d贮藏期内好果率、褐变指数、色差、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、细胞膜透性等变化。贮藏中后期咪鲜胺或芥末精油微胶囊处理果实在好果率、褐变指数方面明显优于对照(P0.05);咪鲜胺或芥末精油微胶囊处理在延缓果实色泽、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量方面具有一定效果;咪鲜胺或芥末精油微胶囊处理果实的细胞膜透性在大部分贮藏期内显著低于对照(P0.05);芥末精油微胶囊保鲜效果不如咪鲜胺。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
