足球,因其竞技性、集体性,而成为世界上最具有影响力的单项体育运动。万事以人为本,足球运动的发展也离不开相关人才的培养,只有不断培养人才,才能为中国足球的发展注入新的生命力。该文分析中国足球人才培养模式,阐述足球人才培养模式中存在的问题,针对当前工作中存在的问题,该研究者结合自身多年实践经验,总结并提出相应的建议,并以此达到改善中国足球人才培养模式的战略目标,实现提高中国足球水平的发展目标,推动中国足球运动不断向前发展。     

中国青少年注册足球运动员缺乏的原因及对策

近年来中国青少年注册足球运动员严重缺乏,已经影响到中国足球各级联赛质量和国青队、国奥队足球运动员的选拔.从青少年足球运动员培养体制不十分合理、教练员数量少、比赛场次少、足球场地缺乏等方面进行了原因分析.提出理顺管理体制、完善运行机制、加强青少年教练员培训等对策,以培养更多青少年优秀足球运动员,拓宽中国足球运动根基,促进中国足球事业发展.

中国足球从20世纪起直至新世纪一直是孱弱的和惨痛的。是什么造成了中国足球的萎靡不振?中国足球的症结究竟在哪里?重要的是应号召足球界同仁共同站在中国足球下一个起跑线上,充分发挥人文精神在我国足球发展中的作用,为中国足球的明天共同探寻前进的方向。

本文从人文精神角度出发,分析了它对足球运动发展的作用。提出了中国足球要冲出国门,走向世界必须探寻适合中国足臻发展的文化和人文精神。提出了竞争、尚武的发展观念是中国足球发展的新的理念。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
