为了合理的利用盐矿的生产废弃物,研制了一种利用盐矿废弃物生产内墙建筑涂料的配方.在该配方中添加了TC-WT钛酸酯偶联剂,TC-WT钛酸酯偶联剂可以提高废弃物和乳液之间的亲和力,明显的提高涂料的遮盖力和耐擦洗性.实验证明:该配方生产的内墙建筑涂料性能达到了国家标准. 相似文献

为解决既有隧道的漏水难题,研制了一种由CM201弹性防水丙烯酸乳液、GD-S硅堵漏剂等组成的新型丙烯酸防水材料.实验结果表明:使用新型丙烯酸防水材料配方和施工工艺,使丙烯酸防水材料的抗渗压和粘结强度在30 min里能够迅速分别达到1.2 MPa和1.8 MPa,从而降低粘结难度,很好地解决了既有隧道的顶部因有很多的淤泥、油污、水垢等杂物而使普通防水材料难以粘结的问题. 相似文献

抗老化性差的防水材料分子间的结合力会变小,材料的密实性会降低,就易产生收缩和裂缝引起漏水.用氟树脂防水材料可以解决防水材料抗老化性差这一缺点,使防水材料在较长时间内能够保持其防水特性,具有长期的防紫外线,防干裂和耐腐蚀性.对氟树脂防水材料进行研究,提出氟树脂防水材料的基本配方,发现氟树脂用量是影响氟树脂防水材料老化性的最主要因素.本研究结果为改进防水材料的性能提供了一定的科学依据,具有一定的参考价值. 相似文献

为了扩大对香蒲废弃物的资源利用,解决湿地植物废弃物生态环境污染问题,利用鸡腿菇进行香蒲废弃物的资源化开发.通过对香蒲屑进行成分测定,以及对香蒲屑培养鸡腿菇适宜品种进行筛选,得出鸡腿菇1号为最适品种,并对鸡腿菇1号的最适栽培培养基进行筛选.结果表明,鸡腿菇1号的最佳栽培培养基配方(质量分数)为香蒲屑63%、玉米芯20%、麸皮15%、生石灰2%,生物学效率达93.02%. 相似文献

采用压制成型法,利用工业固体废渣为原料,制备了一类能耗低、免烧的地质聚合物.研究了压制成型时成型压力对制品强度、体积密度、吸水率、软化系数、耐磨性、耐水性以及抗冻融循环的影响,并结合SEM及XRD分析试样的微观形貌和矿物组成.试验结果表明:成型压力对地质聚合物制品的性能有重要影响,制备该废弃物基地质聚合物制品的最佳成型压力为30 MPa. 相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation. 相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
