本文对铁镍基合金──新804 铸造合金进行了性能研究,使用金相显微镜、X 射线衍射仪、电子探针仪、扫描电镜研究了合金的金相组织,析出相的化学成分及断 口的微观形貌;采用拉伸和冲击试验测定了合金的机械性能,利用多种耐蚀试验方 法,研究了合金的耐蚀性能。试验结果表明:合金的金相组织为奥氏休和Z相;合金 有良好的机械性能;在高温(142-150℃)烧碱介质条件下,均匀腐蚀速度为一级, 晶间腐蚀倾向极小,是目前制作抗高温烧碱泵的较好材料。  相似文献

设计并熔炼了成分为(Ti50Al50)100-xYx(atom)=0-2.0%)的合金,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、三点弯曲试验等手段,研究了添加钇(Y)对TiAl合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:2的添加能改变TiAl合金中O、N等间隙原子含量并增加TiAl合金显微组织,使γTiAl使合金晶粒细化,促进γ+α2片层状组织的形成,适量钇的添加能降低TiAl合金中O、N等间隙原子含量并增加TiAl  相似文献

借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜、金相显微技术等手段,对采用快速冷凝喷粉或离心制粒-挤压法制得的Al-Ti-B中间合金线杆的组织结构和其晶粒细化效果进行了研究.实验表明,采用这种工艺,中间合金的相组成和相结构并未发生变化;其中TiAl_3,TiB_2相颗粒的形貌、尺寸、分布等明显改善;晶粒细化效果好。这一结论证实了上述工艺的可行性和先进性,并为CONFORM(连续挤压)生产该金属材料开辟了新途径。  相似文献

研究了Fe-6.5%SM-0.4%C合金,在1200℃,分别保温不同时间的烧结过程,分析了烧结水淬试样的金相组织及合金元素Mn的吸收电子像,结果表明,随着烧结时间的延长,Mn元素有良好的扩散均匀性,烧结过程可大致分为固-固两相、固-液两相、瞬时液相和固相烧结。  相似文献

采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、拉伸试验、冲击试验、布氏硬度试验及断裂韧性试验研究了车轮钢中Mn、Si、Cr、V合金元素微观偏析对车轮金相组织和断裂韧性的影响。结果表明,车轮钢金相组织中大尺寸晶粒的存在是断裂韧性值偏低的直接原因。车轮轮辋的金相组织和合金元素微观分布在圆周方向上存在不均匀性,合金元素微观偏析导致了车轮金相组织和断裂韧性的不均匀。优化车轮钢连铸工艺,改善材料组织均匀性是提升车轮断裂韧性及其均匀性的关键。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
