利用中频磁控溅射法,溅射氧化锌钇(ZYO)陶瓷靶材,在玻璃基底上制备ZYO透明导电薄膜。研究了氧化钇掺杂量和基底温度对薄膜的结构、电学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明,ZYO薄膜为钎锌矿型结构,呈c轴择优取向,平均可见光透过率(400-800nm)达到80%以上。制备的ZYO薄膜具有的最低电阻率为1.18×10^-3Ωm。  相似文献

针对不同基底偏压下制备的MoSi_2薄膜呈现不同结构及性能的问题,采用直流磁控溅射工艺,在单晶硅表面制备了MoSi_2薄膜。采用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和纳米压痕仪等分析手段,探究了基底偏压对磁控溅射沉积MoSi_2薄膜形貌结构、生长特性、组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同基底偏压制备的薄膜主要为六方相MoSi_2,且存在明显的(111)面择优取向。基底偏压和基底温度的协同作用,使薄膜的自退火效应更加明显。随着基底偏压的增加,薄膜的结晶效果显著提高,并出现四方相MoSi_2和Mo_5Si_3相。基底偏压的增加使薄膜的厚度、弹性模量及纳米硬度先上升后下降。当基底偏压为-100 V时,薄膜的厚度、弹性模量及纳米硬度达到最大值,分别为1 440 nm、192.5 GPa和10.56 GPa。  相似文献

采用高功率脉冲磁控溅射法在Si和高速钢基底上制备类石墨(Graphite-like carbon,GLC)非晶碳膜,研究了基底偏压对薄膜微观结构、机械性能和摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明:随着基底偏压的增大,GLC薄膜sp2键含量先减小后增大,在基底偏压为-100 V时达到最小值;薄膜的硬度和弹性模量先增大后减小,表面粗糙度先减小后增大;GLC薄膜的摩擦学性能与其机械性能和表面粗糙度密切相关,在基底偏压为-100 V时,薄膜的平均摩擦系数最小.  相似文献

采用反应磁控溅射技术,在单晶Si(100)面基底上制备了4个氮分压条件下Ta-Ru-N扩散阻挡层薄膜。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能谱(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)以及四探针电阻测试仪(FPP),对所制备薄膜的相结构、表面形貌和电学性能进行了表征,研究了氮分压对薄膜微观组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:制备的Ta-Ru-N薄膜为非晶态,适量氮气的加入能够提高薄膜表面的平整度,薄膜方阻随着氮分压的增加而逐渐增加。  相似文献

采用溶胶—凝胶法,以普通载玻片为基底材料,制备了纳米二氧化钛薄膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEn)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对TiO2薄膜进行晶相结构和薄膜结构表征。利用制备的TiO2薄膜光催化分解甲基橙溶液。实验结果表明:焙烧温度500℃时,制备的TiO2薄膜牢固、透光性能好、光催化活性强。随着紫外光照射时间的延长,镀膜次数达5次时,光催化效率较高。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法快速成膜工艺分别在Si(100),SiO2/Si,Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si不同基底上制备LaNiO3导电薄膜,并分别以LNO和Pt/Ti为基底制备PZT薄膜。通过XRD,AFM,EDS等测试手段对LNO导电薄膜的结构及组成进行表征,并通过XRD,介电性能的测试比较LNO/Si和Pt/Ti沉积PZT薄膜的性能。结果表明,在Si(100),Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si上制备的LaNiO3导电薄膜是赝立方结构,而在SiO2/Si衬底上是四方结构。在Si(100)上得到的LNO薄膜致密、平整,可以作为制备PZT薄膜的导电层。在LNO和Pt/Ti上制备的PZT薄膜均为钙钛矿结构,且PZT/LNO薄膜各衍射峰强度优于PZT/Pt/Ti;而介电性能方面,PZT/LNO较PZT/Pt/Ti稍差,100kHz时,PZT/LNO和PZT/Pt/Ti的介电常数和介电损耗分别为562,0.29;408,0.037。  相似文献

使用金属钛作靶材,利用中频反应磁控溅射方法在玻璃基底上制备了TiO2薄膜.为使反应溅射的工作点能够稳定在"过渡区",使薄膜获得理想的化学配比和较高的沉积速率,使用了等离子体发射光谱监控法(PEM)对溅射过程进行控制.利用台阶仪测膜厚,用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、分光光度计以及光学薄膜测试分析仪等手段对TiO2薄膜的结构以及光学性能进行表征,研究了不同工艺条件对薄膜结构和光学性能的影响.结果表明,较高的PEM工作点下制备的TiO2薄膜具有较高的折射率,使用PEM控制的中频反应磁控溅射方法可以制备出性能良好的TiO2光学薄膜.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射方法在玻璃基底上制备了Sn掺杂In3O2(In3O2:Sn)半导体薄膜,通过XRD、XPS、四探针仪和分光光度计等测试表征,研究了生长速率对薄膜结构和光电性能的影响.结果表明:所制备的薄膜均具为(222)择优取向的立方锰铁矿结构,其结构参数和光电性能明显受到生长速率的影响.当生长速率为4 nm/min时,In3O2:Sn薄膜具有最大的晶粒尺寸(32.5 nm)、最高的可见光区平均透过率(86.4%)和最大的优值因子(7.9×104Ω-1·m-1),其光电性能最好.同时采用Tauc公式计算了样品的光学带隙,结果表明:光学带隙随着生长速率的增大而单调减小.  相似文献

本文利用有机体系电化学沉积法,以FTO导电玻璃为基底,从N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中制备出了锌掺杂氧化镍电致变色薄膜。在制备薄膜过程中,沉积时间是一个重要的工艺参数。本文用能谱对薄膜的组成进行了表征,并用电化学工作站考察了不同沉积时间所制备薄膜的电化学性能。通过对不同沉积时间薄膜电化学性能的比较,结果表明,镀膜时间为15 min的薄膜具有电化学较好的性能。  相似文献

利用共沉淀法制备CuS和SnS纳米颗粒,并将其与锌离子混合配置成固液混合纳米墨水,再通过涂覆后硫化法在钼玻璃基底上制备了铜锌锡硫(CZTS)薄膜.研究了硫化退火温度对CZTS薄膜成分、形貌和结构等性能的影响,获得了较优的退火温度为580℃;基于该工艺制作了光电转换效率为0.58%的CZTS薄膜太阳电池器件.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
