1,3,5,7-四羧甲酯基二环[3·3·1] 壬-2,6-二烯-2,6-二醇(TMBN)与铁(Ⅲ)能形成稳定的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长在486nm 处,表观摩尔吸光系数为0. 26×10~4。本文研究了 TMBN 与铁(Ⅲ)的显色反应条件及共存干扰离子影响。测定了锌铝合金标样中微量铁的含量,获得较满意的效果。该试剂作为分光光度法测定铁的显色剂,文献尚未见报道。1,3,5,7-四羧甲酯基二环[3·3·1] 壬-2,6-二烯-2,6-二醇  相似文献

在醋酸 -醋酸钠弱酸性介质中 ,利用铁 (Ⅲ )对过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度测定痕量铁的新方法。该方法线性范围为 0~ 1 .0 μg 2 5mL ,方法检出限为 2 .96× 1 0 -9g mL。此方法用于水样中微量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮 ( DBH-PF) -铁 -表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 ( CTMAB)的显色反应条件和光度性质 ,在 p H6.3 0~ 7.0 0的六次甲基四胺 -HCl缓冲介质中 ,在表面活性剂 CTMAB存在下 ,Fe( )与试剂形成稳定的三元胶束配合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 63 5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3 0× 1 0 5L· m ol-1· cm-1,Fe( )含量在 0~ 1 1μg/2 5m L范围内符合比耳定律 .拟定方法在掩蔽剂存在下 ,不经分离直接测定了牛肝粉、大米标样中的微量铁 ,结果满意 .  相似文献

本文研究了铁 -5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮 ( 5′-NSAF) -溴化十六烷基三甲铵 ( CTMAB)体系的荧光特性 .实验结果表明 ,在 p H为 3.1~ 4 .7的 HAc-Na Ac缓冲介质中 ,体系的荧光熄灭程度最大且恒定 ,其最大激发波长λex=2 52 nm,发射波长λem=556nm .当含铁量在 0~ 2 .8μg/1 0 ml范围内 ,荧光熄灭程度与浓度呈线性关系 ,藉以测定微量铁 .方法简便、快速 ,并且稳定性高 ,用于食品中微量铁的测定 ,结果满意 .  相似文献

采用还原分光光度法对大气中的二氧化硫进行了测定.通过一系列单一条件实验确定了还原反应发生的最佳体系.在反应体系中微量二氧化硫能迅速还原三价铁为二价铁,使邻二氮菲-铁(Ⅱ)配合物浓度增加,以此测定二氧化硫的含量.实验发现邻二氮菲-铁(Ⅱ)红色配合物经有机溶剂异戊醇萃取后,其吸光度增大,测定的灵敏度提高,最大摩尔吸光系数(ε)由原来的9.93×104L(cm.mol)-1增大到1.13×105L(cm.mol)-1.检出限为0.008 6μg/mL,RSD为1.6%.方法简便灵敏,精密度高,线性关系达0.999.将该法用于大气中二氧化硫的测定,获得满意的结果.  相似文献

研究了新显色剂2-(5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(简称CTZDBA)与铁的显色反应。结果表明,在pH4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,CTZDBA与Fe(Ⅲ)形成稳定的络合比为2∶1的紫红色络合物,最大吸收波长为560nm,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为2.21×104L.mol-1.cm-1,Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度在(0~0.8)mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。所拟方法不经分离直接测定纯铝和铝合金样品中微量的铁,测定结果与认定值相符。  相似文献

利用乙醇-硫酸铵-邻二氮菲体系萃取光度法研究了Fe2 和邻二氮菲的最佳显色条件,完善了测定微量铁含量的操作条件,建立了一个方便、快速、准确的普遍使用于微量铁含量的分析方法。最大吸收波长痊于510nm、回归方程为y=0.008 1.626x,相关系数r=0.9987,摩尔吸光系数=ε9.4×104L/(m o l.cm),Fe(Ⅱ)在0-50μg范围内服从比尔定律。  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
