系统地研究了钛锰二元合金的吸、放氢量,压力组成等温线以及吸氢过程热力学函数(ΔHΔS)的变化。实验证实,对于不加均匀化退火和活化处理的二元钛锰合金,其综合吸放氢性能最佳的组成为TiMn_(1.15)-TiMn_(1.25)。  相似文献

为了研究AB2型La-Mg-Ni系储氢合金的容量衰减以及循环前后合金的组织结构,采用Sieverts法测试了LaSmMgNi4.1快淬态合金的吸放氢量,用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)分别测试和观察了循环前后合金的相结构、颗粒形貌以及原子排列。结果表明,合金的吸放氢量随着循环次数增加发生衰减,合金的吸放氢衰减速率与循环阶段有关。合金由不同生长方向、不同尺寸的柱状晶组成,成分基本均匀,主要由(LaSm)MgNi4主相和LaNi5相组成,相组成的组织为晶态。经过吸放氢循环后,合金由大量非晶和少量晶态组成。随着循环次数增加,合金颗粒粉化与蓬松严重。  相似文献

采用机械合金化方法制备Mg-50wt.%Ti1-xCx(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)贮氢合金.x-射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,合金主要由Mg、Ti、c以及二元合金相Ti2C0.06和Mg2C3组成,随着球磨时间增加,合金的非晶化程度提高.压强-成分-温度(Pcr)测试结果显示,Mg-50wt.%Ti1-xC(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)合金的贮氢量分别为2.96、2.95、2.76、2.6wt.%;随着碳含量的增加,样品吸氢量逐渐减少,放氢温度和平台压也随之下降;适当增加球磨时间可降低吸放氢温度.  相似文献

研究了钛铁锰合金的活化性能,结果表明,钛铁锰合金经过适当活化处理即可吸氢。利用XRD,SEM,XPS电子探针对其物相、形貌及表面组成进行了表征。贮氢性能测试表明其有大的贮氢量及较宽的平台区。△H=-6.4kcal/molH_2,△S=-23.5cal/K.molH_2。动力学测试表明了其有良好的吸氢动力学性能。  相似文献

采用真空悬浮熔炼炉制备了Mg79YNi20和Mg77Y3Ni20两种镁基合金,系统研究了Y含量对合金结构和储氢性能的影响.结果表明,Y含量的增加显著改善了合金的吸放氢动力学,尤其是快速吸氢性能。随Y含量的增大,合金的放氢温度从567K降低到485K.将等温下吸氢量随压力变化(PCI)的数据带入Van’t hoff方程,计算得出的焓变和熵变显示,Y替代量加量的增加有效降低了合金的热力学稳定性.  相似文献

为了考察Mo部分替代Ti对高容量V_(40)Ti_(50)Fe_(10)合金储氢性能的影响,采用电弧熔炼制备了V_(40)Ti_(50-x)Mo_xFe_(10)(x=0~30)合金,系统地研究了该系列合金的结构和储氢性能随Mo替代Ti含量的变化规律,并探讨合金储氢容量的衰退机制。研究表明:该系列合金均由主相体心立方(BCC)固溶体和少量的C14型Laves第2相组成;Mo取代Ti并未改变合金的主相结构,但Laves第2相的含量明显降低,合金整体均匀性增加;随着Mo含量的增加,BCC相的晶胞体积逐渐减小,合金的放氢量总体呈现下降趋势但中间出现波动状态,而放氢平台压则持续上升;在这一系列合金中,V_(40)Ti_(40)Mo_(10)Fe_(10)合金的储氢性能较优,具有相对宽泛且平坦的放氢压力平台,可逆储氢量较高,且室温下吸放氢过程均可在5 min内完成。循环测试表明,合金氢化物在吸放氢过程中会形成难以活化的TiFe相,导致合金出现成分分离,影响合金的稳定性,从而造成储氢容量衰退。  相似文献

为了提高LaNi4.25Al0.75合金的储氢性能,采用退火、表面镀铜和表面包覆SiO2对合金进行改性,并对处理前、后合金的微观结构和吸放氢性能的变化进行研究。研究结果表明,退火消除了LaNi4.25Al0.75合金中的偏析,减少了内应力,使合金具有平坦的吸氢平台;表面镀铜处理加快了合金的吸、放氢速度,但吸氢含量略有降低,另外,镀铜合金抗粉化性能加强,经10次吸、放氢循环后没有出现粉化现象;表面包覆SiO2前、后,合金的吸氢量变化不大,抗粉化性能加强,经10次吸、放氢循环后没有出现粉化现象。  相似文献

本文研究了以富镧混合稀土(简称Ml)为吸氢元素组成的MlNi_(5-x)M_x(M为Al等合金元素)合金的贮氢特性。测定了试验合金在不同温度下的等温线和动力学曲线及吸、放氢前后的品格常数的变化,计算出该合金氢化物的热焓和熵变,并就主要贮氢特性与MlNi_5和LaNi_5比较,说明本合金只有一系列的优点,特別是抗中毒和再生性能优良,是一种很有价值的贮氢合金。  相似文献

采用"烧结-球磨"方法制备Mg0.92In0.05Zn0.03三元固溶体合金,减小了Mg的晶格常数.利用粉末X-射线衍射分析合金的相组成、微观结构和吸放氢过程的相转变,通过扫描电镜观察合金的微观形貌及相分布.采用体积法测定合金的等温吸放氢曲线(PCT)和动力学曲线,确定了合金的吸放氢反应焓变、熵变及氢化反应激活能.结果表明:Mg0.92In0.05Zn0.03三元固溶体具有良好的活化性能和动力学性能,脱氢反应焓降低至-68.6 kJ/mol H2.  相似文献

本文用共沉淀还原扩散法制备了新的镧系吸氢合金LaNi_4Fe_(0.5)Cu_(0.5)对其进行结构表征,吸氢性能测试和表面研究.结果表明:该合金的晶体结构属六方晶系.空间群P6/mmm,晶体学参数为a=5.043A.C=4.009A;有优良的吸放氢性质,易活化,吸氢容量高(H/La接近6);合金吸放氢导致粉化,活化过程产生许多微观裂隙,有利于吸氢。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
