在新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进下,体育与科技融合已成为中国体育产业高质量发展的重大战略选择和核心引擎。以产业经济学理论为基础,运用文献资料和案例分析方法,在阐明体育与科技融合、体育产业高质量发展内涵基础上,探寻体育与科技融合助推体育产业高质量发展的逻辑、机制与路径。研究发现:逻辑维度上,体育与科技依托技术融合、产品融合、市场融合、业态融合催生出新技术、新产品、新市场、新业态等新供给,培育出体育消费新需求、新模式,促进了体育产业的供需良性互动,有助于破解体育产业发展质量不高等问题;机制维度上,体育与科技融合发挥结构优化效应、效率提升效应和价值创造效应,助推体育产业高质量发展。在此基础上,从体育与科技融合宏观层面的机制创新与政策保障、中观层面的合作协同与平台建设、微观层面的强化创新与三维共力提出其助推体育产业高质量发展的路径。  相似文献

文中对新时代体育强省建设中的体育产业强省的内涵与构成进行了探索,体育产业的强包括产业规模、产业水平、产业结构、产业消费等维度。江苏体育产业发展表现出了“量质同升”的状态,在典型做法上注重政策探索,以政策引领体育产业快速发展;重视空间拓展,注重立体化产业空间的培育;实施跨域发展,提升体育发展能级。江苏体育产业发展取得了较好的成效,但也存在产业能级不高、高端产品不足、人才资源不力、融资渠道不宽等不足。基于相关理论与现实情况,提出江苏体育产业应丰富产业健康内涵,成为健康江苏新动能;提升产业幸福品质,成为幸福江苏新内容;强化产业轻优属性,成为经济强省新引擎;优化产业发展能级,成为体育强省新支撑。应明确发展目标,打造体育产业全产业链,构建现代体育经济体系;实施重点人群重点培育,夯实体育产业消费基础;坚持内培与外引结合,完善体育产业发展人才支撑,促进体育强省的达成。  相似文献

数字经济作为重要的经济业态,与体育产业的结合将为新发展阶段体育产业的高质量发展提供重要动力。研究从数字经济的内涵出发,梳理了数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的基本理论,并结合体育产业的实际,将数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的机理阐述为:数字经济提高体育资源配置优化效率;提高体育资源使用效率;促进体育产业创新赋能;开启体育产业价值重创过程;提升体育数据资源价值,促进体育产业的数字化转型。同时,结合“推—拉理论”论述由升级机制、优化机制、融合机制、支撑机制和治理机制组成的动力机制,并提出数字经济驱动体育产业高质量发展的实现路径:加强顶层设计,建构产学研相结合的数字体育创新体系;加强体育产业数字基础设施建设,夯实技术驱动基础;夯实体育产业基础能力,促进产品提质增效;积极打造数字体育产业生态,做好体育企业的数字化转型等4大措施促进我国体育产业高质量发展。  相似文献

在“双循环”新发展格局下推动体育产业高质量发展具有重要理论与现实意义。基于产业经济学基本理论,探究“双循环”新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展的逻辑、动力与路径。在“双循环”新发展格局下,构建完善的体育产业内需体系,畅通国内大循环;构建完善的体育产业链供应链,畅通国内国际双循环,是体育产业高质量发展的内在逻辑。当前,体育“放管服”改革不断推进、体育产业政策不断向好、体育产业规模不断提升、体育市场不断扩大、体育企业不断壮大,形成了“政府—政策—产业—市场—企业”五位一体体育产业高质量发展的“双循环”支撑动力。鉴于此,通过紧扣更高水平供需平衡,围绕供给侧改革与需求侧改革,抓住以扩大体育内需、促进城乡区域体育产业协调发展、推进体育产业数字化转型为重点,构建体育产业政策体系、现代体育产业体系、现代体育市场体系、新型体育消费体系,提出“一个”主线、“两个”改革、“三个”重点、“四个”体系的“双循环”新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展路径。  相似文献

运用文献资料、逻辑分析、访谈、实地调研等研究方法,从产业融合的视角指出体育产业与旅游产业的融合发展是内生要素和外部要素共同作用的结果,在此基础上分析了安徽省体育产业与旅游产业融合发展的现状,得出结论:政策及其引导下的资金运作、技术创新及信息交互为安徽省体育产业和旅游产业的融合发展提供了有力的推力和支力;但旅游与体育人文资源的融合、体育旅游人才的短缺以及体育旅游品牌塑造上还存在诸多不足.最后提出了要合理融合徽文化、积极申办大赛事以及培养人才、塑造品牌的建议,旨在为安徽省体育旅游产业的发展提供一定参考.  相似文献

"十三五"期间,我国体育产业成为经济调结构、稳增长的主要产业,体育产业结构的合理性是实现经济增长新动能的关键.本文以社会主义市场经济不同发展阶段为依据,以历史发展视角研究我国体育产业结构发展现状,结果显示:1)我国体育产业脱胎于体育事业,是融合、裹挟在其他产业和社会进步中前进,未形成完善的独立结构;2)我国体育产业结构分别经历了萌芽、探索及稳步平稳及快速发展阶段;3)目前我国体育产业内外结构还存在产值比例低和主体结构失衡现状;4)我国体育产业结构是点状发展还未形成有效产业链.因此要实现体育产业增强经济新动能的功效,试需从以下途径实现:即确立体育新型战略产业地位、深化体育产业市场化、转变管理体制和运行机制、升级体育产业供给侧结构、突出体育产业融合中的主体地位.为推进新时期体育产业事业的进一步发展.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
