中职校生源结构存在较大差异,采用传统教学方法进行英语课程教学,往往造成能力强的学生“吃不饱”,能力欠佳的学生“吃不消”的现象,教学效果欠佳。为调动学生学习积极性,让参差不齐的学生都得到提高和发展,实施分层教学已成当务之急,分层教学的教学思想和教学模式符合国家的教育方针,能促进学生全面发展的要求。实践也证明,分层教学是适应学生现状的有效方法,经过实践,收到了良好的效果。  相似文献

为了探讨Seminar教学模式在外科,临床见习教学中的应用效果,将2009级临床医学专业的学生40名名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各20名。实验组采用Seminar教学,对照组采用传统讲授法教学。学期结束后对学生进行问卷调查,并对临床技能进行考核。Seminar教学极大地提升了学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高了学生的自学能力、表达能力,培养了学生的科研能力,同时提升了学生的团队精神以及增加了师生互动。部分学生认为增加了学习负担,讲授的学习重点不清晰。Seminar教学模式是外科临床见习的较好的一种教学模式,对外科学的教学发展起到了积极作用。其运用推广还需更多的实践和探索。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
