人类白细胞抗原HLA—DP，DQ，DR在新疆哈萨克族食管癌中的表达及意义

探讨人类白细胞抗原（HLA—DP,DQ,DR）在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌发生发展中的表达及其临床意义。采用免疫组织化学技术链霉素-过氧化物酶（S-P）法检测66例新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌和28例正常食管粘膜组织（癌旁正常组织）中HLA—DP,DQ,DR抗原的表达。新疆哈族食管鳞癌组织中HLA—DP,DQ,DR抗原的阳性表达率为36．4％,高于正常对照组的7．1％（χ^2=8．389,P〈0．05）;HLA—DP,DQ,DR抗原在食管癌中的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤生长部位、淋巴转移、分化程度无相关性。HLA—DP,DQ,DR的表达与新疆哈族食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。     

正常成人外周血全血培养激活T细胞表达活化抗原

目的：研究正常成人外周血T细胞体外活化表达活化抗原CD69，CD25及HLA－DR的规律与蛋白激酶C（PKC）抑制剂对此的影响。方法：健康志愿者（10名）外周血以佛波醇酯（PDB）＋离子霉素（lon)或植物血凝素（PHA）刺激不同时间后，经双荧光染色后获取有核细胞，以流式细胞仪测定CD3^ T细胞活化抗原CD69，CD25及LHA－DR的表达。结果：无论PDB＋Ion还是PHA均可刺激CD3^ T细胞表达CD25,24h后的表达率分别达57．5％和39．8％，以PDB＋Ion刺激4h，T细胞CD69表达已达90％以上，而此时CD25尚未表达，HLA－DR则在72h后表达明显上调，PKC抑制剂H7能完全抑制DB＋Ion引起的CD69及CD25上调，但仅部分抑制LA－DR的表达。结论：正常成人中血CD3^3 T细胞经多克隆活化剂刺激后CD69表达最快，最高，CD25次之，HLA－DR较慢较低；三者的表达均可被PKC抑制剂H7所抑制，表明PKC在3种活化抗原的表达中起重要作用。     

C—myc及增殖细胞核抗原在小儿肝母细胞瘤中表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨C－myc和谱殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在小儿肝母细胞瘤（HB）中表达的临床意义，方法：用免疫组化法检测22例小儿HB组织中C－myc和PCNA的表达，结果HB组织和正常肝组织中C－myc阳必一表达率分别为81．8％（18／22），和33．3％（3／9），PCNA在HB组织和正常肝组织中阳性表达率分别为68．2％（15／22）和阴性（0／9），HB组织中C－myc和PCNA阳性表达率显著高于还肝组织（P＜0．05），C－myc和PCNA阳性表达率与HB病理类型无明显相关性（P＞0．05），但与肿瘤临床分期呈正相关，临床分期愈晚期，C－myc和PCNA阳性率愈高，结论：C－myc和PCNA在HB中的表达与HB的发生，发展和预后密切相关，检测C－myc及PCNA对估计HB恶性程度，判断预后及指导治疗有重要意义。     

乳腺癌PKCs表达与其分化程度的相关性

为了研究蛋白激酶C（PKC）和乳腺癌分化及转移的相关性，采用免疫组化SABC方法检测48例人乳腺癌的PKC蛋白表达，包括PKCα、βI、η和ξ等蛋白。结果表明，与分化低的乳腺癌对比，分化高的乳腺癌PKC蛋白表达水平提高。在临床I－II和III级的乳腺癌中，PKCη蛋白表达率分别为61．5％和9．1％，具有显著意义（P＜0．05），PKCξ蛋白表达率分别为92．3％和27．3％，具有极显著意义（P＜0．01）。另外，在乳腺癌未转移的病例中，PKCs蛋白表达水平普遍较高，其中PKCξ与肿转移相关性极显著（P＜0．01）。此外，PKCs蛋白表达水平与肿瘤患者年龄无关。以上结果提示，PKCη和PKCξ有可能作为评价临床乳腺癌分化和转移程度的指标之一。     

直接免疫荧光法分析白血病及骨髓增生异常综合征患者免疫表型

目的 :检测急性白血病 (AL)及骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)免疫表型及其临床意义。方法 :用流式细胞仪CD4 5设门直接免疫三标记法 ,检测 4 9例AL及MDS患者免疫表型。结果 :ALL双克隆型 9例 ,其中髓系伴T -ALL 3例 ,髓系伴B -ALL 4例 ,1例为髓系伴T、B标记 (CD13 +CD7+CD19+ ) ,1例同时CD7+CD19+ ;ALL同时表达CD3 4 及HLA -DR最高 (6 0 .0 1%) ,明显高于AML、MDS(P <0 .0 0 5 )。AML双克隆型 2 0例 ,7例为髓系伴CD7+ ,2例髓系伴CD19+ ,11例为同时表达CD3 4 +HLA -DR +。MDS患者骨髓细胞表达髓系成熟抗原CD13 +及CD3 3 +增高 ,未发现淋系抗原的表达。MDS -RAEB、RAEBT及转为白血病病例均高表达CD3 4 及HLA -DR抗原。结论 :用三标记法简便易行 ,提高诊断准确性 ;单抗组合应兼顾髓、淋系同时表达 ;应加胞浆抗原检测。     

C-erbB-2、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-7和MTA1在哈萨克族食管癌中的表达及其临床意义

通过观察C-erbB-2、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-7和MTA1 5个基因在哈萨克族食管癌组织中的表达,探讨其侵袭转移相关因子在新疆哈萨克族食管癌组织的表达和临床意义.采用RT-PCR方法检测75例哈萨克族食管癌标本中这5个基因的mRNA表达水平,分析它们与临床病理特征的关系.结果显示,5个基因在哈萨克族食管癌组织中表达较正常组织增高,达到差异显著(P<0.05);MMp-2、MMP-7、MTA1基因的表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),MMP-1、MMP-7基因的表达与临床分期正相关(P<0.05):C-erbB-2与MTA1、MMP-2与MTA1、MMP-7与MTA1、MMP-7与MMP-1、MMP-1与MTA1基因的表达差异高度一致(P<0.01).由此得出,这5个基因表达上调在哈萨克族食管癌的发生发展过程中协同发挥作用;MMP-2、MMP-7、MTA1可能是哈萨克族食管癌发生侵袭、转移的主导因素.     

内蒙古师范大学中老年教职工血脂、血糖指标检测结果分析

对内蒙古师范大学840名中老年教职工空腹血糖(SG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T—CH)的测定结果进行了统计分析。结果表明，男性和女性血糖异常率分别为5．09％和3．95％，男性和女性高甘油三酯症的检出率分别为21．53％和13．98％，均为男性高于女性；男性和女性高总胆固醇检出率分别为7．63％和7．90％，无明显差异，男性和女性上述3项指标的平均值和异常检出率均随年龄增长呈上升趋势，且50岁后变化较明显。     

鸡主要组织相容性复合体I（BF2和β2m）二级结构与同源模建

为了推进鸡主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）Ⅰ类分子（BF2，β2m）空间结构的研究，克隆、表达了鸡BF2和屉研基因，采用圆二色谱（CD）测定了其重组蛋白的二级结构，并同源模建了其三级结构．首先，将BF2和β2m基因分别插入原核表达载体进行了可溶性表达．对表达的融合蛋白进行纯化、蛋白酶切割并对切割后的蛋白进行分离和纯化，获得了麦芽糖结合蛋白（MBP）-BF2，β2m蛋白以及MBP单体．随后，测定了BF2和β2m的CD值．CD表明BF2蛋白呈典型的α螺旋；其中，α螺旋、β折叠、转角和随机蜷曲分别为72，102，70和90个氨基酸．β2m重组蛋白呈典型的卢折叠，α螺旋、β折叠、转角和随机蜷曲分别为0，46，30和22个氨基酸．同源模建显示鸡BF2和β2m蛋白与人HLA—A2和小鼠H2的3D结构类似．结果显示了BF2和β2m蛋白在二维和三维上的分子特征及其与抗原多肽结合氨基酸的空间分布，为以后进一步构建鸡BF2-β2m复合物体外鉴定病毒抗原肽系统奠定了基础．     

HLA与妊娠高血压综合征相关的初步研究

本文对24例妊娠高血压综合征患者进行了HLA—A、B、C分型,与24例正常孕妇对照组比较,A_(33)、B_(46)、和C_2等抗原频率增高,A_(10)、A_(23)和C_7等抗原频率降低,经统计分析,变化无显著性意义(P>0.05)。本文结果提示:妊高征的发生可能与HLA无明显关系。     

胃肠道恶性肿瘤的端粒酶活性研究

目的：探讨端粒酶活性与胃肠道恶性肿瘤之间的关系．方法：采用非核素银染TRAP法，对30例胃肠道恶性肿瘤(16例胃癌、9例食管癌、5例结肠癌)患者癌组织及其癌旁组织和6例非肿瘤患者的相应正常组织中端粒酶活性进行检测．结果：端粒酶活性在胃癌组织中阳性率为87．5％(14／16)、食管癌中为88．9％(8／9)、结肠癌中为80％(4／5)，其阳性率与患者年龄及组织类型无关，病灶越大、病期越晚、分化程度越低，端粒酶活性率越高，淋巴结转移者高于无转移者．在相应癌旁组织和非肿瘤患者正常组织端粒酶活性皆为阴性．结论：端粒酶活性可能是特异性较强的恶性肿瘤标志物，它有望成为有力的胃肠道恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的辅助手段，并在肿瘤患者的预后判断方面具重要意义．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
