用电化学法制备了高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,选摩尔比为1:1的CoSO4和FeSO4混合溶液为电解液,用交流电化学沉积法在多孔阳极氧化铝的柱形微孔内制备Fe0.5 Co0.5合金磁性纳米线有序阵列.分别用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪对多孔氧化铝模板和纳米线阵列的微观形貌和结构进行分析,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的磁学性能进行测试.结果显示,制备的磁性合金纳米线表面光滑、均匀,纳米线中的晶粒在生长过程中有(200)晶面的择优取向.VSM测试结果表明,纳米线阵列结构具有较高的垂直磁各向异性,当外场沿纳米线轴向磁化时,纳米线阵列有很大的剩磁比(Mr/Ms=0.7)和很大的矫顽力(饱和Hc=1700 Oe),说明样品经适当热处理后,剩磁比和纵向矫顽力普遍得到提高.  相似文献

采用交流电沉积方法于不同频率在氧化铝模板中合成了线间距50 nm、直径22 nm的Fe-Co合金纳米线阵列,研究了沉积频率对阵列成分、晶体结构以及磁性能的影响.研究发现:Fe-Co纳米线阵列的最佳沉积频率范围为5~350 Hz.在此范围内合成的阵列,其晶体结构对沉积频率的依赖并不明显,但成分与磁性能却会受到沉积频率的影响.阵列磁性能随频率的变化趋势可以用纳米线饱和磁化强度与线间静磁耦合作用的改变来定性解释.氢气退火后,所有阵列均具有良好的磁性能.它们的矫顽力和矩形度分别高于3.512 kOe和0.939.其中,50 Hz沉积的阵列磁性能相对最好.热磁分析表明:其居里温度约为630 ℃.  相似文献

采用两步电化学阳极氧化方法制备了有序多孔氧化铝模板,通过交流电化学沉积方法在模板中合成了线间距约为62nm、直径约为25nm的Fe48Co52合金纳米线阵列,细致研究了阵列的晶体结构与磁性能.研究表明:沉积态阵列具有体心立方结构.氢气退火处理对阵列的晶体结构没有影响,但是会显著提高阵列的磁性能.退火后,Fe—Co合金纳米线阵列显示了较高的永磁性能,其易磁化方向的矫顽力、矩形度以及单根纳米线的最大磁能积分别约为3.63kOe、0.971以及33.7mol/dm^3 GOe.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射法在Si0001基片上制备了FePt薄膜,薄膜样品经过650℃热处理1 h.利用X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计对样品的结构和磁性进行了测量和分析.结果表明,样品经过650℃热处理后均形成了有序面心四方结构的L10-FePt相.当FePt薄膜厚度达到20 nm时,样品平行膜面和垂直膜面的矫顽力最大,分别是9.2和8.0 kOe.随着厚度的增加,样品平均晶粒度增大,平行膜面和垂直膜面的矫顽力均呈现减小趋势.  相似文献

采用交流电化学沉积法在氧化铝模板孔洞中制备了有序钴纳米线阵列。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计等对样品的结构、形貌和磁性进行了表征和研究。扫描电镜表明氧化铝模板孔洞直径为20 nm,结构研究证明钴纳米线为六角密堆积(HCP)结构且具有很强的(002)织构,磁性测试发现该钴纳米线阵列具有很强的单轴各向异性,室温矫顽力达2 590 Oe,有望用于高温永磁磁记录。  相似文献

针对ZnO半导体低维纳电子/光电子器件中纳米线膜的可控性差及其所导致的特性不稳定问题,利用ZnO纳米籽晶层作为引导层,以实现ZnO纳米线膜的垂直取向生长和尺度分布可控制备,并研究低维量子限域效应对ZnO纳米线膜光电特性的影响机制,利用湿化学法在氧化铟锡导电玻璃上制备ZnO籽晶层,随后利用低温水热法进行ZnO纳米线膜的引导生长,样品的显微结构和物相分析表明,通过调节籽晶热处理温度和生长液浓度能够实现ZnO纳米线直径在10~100nm内可调,籽晶热处理温度对纳米线尺度分布影响尤其显著.室温光致发光(PL)谱测试及分析表明,直径小于20nm的ZnO纳米线薄膜样品的PL谱的近紫外带边发射峰相比于更大直径的纳米线样品发生了明显的蓝移,而且半高宽显著减小.利用量子限域效应理论对PL谱带边发射峰随纳米线的尺度分布发生变化的规律进行了合理分析.  相似文献

在没有催化剂的情况下,空气中直接加热氧化锌片成功制备出ZnO纳米线/纳米片.通过改变反应温度,分别能够获得紧密排列的ZnO纳米线和纳米片.ZnO纳米线和纳米片的直径为几个微米,厚度约为280 nm.室温光致发光测试研究表明其最大可见发射波长在508 nm.该研究工作为纳米器件研制提供了一种简单直接氧化方法,可望高产率制备高质量半导体纳米线和纳米片阵列.  相似文献

采用自组装技术制备大面积有序聚苯乙烯微球模板.在此基础上,制备Co/Pt多层膜纳米碗列阵阵列.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品表面形貌和磁性进行了分析.结果表明:纳米碗阵列保留了聚苯乙烯微球模板的有序形貌.磁性多层膜随着Pt或Co厚度的增大,矫顽力和Mr/Ms变化的总体趋势是先增大后减小.随着衬底胶体球半径的增加,曲率诱导作用逐渐减弱,矫顽力降低.  相似文献

为了制备定向生长、光电性能优越的ZnO纳米阵列,改进了一种较为简单的水热方法:首先在ITO玻璃上铺上一层岛状ZnO种子,然后利用水热反应,在ITO玻璃上生长了规则排列的、沿(002)晶轴定向生长的ZnO纳米阵列.并基于XRD、SEM、光致发光光谱等测试揭示了样品的形貌、微结构和发光性能的特征及相互作用机理.分析结果表明,纳米线属于六方纤锌矿结构,具有垂直沿c轴方向择优生长的特征.光致发光光谱测试表明,当ZnO纳米线阵列的取向性较差时,可同时观测到较强的绿光发射和蓝光发射;但是,当ZnO纳米线阵列的取向性明显提高之后,只发射单一的强绿光.进一步分析表明,随着前驱溶液浓度的降低,ZnO纳米线阵列的发光强度呈非线性变化,而纳米线的尺寸单调的变小.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
