平衡光学锁相环的性能分析

光学锁相环是光通信系统的重要组成部分，决定着光通信的质量。本文通过平衡锁相环的原理和结构模型，分析了平衡镇相环的噪声和线宽对相干通信影响。分析结果为相干光通信系统的确立提供了理论依据     

高速三光谱火灾探测器原理及设计

本文通过光谱分析法对火焰的光谱特征和高速三光谱火灾探测器原理、基本火灾探测算法进行了研究分析,同时对高速三光谱火灾探测器设计作了介绍,最后给出了高速三光谱火灾探测器相关技术性能指标情况。     

双发双收双偏振天气雷达信噪比改善方法研究

针对双偏振天气雷达在同时发射同时接收体制下,存在信噪比损失3 d B的现象,分析了信噪比损失对雷达回波产品显示的影响,并详细介绍了一种在信号处理器中对水平和垂直通道内的I/Q回波信号进行相干叠加,改善雷达回波信噪比的方法。理论分析和计算表明,该方法可以提高雷达信噪比2~3 d B;观测结果证实,该方法可以增强双偏振天气雷达对弱信号的探测能力。     

平衡混频式电涡流金属探测器研究

讨论了平衡混频电涡流金属探测器的组成及工作原理，实验表明该金属探测具有灵敏度高，体积小等优点。     

固体表面超声波信息的光学提取方法的研究

设计了一种能够精确测量固体表面微位移的实验装置,该装置以迈克耳逊干涉仪为基础,采用激光相干探测技术提取固体表面超声波信息。推导由超声波传播而引起的固体表面微小位移与探测器输出的电学量之间的关系。     

四象限红外探测器信号处理系统

实现基于四象限红外探测器的位置检测信号处理系统。从四象限位置探测的原理入手,介绍了探测器信号提取与前级放大电路、同步相干谐波检测电路,以及模数转换、时序控制、数据采集电路。实验结果良好,系统可行。     

基于高速微弱光电探测相关技术的浅析

高速微弱光电探测技术在激光通信中应用广泛,如何在噪声环境中检测出所需信号是一个难点。首先对光电探测器主要部分(光电二极管与放大器)的参数进行分析,然后分析了光电二极管输出信噪比,得出提高光电探测灵敏度关键在于选择恰当的器件以及设计合理的放大电路。通过搭建具体的实验电路,经过测试,该电路在工作波长为1 550 nm脉冲信号,传输速率为2.5 Gb/s条件下,误码率为10-12时,探测器灵敏度可达到-24.8 dBm,实现了高速微弱信号的探测。     

高斯型调制相干态的零差测量原理

对高斯型调制相干态的零差测量技术进行分析,认为用平衡零差探测效果最佳。在量子力学的框架下,研究零差探测技术测量高斯型调制相干态的原理,确定光子数与相位的关系,阐述相干态的测量技术,分析了测量信号及其方差。     

Ag纳米颗粒局域表面等离子体共振增强CsPbBr3纳米片光电探测器性能研究

采用热注入法,通过添加短链配体辛酸和辛胺制备金属卤化物钙钛矿CsPbBr_3纳米片,引入AgBr作为Ag前驱体,通过光照还原合成Ag@CsPbBr_3复合纳米片,组装Au/CsPbBr_3/Au和Au/Ag@CsPbBr_3/Au光电导型探测器.研究发现,探测器对520 nm可见光具有良好的探测性能,在Ag纳米颗粒局域表面等离子体共振效应的作用下,探测器响应度由198.6μA/W增至240.3μA/W,增幅达21%.该探测器在520 nm波段光电响应良好,在未来的可见光通信中具有重要的应用前景.     

深空光通信链路特性分析及功率预算

深空光通信链路距离非常远,要求功率预算非常严格。影响通信链路特性的因素很多,功率预算往往需要很复杂的折中考虑。重点分析了链路距离、光学天线直径、光束发散角、大气信道损耗、光学系统损耗、探测器灵敏度等因素对链路方程、探测器信噪比和通信误码率的影响。提出了结合链路方程、信噪比和误码率对发射功率进行预算的新方法。开展了7 km地面间光通信室外演示验证实验,对大气信道损耗、光学系统损耗等进行了测试;开展了光束发散角、探测器灵敏度的室内测试实验。实验结果和理论分析基本吻合,表明该预算方法具有应用于深空光通信的可行性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.
