广西洞穴金线鲃一新种--九圩金线鲃

描记广西河池市九圩镇一地下河中的金线鲃属一新种，以标本采集地命名为九圩金线鲃，新种．Sinocyclcheilus jiuxuensis Li et Lan,sp．nov.新种与分布区相邻的半盲金线鲃S.Halfibindus Li et Lan和高肩金线鲃S．altishouldeus Li et Lan相近，但新种背鳍分枝鳍条为7，鳃耙7～9和甲须纤弱等特征可与半盲金线鲃区别．新种头后平缓上升而不是急剧隆起；侧线鳞47～49，头长为眼间距的3．93～4．43(4．20)倍，可与高肩金线鲃区别。     

广西洞穴金线鱼巴属一新种

描记采于广西天鹅县板么乡一洞穴的金线鱼巴属一新种,以采集地县名命名为天鹅金线鱼巴Sinocyclocheilus tianeensis Li,Xiao et Luo.sp.nov.新种与产于乐业的鸭嘴金线鱼巴S.anatirostris Lin et Luo相近,但有下列特征可明显区别①新种体被密集细鳞,后者裸露无鳞;②新种眼虽退化,但仍能见到隐于膜下的小眼,后者眼已完全退化成盲眼;③新种体色紫褐色,后者无色呈半透明状.     

云南金线鲃属一新种——版纳金线鲃

描记采于云南省西双版纳勐腊县罗梭江的金线鲃属一新种,命名版纳金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus bannaensis sp. nov.,该新种曾被误订为狭孔金线鲃S. angustiporus Zheng et Xie 1985,但背鳍条iii-8 vs iii-7,侧线鳞47 vs 68~89两特征可明显区别.新种外形更像粗壮金线鲃S. robustus Chen et Zhao 1988,但背鳍条iii-8 vs iii-7,侧线鳞47 vs 72亦可区别.     

广西洞穴金线鲤属二新种记述(鲤形目:鲤科:鲤亚科)

描记2000-2008年间采于广西的洞穴金线鲃属Sinocyclocheilus鱼类二新种,以采集地县名命名为马山金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus mashanensis Wu,Liao et Li,sp,nov和环江金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus haunjingensis Wu.Gan et Li,sp,nov.     

广西金线鲃属鱼类二新种记述

描记采于广西壮族自治区的金线鲃属鱼类二新种,以采集地乡镇名命名泗孟金线鲃（Sinocyclocheilus simengensis Li,Wu,Li et Lan sp. nov.）和平山金线鲃（Sinocyclocheilus pingshanensis Li,Li,Lan et Wu sp. nov.）.     

云南省洞穴盲金线鲃一新种——额凸盲金线鲃

2015年10月,在云南省丘北县温浏乡一喀斯特洞穴因山洪爆发形成的小湖泊中,捕到1尾无眼盲金线鲃标本.经研究系一新种,以头上额前有一短粗凸起命名额凸盲金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus convexiforeheadus Li Yang et Li sp,nov.新种与透明金线鲃S. hylinus Chen et Yang（1994）、鹰喙角金线鲃S. aquihornes Li et Yang（2007）的区别是,额部凸起短粗VS棒状长角或鹰喙状长角,胸鳍不达腹鳍起点VS胸鳍超过腹鳍起点,背鳍起点在腹鳍起点之前VS背鳍起点在腹鳍起点之后.     

广西金线鲃属鱼类一新种记述

根据采集自广西壮族自治区南丹县和环江县境内的5尾标本鉴定描记了金线鲃属Sinocyclocheilus 1新种,斑点金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus punctatus sp.nov..其形态特征:背鳍末根不分枝,鳍条变粗,下部强硬,后缘具强锯齿;背鳍起点明显后于腹鳍起点,分枝鳍条8;口端位;胸鳍长,后伸超过腹鳍起点;吻须短,后伸不达眼前缘;身体被细鳞,侧线鳞明显比侧线上、下鳞大;侧线鳞45~50;第一鳃弓外侧鳃耙7~8枚;头背面和侧线上半部体侧和背部散布不规则的黑色斑点.这些组合特征可以将新种与同属的其他种区别开来.     

贵州荔波8种金线鲃对环境的适应性特征

论述了贵州省荔波茂兰自然保护区内采集到的8种金线鲃的形态特征及对环境的适应性特征,发现这8种金线鲃对于不同水环境的适应演化过程中,眼睛的退化、侧线管的两侧及头部衍生出众多短的感觉管、胸鳍和口须的适应性变化、头背部的特殊突起等独特的适应性特征,认为这8种金线鲃都属于非典型的洞穴鱼类。     

3种金线鲃属鱼类基因组微卫星的筛选与分析

利用生物信息学的方法,基于已公布的滇池金线鲃、安水金线鲃和犀角金线鲃的全基因组序列,筛选出3种金线鲃全基因组中的微卫星,并对所得数据进行分析。结果显示:在滇池金线鲃、安水金线鲃和犀角金线鲃全基因组中分别筛选出完美微卫星851 732个、849 226个和848 258个,其丰度分别为543. 39个/Mb、561. 32个/Mb和557. 52个/Mb; 3种金线鲃鱼类基因组中二碱基重复类型最多,分别占全部微卫星总数的50. 24%、40. 72%和40. 72%,其次是单碱基四碱基三碱基五碱基六碱基;安水金线鲃和犀角金线鲃基因组中的核心重复类别比例最高的为A,而滇池金线鲃核心重复序列比例最高的为AC; 3种鱼类基因组微卫星序列分布结果表明,位于外显子上的数量远低于内含子和基因间隔区。     

云南金线鲃属鱼类一新种--麻花金线鲃

描记采于云南省文山州境内地下河出水口的金线鲃属一新种,以体表密布褐色芝麻斑点命名为麻花金线鲃(S inocyclocheilus maculatus Li,sp,nov).新种外形接近该州已记载的老种紫色金线鲃(S.purpureus Li).但侧线孔较多(81～88)口亚上位, 体表密布褐色芝麻体斑可明显区别.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
