bcl-2基因反义核酸对HL-60和K562白血病细胞生存的影响

目的：探索ｂｃｌ－２基因反义核酸对白血病细胞生存的影响。方法：主要应用细胞培养和细胞克隆的方法,检测了ｂｃｌ－２基因反义核酸对ＨＬ－６０和Ｋ５６２白血病细胞系生存的影响。结果：ｂｃｌ－２基因反义核酸浓度在２～８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ和６～１２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ分别对ＨＬ－６０和Ｋ５６２细胞的生存有明显的抑制效应,呈剂量－效应关系,二者起效应时间均为第３ｄ;ｂｃｌ－２基因反义核酸浓度为４μｍｏｌ／Ｌ时,对ＨＬ－６０和Ｋ５６２细胞集落形成都有明显抑制效应。结论：ｂｃｌ－２基因反义核酸对白血病细胞生存有明显的影响。

多聚配合物［Ｃｄ（β－ａｌａ）Ｃｌ２］用ＣｄＣｌ２与β－丙氨酸（β－ａｌａ，Ｈ３Ｎ＋ＣＨ２ＣＨ２ＣＯ２－）在水溶液反应制得，并用单晶结构分析法测定其结构．该配合物的化学式为Ｃ３Ｈ７ＣｄＣｌ２ＮＯ２，属正交晶系，空间群为Ｐｎｍａ（Ｎｏ．６２），ａ＝６９４．４（１），ｂ＝７９６．３（２），ｃ＝１２９３．１（３）ｐｍ，Ｖ＝０．７１５０（６）ｎｍ３，Ｚ＝４，Ｍｒ＝２７２．４０，Ｄｃ＝２．５３０Ｍｇ／ｍ３，用８３４独立衍射数据对结构进行精化，最后残差因子Ｒ１＝０．０４２１．结果表明，每个镉离子与４个Ｃｌ和２个β－ａｌａ的羧基氧原子配位，呈变形八面体结构．每对镉离子由２个Ｃｌ和１个双齿羧基桥连，形成一维链状聚合结构

为了从基因水平探讨肺癌影学表现的分子生物学基础，利用免疫组化技术及计算机图象系统测定手术病理证实之３３例肺癌标本中癌基因ｃｒｂＢ－２、ｂｃｌ－２的表达水平，系统分析其表达水平影像学表现的相关性。结果显示肺癌的结影像学征象如肿块大小，三级支气管受累、胸膜受侵及肺门纵隔淋巴结转移均与其癌基因ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｂｃｌ－２的表达水平密切相关，而且这两类基因的表达对其影像学征象的影响呈现相互抑制的关系。

用Ｘ—射线测定了ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－甲氧基苯基）卟啉的溶剂合物（ＴＰＭＰ·ＣＨＣｌ３）的晶体结构。实验表明，该晶体属单斜晶系，空间群Ｐ２１／Ｃ，ａ＝１．４３７７（２）ｎｍ，ｂ＝０．９６７４（７）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．５６８８（４）ｎｍ，β＝１０１．００（２）°，Ｖ＝２．１４２ｎｍ３，Ｚ＝２，ｄｃ＝１．３２４ｇ／ｃｍ３，μ＝２．６１３ｃｍ－１，Ｆ（０００）＝４４４。讨论了分子结构中的非平面共轭效应及卟啉环与锰（Ⅲ）离子配位后锰（Ⅲ）对其结构参数的影响。

细胞凋亡的基因调节

现普遍认为细胞凋亡是基因介导的细胞死亡,大量的实验结果表明导致细胞凋亡的基因有ｃｅｄ３,ｃｅｄ４,ｐ５３,ｃ－ｍｙｃ,Ｅ１Ａ以及ＩＣＥ基因等。抑制细胞亡的基因有ｃｅｄ９,ｖ－ａｂ１,ｖ－ｒａｆ,Ｅ１Ｂ,Ｐ３５,ｂｃｌ－２及相关基因等。这些基因在不同的生存因子以及在不同的细胞中,作用效果不尽相同。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
