Φ98卡环弹性结构弯曲成形过程计算模型与实验 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
提出了卡环弹性结构弯曲成形计算模型.对弯曲成形工序进行分析,提出了成形内径、搭叠长度和弹性核高度的计算模型;对卡环弯曲成形工序进行了模拟,并结合实验讨论了成形内径、搭叠长度和弹性核高度的影响.研究表明:计算结果与实验结果吻合较好.当内胎模直径从Φ87.5 mm增加到Φ95.0 mm,成形内径从Φ92.0 mm增加到Φ100.0mm.Φ98 mm卡环的搭叠长度建议为8.0~12.0 mm. 相似文献

建立了矩形管多点弯曲成形有限元模型.通过对比矩形管多点模具弯曲成形和整体模具弯曲成形的截面畸变率,证明了多点模具用于矩形管弯曲成形的可行性.分析了矩形管长度、宽度、高度、壁厚和弯曲半径对截面畸变率的影响,结果表明:矩形管越长、管壁越厚、曲半径越大,截面畸变率越小;矩形管截面越宽、越高,截面畸变率越大.对矩形管进行了多点弯曲成形实验,结果表明:矩形管成形效果较好,成形实验与数值模拟得到的截面畸变率基本一致. 相似文献

提出了环类零件圆周上接口配合面几何参数优化设计方法.基于电火花线切割结构工艺性能和AutoCAD软件三维造型方法,获得卡环嵌入式精密接口的几何模型.定义了6个接头几何参数,讨论了接头端面楔角参数β1对其他5个几何参数的影响,分析了几何参数对于接头配合性能的影响.研究表明:对于Φ105卡环,端面楔角β1从60°增加到128°,其他5个几何参数明显地变化,配合面配合稳定性下降,吻合程度增加.端面楔角β1为85°~95°,接头几何参数以及优化设计方法可以在电火花线切割和卡环设计和制造中应用. 相似文献

离焦量和Z轴提升量影响激光熔覆成形薄壁件的精度和效率,得到高精度薄壁件的关键是使Z轴提升量等于初始离焦量下的熔覆高度.为了解决高精度、高效率激光熔覆成形薄壁件问题,基于概率学构建了同轴送粉式激光熔覆系统的粉末分布密度模型,得到了不同负离焦量下熔覆高度计算公式并进行实验验证.提出了任意负离焦量和Z轴提升量下多层熔覆成形薄壁件高度的计算方法并进行实验验证.结果表明多层熔覆成形薄壁件高度的计算结果与实验结果基本一致,选择尽可能大并且能够形成自愈合作用的负离焦量,并使Z轴提升量等于该离焦量对应的熔覆高度计算值,可以得到成形效率高、精度高的薄壁件. 相似文献

以连续多级逆流分步结晶过程为研究对象,在自行开发设计的长1350mm、内径Φ=50mm的结晶塔内,以萘-硫茚的混合物为实验物系,考察了搅拌速度、晶体床层高度、进料质量分数、回流比等操作参数对操作直线和分离效率的影响。结果表明,在900mm的晶体床层高度和回流比3.30的条件下可以将物料中萘的质量分数从95.36%提高到99.99%。 相似文献

准确预测包括回弹在内的多工序金属板料成形行为意义重大,其中鲍辛格效应是影响预测精度的关键因素.文中提出一种改进的多工序混合硬化模型,其基于YoshidaUemori(Y-U)模型中的双屈服面模型,对每一工序采用带有不同的应变路径影响因子的非线性各向同性硬化公式计算边界面的等效背应力张量.在一项对高强钢DP600的循环拉伸压缩实验中,与其他材料硬化模型相比,Y-U模型和多工序混合硬化模型都能很好地反映出鲍辛格效应,准确地计算应力应变曲线.在多轴向的拉伸压缩实验中,多工序混合硬化模型的预测精度与Y-U模型相比更高.某汽车A柱的多工序成形的数值模拟和实验证明,多工序混合硬化模型在多工序金属板料成形的数值模拟过程中具有更高的回弹预测精度. 相似文献

以油-水为工质 ,对进口水平、出口垂直向上的 90°弯管内油 水乳状液局部阻力特性进行了实验研究 ,弯管内径 4 5mm ,弯曲半径 3 0 0mm .在实验数据分析的基础上 ,较为准确地判别出了油 水乳状液在整个实验范围内的流动流型 ,提出了油 水乳状液流过弯管的局部阻力计算公式 .结果表明 ,计算值和实验值符合良好 . 相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
