新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血液流变学观察

为探讨缺氧缺血性脑病发病机制与血液流变学的关系，对１９例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＮＨＩＥ）和１６例正常新生儿进行血液流变学综合指标对照观察。结果显示：患病组的血浆比粘度（ηｐ）、红细胞变形指数（ＴＫ）、红细胞聚集指数（ＲＡＩ）、微循环滞留时间（ＭＳＴ）、纤维蛋白原（Ｆｉｂ）、血栓形成系数（ＴＦＬ）均高于对照组，差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血液粘度（ηｂ）及还原粘度（ηｒ）也比正常组高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。红细胞压积（Ｈｃｔ）两组对照无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病存在着血液高粘滞，其主要原因为红细胞的聚集性增高和变形能力下降，以及血浆纤维蛋白原增加。     

老年性血液高粘滞综合征分析

对老年性血液高粘滞综合征进行分型，并与中年组作了比较．老年组：检测１０７例，中年组７７例．老年组Ｈ·Ｐｖ，Ｈ·Ｅａｇ，Ｌ·Ｅｄ十分显著地高于中年组（ｐ均＜０．０１）．而Ｈ·Ｈｔ，Ｈ·Ｂｖ，Ｌ·Ｆｐ老年组虽比中年组高，但无显著性差异（ｐ均＞０．０５）．老年组复合型高粘滞血征占８１．３１％，单一型占１０．２８％，正常的占８．４１％，而中年组分别为７４．０３％、１６．８８％、９．０９％，之间无显著差异（ｐ＞０．０５）．通过三年多的检测，多重复合型高粘滞血征逐年向简单复合型、单一型转变，之间有非常显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）     

儿童急性白血病年龄与预后的关系

189例体检男性血液流变学的分析与讨论

1资料与方法1．1资料我室于1997年2月-4月对189名机关干部进行了血流变的检测，这些受检人员年龄为30岁至59岁，平均年龄为47岁。1．2方法受检者均为体检人员、不包括就诊患者；早晨空腹采血4ml，血液须抗凝处理；用重庆天海医疗设备研究所的全自动分析仪检测。2结果我们使用的分析仪可测得血流变方面的数值十二项，其中血液粘度（ηb）人血浆粘度（ηp）、红细胞压积（HCT），纤维蛋白原（PFC）为测得值、其余数值均为间接计算所得，由于我们分析的对象为体检人员，所以，只对血液粘度（ηb）进行分析。检测结果可见，在正常值范围内人…     

恶性血液病红细胞体积分布宽度的变化及意义

目的 :探讨恶性血液病患者红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW )变化的临床意义。方法 :正常对照组 81例 ;恶性血液病例组 75例 ,其中急性白血病 5 7例、慢性粒细胞白血病 10例、多发性骨髓瘤 8例。采用血细胞自动分析仪检测研究对象外周血红细胞体积分布宽度和其它各种红细胞参数。结果 :红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW)正常对照组为 13 36± 0 81,急性白血病组为 17 5 4± 2 63,慢性粒细胞白血病组为 2 0 99± 2 63,多发性骨髓瘤组为 2 1 31± 6 0 2 7。 3组恶性血液病患者与正常对照组相比RDW值明显升高 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :恶性血液病患者红细胞有质和量的异常变化。     

一致分子格及其性质

对分子格Ｌ上的自映射ｆ：Ｌ→Ｌ，提出了一种新的映射道ｆ－１：Ｌ→Ｌ，其中，对任意Ｌ中的元ａ，ｆ－１（ａ）＝∨｛ｂ∈Ｍ（Ｌ）｜ａ∧ｆ（ｂ）≠０｝．借助于此，引入了分子格上的一种对称的一致结构，证明了一个拓扑分子格（Ｌ，η）可一致化当且仅当它是全正则分子格．     

新双亚砜过渡金属配合物的合成、表征及性质研究

合成了Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）及Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）与双（苯基亚砜）丙烷（ｂｐｈｓｐ）和α－双（苯基亚砜）丁烷（α－ｂｐｈｓｂ）的系列固体配合物：［Ｍｎ（ｂｐｈｓｐ）３］（ＣｌＯ４）２、［Ｃｏ（ｂｐｈｓｐ）３］（ＣｌＯ４）、［Ｍｎ（ｂｐｈｓｂ）３］（ＣｌＯ４）２、［Ｃｏ（ｂｐｈｓｂ）３］（ＣｌＯ４）２及［Ｎｉ（α－ｂｐｈｓｂ）３］（ＣｌＯ４）２等,并用元素分析、电导、差热分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和磁化率等手段对上述配合物的结构和性质进行了表征．     

关于EC－半群的分类

证明了ＥＣ－半群在同构意义上有下列几类：（ａ）Ｍ（４，１），Ｃ２，Ｃ４，Ｃｐ；（ｂ）３或４阶半群；（ｃ）零半群，左零半群，右零半群；（ｄ）Ｃ２×Ｃ２，Ｆ４；（ｅ）（Ｌ，Ｒ）；（ｆ）（Ｓ，Ａ）；（ｇ）（Ｌ，Ｒ，Ａ，ψ）．其中，每一类ＥＣ－半群的结构都得以刻划．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
