国有企业经理内生激励机制解析

现实中的国有企业经理控制权激励机制存在着很多的弊端。为此,提出了一种全新的激励机制;将与经理人力资本产权相称的那部分企业所有权授予经理人员,以此激励他们提高努力水平,因此为这种激励是内生于企业家人力资本产权的,所以将其称之为内生激励机制,并认为这一机制乃是解决国有企业经理激励问题的治本之举。运用内生激励机制的分析框架,建立了一个数学模型,指出了内生激励机制在现实中发挥作用的两具前提条件。

国有企业家的基本构成要素和内在精神价值,既能反映市场主体成就商业辉煌的普遍规律要求,又能体现中国文化坚实的历史逻辑,同时极具中国特色社会主义制度演进的时代特色。然而,现有研究主要从企业家属性角度对国有企业家精神进行分析,缺乏从国有企业治理结构阶段性改革这一历史演进角度出发的相关探讨。基于“经济制度”“企业治理”和“企业家行为”三维度分析框架,提出国有企业家精神的洋葱模型,解析国有企业家精神和行为的构成要素。从国有企业治理结构视角出发,对中国共产党成立以来4个历史阶段国有企业治理结构演化的特点进行梳理和分析,发现意识形态的影响、制度建设以及对国有企业发展地位的认知差异等共同构成了我国国有企业治理结构变迁的政治根源,国有企业家在历史发展的不同阶段都承担着至关重要且使命多元的角色。基于新时代国有企业现代企业制度的“四会”治理结构,辨析国有企业经营管理者与国有企业家的区别,界定国有企业家的精神内涵,具体从选拔方式、战略导向、管理激励、责任担当和价值主张等10个方面探讨国有企业经营管理者与国有企业家之间的显著区别,从忠诚党的事业、不断追求卓越、强化守正创新、市场效率导向和主动遵纪守法等5个方面界...     

关于蓬盐加快企业人力资源向人力资本转变的调查报告

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
