浅析精梳机分离接合机构的设计

通过对精梳机几种典型的分离接合机构的分析计算，阐述了影响高速精梳机分离接合机构设计的工艺及机械因素，并提出了设计原则。     

棉精梳机复杂气流场的动态数值模拟

基于计算流体动力学理论,建立了棉精梳机吸落棉风道三维气流场物理模型。采用Fluent软件,运用弹性变形与局部重构动网格技术,并使用Profile文件定义吸落棉风道中毛刷、锡林及下钳板运动边界状态,对棉精梳机吸落棉风道三维复杂流场进行动态数值模拟。该模拟以气体为工作介质,采用满足流体连续性方程和动量方程的κ-ε湍流模型,分析了不同时刻棉精梳机吸落棉风道气流场的变化,并针对棉精梳机八眼吸口进行了气流试验。结果表明,仿真结果与试验测试相吻合。     

FA266精梳机偏心轴偏心距对精梳工艺的影响

分析了国产新型精梳机FA266钳板机构的运动规律，讨论了偏心轴偏心距对精梳工艺及钳板机构运动的影响，为确定国产新型精梳机中钳板运动的开闭口定时调节机构的形式、尺寸、工艺参数及调节方式提供理论依据。     

FA261/ZF精梳机分离接合机构的分析

用计算机分析了ＦＡ２６１／ＺＦ型精梳机分离接合机构,得出分离罗拉的位移量及运动曲线．将其与国产Ａ２０１Ｃ型精梳机的运动特性作比较,说明了设计的先进性和合理性     

形式美法则在精梳机外观造型中的应用

对现有国内外机械装备及纺织机械造型进行调查研究,提出基于形式美法则进行精梳机外观造型的再设计,探求精梳机造型设计如何实现美与技术的平衡。通过对形式美法则的提炼,结合分析现有机械装备的造型设计,从而得出精梳机造型设计方案。通过形式美法则在造型设计上的应用,提升机械装备的产品品质、形式上的整体性和设计感,有效提高其产品竞争力。     

须从抬头不良对精梳质量的影响

本文通过高速摄影,拍摄到钳板开启后须丛头回挺的全过程,从而获得须丛抬头所需时间须丛移的变化规律。鉴于现有精梳机存在须头不良问题,本文还对受须丛抬头不良干扰的分离丛进行了理论分析,得出精梳棉网“鱼鳞斑”是须丛抬头不良所致。这些研究工作为棉纺精梳机的设计和调试提供了重要依据。

新型装配式整体圆梳顶梳结构及其梳理性能的研究

国产Ｂ３１１型精梳机系列的圆梳顶梳的梳针结构不合理，直接影响梳理质量和工作效率。本文介绍了新型装配式整体圆梳的持点，拍摄了其梳理过程的图片，用自制的梳理力测试系统测得了新老圆梳顶梳的梳理力曲线，从理论和实用两方面对梳理效能作了较全面的分析对比，为改造和发展精梳机部件提供了有力的理论依据。     

精梳机齿轮箱体结构动力学建模与优化

针对新型精梳机进行整机振动和噪声的测试与分析,确定了精梳机的齿轮箱为整机的主要振动和噪声源.为此,建立了精梳机齿轮箱结构的动力学模型,通过动态仿真对比分析,发现主要振动和噪声是由于齿轮箱体结构构成不合理,导致在箱体在动机构的动力作用下激发出较大的振动和共振噪音.由此对齿轮箱结构进行参数动态灵敏度分析,以箱体前4阶固有频率的加权和作为评价各参数对频率影响的标准,对齿轮箱体结构进行了以第1阶频率提升最大化为目标的优化设计,根据优化建立了新的齿轮箱体结构,新结构在同样工况下具有更好的抗振和低噪声辐射性能.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
