Summary Early undernutrition, induced by feeding mothers a low protein (5%) diet during gestation and/or lactation, resulted in significant deficits in acetylcholine concentration in the rat brain, and these deficits were reversed by subsequent dietary rehabilitation.This research was partly supported by Nutrition Society of India Grant-in-Aid Award (79/60) to Dr A.B. Résumé L'action du lithium (LiCl) a été étudiée comparativement sur des cellules néoplasiques humaines KB et normales de rein de singe. Les résultats obtenus démontrent que le LiCl en concentrations égales et supérieures à 5.10–2 M entraîne une inhibition significative de la prolifération des deux types cellulaires. D'autre part, pour des temps d'exposition supérieurs à 24h, cet effet cytoinhibiteur s'accompagne d'une diminution de la quantité des RNA cytoplasmiques. Ces effets du LiCl apparaissent sélectifs par rapport à ceux du NaCl utilisés en concentrations équimoléculaires.  相似文献

Résumé L'adaptation des cobayes à l'histamine par voie intrapéritonéale diminue la sensibilité de leur jéjunum isolé à l'histamine. En même temps le jéjunum isolé de cobayes adaptés réagit à l'acétylcholine sans changer remarquablement de susceptibilité. L'activité de l'histaminase dans le jéjunum adapté ne démontre pas la différence en relation avec celle du jéjunum non adapté.

Morphine probably has a direct effect on cholinergic neurons rather than modifying acetylcholine indirectly through catecholamine neurons. Résumé Nous avons déterminé l'activité spécifique de l'aconitase cérébrale des souris après une période de 108 jours de traitement avec du lithium (Li2CO3). Une inhibition significative de l'enzyme à été observée. D'autre part, nous n'avons trouvé in vitro aucun effet du Li2CO3 sur l'aconitase cérébrale.

Summary It was found that ouabain (10–5 M) was effective in releasing the extraneuronal catecholamine which was taken up by uptake2 process in the guinea-pig vas deferens. This result shows that a Na–K ATPase is essential for the storage of catecholamine in the extraneuronal site.  相似文献
