葡萄糖氧化酶发酵动力学的研究

利用恒化器研究了葡萄糖氧化酶（ＧＯＤ）发酵动力学，建立了较为合理的恒化培养系统。对采集的数据用计算机进行回归，求得最大比生长速率μｍａｘ＝０．２２５ｈ－１、饱和常数Ｋｓ＝８．９１ｇ／Ｌ、基质得率系数ＹＧｍａｘ＝０．４９ｇ／ｇ以及维持系数ｍ＝０．０２ｇ／ｇ·ｈ。并研究了ｐＨ、ＤＯ、ＮＨ２－Ｎ、葡萄糖酸、细胞产率，酶比活及体积产酶速率等参数随比生长速率变化的规律。在Ｄ＝０．１３１ｈ－１下体积产酶速率（ＤＥ）达最大值，为３．４６×１６．６７μｍｏｌ／ｓ·Ｌ·ｈ，是分批发酵最大体积产酶速率（１．５３×１６．６７μｍｏｌ／ｓ·Ｌ·ｈ）的２．２６倍。     

生物化学法制备负载型钯催化剂

菌株Ｒ０８（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ）具有强吸附还原Ｐｄ２＋ 的能力． 用Ｒ０８ 将Ｐｄ２＋ ／γ－ Ａｌ２Ｏ３ 表面的Ｐｄ２＋ 完全还原为Ｐｄ０,制成高分散度的Ｐｄ０／γ－ Ａｌ２Ｏ３ 催化剂． 该催化剂对ＣＯ催化转化为ＣＯ２ 表现出高的活性,在１５０ ℃,通ＣＯ（２％ ）空气混合气、ＧＨＳＶ ３０ ０００ ｍ Ｌ·ｇ－ １·ｈ－ １的条件下,ＣＯ转化率１００％ ;而且已测单程寿命为８０ ｈ．     

钢铁表面常温黑化剂的研究

通过对钢铁表面的三种常温黑化剂配方的试验，研究了这三种黑化剂的工艺条件和膜层性能．结果表明：ＣｕＳＯ４·５Ｈ２Ｏ，ＮｉＣｌ２·６Ｈ２Ｏ均为２ｇ·Ｌ－１；Ｈ２ＳｅＯ３，Ｚｎ（Ｈ２ＰＯ４）２均为４ｇ·Ｌ－１；络合剂Ａ，Ｂ和Ｃ均为２ｇ·Ｌ－１；促进剂为５ｇ·Ｌ－１；ＰＨ为２．３～２．５的配方较佳．另外，发黑前工件表面必须彻底除油除锈，提高膜层与基体的结合力；发黑后的工件必须清洗干净后油封，增强膜层的耐蚀性     

单柱离子色谱法测定饮用水,井水和矿泉水中微量硫酸根

本文研究了单柱离子色谱法测定饮用水、井水和矿泉水中微量硫酸根的方法。样品经适当稀释,微孔滤膜过滤即可直接进样分析。淋洗液最佳浓度为２．６ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１Ｈ２Ｃ８Ｈ４Ｏ４／２．５ｍｍｌ·Ｌ＾－１Ｈ２ＮＣ（ＣＨ２ＯＨ）３。电导检测器检测、检测灵敏度为１．６μｓ／ｃｍ。最低检出限为０．１５μｇ／ｍｌ,线性范围１．０￣２．５×１０＾３μｇ／ｍｌ,相对标准偏差１．５％,平均回收率９７．６６￣９８．７７％。     

偶氮染料异方酸二酰胺与氟离子的显色体系

偶氮染料异方酸二酰胺（ＢＮＢＰＳ）在ＤＭＳＯ中与氟离子（水溶液）有良好的显色作用．显色剂与ＰＨ为３．８～８．０的Ｆ－试液反应，由紫红色迅速变为蓝色（△λ＝１０２ｎｍ），λｍａｘ＝６３２ｎｍ，４ｈ内吸光度值保持不变，摩尔吸光系数ε５３２＝１．７×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１．Ｆ－１浓度在０～５μｇ／１０ｍＬ范围内线性关系良好大量的Ｃｌ－，ＮＯ３，Ｋ＋和Ｎａ＋存在时，对其测定无干扰Ｂｒ－，Ｉ－，Ｆｅ３＋，Ａｌ３＋和Ｂａ２＋等离子的允许共存量较大．阳离子与显色剂无显色作用．     

锇—钼酸盐—碱性染料显色反应的研究

在聚乙烯醇存在下，锇与钼酸铵和碱性染料罗丹明Ｂ，丁基罗丹明Ｂ，耐尔蓝形成离子缔合物，不同碱性染料所形成的缔合物服从比耳定律的浓度范围和摩尔吸光系分别是：０－１．２μｇ／２５ｍｌ和ε５７０ｎｍ＝２．６２×１０＾６Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１ｃｍ＾－１；０－１．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ和ε５７０ｎｍ＝２．８６×１０＾６Ｌ．ｃｍ＾－１；０－１．８μｇ／２５ｍｌ和ε５８５ｎｍ＝２．８１×１０＾６Ｌ．ｃｍ＾－１；０－１．８μｇ

在ｐＨ５．０的ＨＯＡｃ－ＮａＯＡｃ缓冲溶液中，当有０．１０％ＳＬＳ存在时，Ａｇ（Ｉ）与ＱＡＲＨ形成１：１络合物，λｍａｘ为５３５ｎｍ，ε为１．０５×１０＾５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１，Ａｇ（Ｉ）含量在０．００５￣１．００μｇ／ｍＬ范围内服从Ｂｅｅｒ定律，稳定常数为１．７８×１０＾１５。所提出的方法用于精铜矿中微量银的测定，结果满意。     

极谱吸附波连续测定水样中痕量锌,锰和硒

在酒石酸－乙二胺－高氨酸－亚硫酸钠－高碘酸钟体系中痕量锌锰和硒出现良好极谱吸附波，波峰敏锐，可测定浓度范围在０．４０～４０μｇ／Ｌ　Ｚｎ￣（２＋）１．６～８０μｇ／ＬＭｎ￣（２＋）及０．０２～２．３μｇ／ＬＳｅ（Ⅳ）。对含１１．７μｇ／Ｌ　Ｚｎ￣（２＋），７．０μｇ／Ｌ　Ｍｎ，１．４５μｇ／Ｌ　Ｓｅ（Ⅳ）的矿泉水样测定，其相对标准偏差分别是６．２％和９．２％和７．３％。

研究了葡萄糖氧化酶—过氧化物酶—４－氨基氨替比林－２,４－二氯苯酚酶偶联反应的动力学性质及一部分金属离子对反应的影响。Ａｇ＋、Ｈｇ２＋离子是该酶催化反应的较强抑制剂,最小抑制浓度分别为５μｇ·Ｌ－１及４ｍｇ·Ｌ－１,Ｉ５０分别为２０μｇ·Ｌ－１及７７ｍｇ·Ｌ－１。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
