设备维护外包决策研究

以交易成本理论和博弈论作为理论基础,构建了设备维护外包的定量决策模型,具体讨论了三种情况下外包企业和承包商对策的混合策略问题：垄断的外包市场,充分竞争的外包市场和战略联盟．针对设备维护九种外包策略,构成企业设备维护外包决策示例,并相应地进行了分析,结果显示,该决策分析方法能够有效地进行合理的外包决策．     

基于流程的设备维护外包模式研究

分析了设备维护流程，指出工单是设备维护的主线．根据设备维护工单的流程(工单确定→工单计划→工单安排→工单执行→工单归档→工单分析)，提出设备维护的三种外包模式，定性地分析了三种模式的特点．研究结果对于指导企业设备维护外包具有十分重要的意义．     

k-out-of-n系统机会维护与库存控制多层级优化策略

面向服务型制造的复杂系统维护外包决策需求，针对k-out-of-n:G系统中冗余设备干涉、停机惩罚高昂和备件库存限制的挑战，提出了机会维护与库存控制多层级优化策略(OMICP).在设备层，构建各独立设备衰退模型，通过最小化维护成本率，贯序输出各设备预防维护周期；在系统层，以各设备维护时点为契机，综合考虑库存水平、关停数量和冗余干涉，制定动态组合机会维护策略；在联合层，基于机会维护决策反馈，建模分析备件订购利润结余，制定实时更新库存控制策略.通过服务商承担外包维护下的多层级交互决策，整合复杂系统维护与库存控制耦合关系，优化维护外包服务总成本.算例分析证明，所提OMICP具有复杂决策可行性和成本优化有效性.

图纸管理是企业技术管理的重要组成部分,图纸准确、及时地反映生产现场设备的变化,是发电企业机组安全运行、高效维护的重要条件,也是图纸管理的根本目的。     

发电企业全面预算管理指标体系的构建

全面预算管理是围绕预算的编制、执行、分析、调整、考核等关键环节所进行的计划、协调、控制等一系列管理活动。发电企业通过全面预算管理,将燃料管理、设备维护、电能销售、直至整个经营过程联系在一起,从而有效的控制发电成本,提升企业的效益,因此,在发电企业中推行全面预算管理具有重要意义。全面预算最终要以一整套预计的财务报表及其他附表来反映,建立科学规范的预算指标体系,是发电企业实施全面预算管理的基础。

针对服务型制造模式和维护外包服务,面向租赁生产系统的串并联复杂结构和多工序产能需求,提出以产能平衡为前提的租赁利润最大化机会维护策略.以租赁生产系统的串并联结构为研究重点,在维护决策建模中考虑整个系统的产能平衡;构建多类型设备健康演化趋势函数,规划成本率最小化的贯序预知维护计划;在工序层和系统层,以单设备预定的维护时点为组合维护契机,优化机会维护方案;建立以产能平衡为导向的租赁利润优化策略,改进租赁利润结余算法,以实时生成机会维护方案,在保证产能平衡的同时实现租赁利润最大化.通过对比租赁合同期内的全局性维护方案,验证了该策略在服务外包决策中具有显著的经济优势.

本文阐述了设备的状态检修的基本概念,分析了点检定修在发电企业设备管理中的重要地位,提出的发电企业设备点检定修的实施方法。     

基于状态检修的电厂设备优化检修策略研究

随着＂厂网分开、竞价上网＂的电力市场制度的实施,发电企业需要在保证设备运行可靠前提下,降低设备的维修成本,从而增强企业的竞争力.因此过去采用的电厂计划检修、故障检修等方式将会逐步被优化检修方式取代.优化检修是一种以设备为中心,对设备检修、使用、维护为一体的方式,从而最终形成一套包含定期检修、状态检修、改进性检修和故障检修的优化检修模式.     

面向多中心租赁制造网络的成组维护与团队协同调度策略

随着广域服务型制造模式的广泛应用，承租制造企业规模连续扩大，进而带动维护外包服务的全球多区域化发展.针对出租方提供“产品+服务”中存在的多中心租赁制造服务网络的广域运维调度问题，提出系统层、网络层动态交互的多中心协同维护调度策略.在系统层综合考虑设备维护停机、累积失效损失以及系统组合选取对维护决策的影响，对同一制造租赁系统内的设备进行维护成组优化，得出总维护成本最小的成组维护方案和维护时间窗；在网络层进一步考虑服务路由优化、团队派遣选取和维护响应速度对调度决策的影响，输出最小化总调度成本所对应的各团队最优服务路线.通过算例分析，验证多中心协同维护调度策略在广域运维调度领域的可行性与有效性.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
