An improved flow-through chamber for time-lapse film analysis of oogenesis and embryogenesis

Summary A simple flow-through chamber for time-lapse film analysis of developing organisms has been constructed. The medium is replaced efficiently and uniformly in the chamber which is, therefore, ideally suited for studying the effect of various drugs on development.Acknowledgment. 基于原子力显微镜的阳极氧化技术及其在碳纳米管氧化切割与焊接中的应用

探针阳极氧化是构建纳米结构,制造纳米器件的重要技术之一,本文对该技术中基于原子力显微镜（AFM）的阳极氧化进行了新的研究．通过对氧化加工中微观电场在基底表面分布情况进行模拟,分析了氧化结构的特征与电场分布的关系,通过实验研究分析了不同加工因素对氧化加工的影响．在这些研究基础上利用AFM阳极氧化技术实现了对碳纳米管（CNT）的氧化切割及焊接,为CNT基纳米器件的装配及制备提供了新的技术途径．     

Stability of ceftizoxime in aqueous solution

Summary Ceftizoxime, when assayed using the disc agar-diffusion method withBacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 as the indicator microorganism in buffered (pH 6) medium, retains its potency in aqueous solution at 4°C for about 3 months. Even after 4 months, some residual activity can be found. However, when this solution was assayed on the non-buffered medium, a seemingly quicker but misleading loss of potency was observed. This resulted from inadequate sensitivity of the assay. The sensitivity of the ceftizoxime assay was increased by lowering the incubation temperature from 37°C to 30°C. The pH- and incubation temperature-dependent potency must be kept in mind when assaying ceftizoxime.     

采空区上方边坡稳定性分析

分别根据《三下采煤规程》采动坡体稳定性预测方法和瑞典条分法对采空区上方边坡稳定性进行了验算,并用大型有限元分析软件ADINA进行了二维模拟,得出了预计边坡稳定性系数、条带开采后引起的地表移动和变形最大值等数据,具有一定的工程应用价值。     

Construction of a thin film PO 2-electrode using gold paste

Summary A thin film gold electrode for biological oxygen measurement was constructed using gold paste. This electrode is easy to construct, has high sensitivity and is disturbed only slightly by bubbling of the surrounding fluid. As an application, the electrode was used to measure oxygen consumption of the skin and yielded a reasonable value.With leave from the department of gynecology, School of Medicine, Hokkaido University.Glass laboratory.

带式输送机侧向稳定性的建模仿真

针对实际工况中大型带式输送机的跑偏问题,建立了带式输送机侧向动力学模型,其特点是综合考虑了带的粘弹性、带和物料重力的复位力和调心托辊的纠偏力。利用VC＋＋6．0对系统的状态方程编程求近似解,并对实际系统进行仿真,绘出二维图形显示动态参数值,得出了最大跑偏量,使结果直观,也证明了动力学模型的正确性。
