本文对河南省粮食生产的现状进行简单分析,然后针对不同的粮食储备状态,提出河南省粮食安全检测预警的应对预案,在此基础上提出关于河南省建立粮食安全预警机制的建议。

瓦斯监测与预警是确保煤矿安全生产的重要途径。针对当前广泛使用的瓦斯监测与预警系统存在的问题,提出基于Android平台的智能瓦斯预警系统设计和开发。该系统主要解决瓦斯数据的传递、存储、显示和预警等问题。该系统可以在手持设备上实现瓦斯监测和预警,有效提高瓦斯监测和预警的实时性和有效性。     

突发滑坡应急监测预警技术体系研究

突发滑坡应急监测处于应急处理的前期处置阶段,及时为突发滑坡临灾避险和应急抢险工作进行信息反馈,并根据应急监测相关信息及时对突发滑坡进行稳定性评价以及预警工作。本文明确突发滑坡灾情、险情应急监测和预警信息的工作程序、级别、内容和技术方法等,分析应急监测响应及启动-应急监测内容-应急监测方法-监测资料整理分析-预警系统等一系列工作程序的特殊性,总结归纳各应急监测手段的数据分析方法、预警系统和判别标准。在实践工作中应当依据突发滑坡的规模、危害、变形、险情等特性,确定突发滑坡监测方法与范围、应急监测手段上应以地面监测为主、多方法并存为原则,内容上以便捷免维护的地面位移监测为主,在时间和安全有保障的条件下兼顾深部和环境印证监测,根据突发滑坡地质环境条件制定相应的应急监测预警体系,依托预警系统,确定相应的预警指标与阈值,对突发滑坡进行实时预警。     

区域水环境生态安全的预警系统构建初探

通过对现阶段我国水环境生态安全问题的分析,探讨了实施区域水环境生态安全预警系统构建的重要意义,提出了预警系统建设的基本原则和主要思路,并勾画了预警系统的基本框架结构,其具体结构包括3个部分,即预警监测信息子系统、预警分析评价子系统和预警处理对策子系统。     

突发滑坡灾害的应急监测预警技术体系

社会安全事件智能监测与预警系统及综合平台

中国对社会治安防控体系建设日益重视,尤其在基础设施建设和装备研制方面取得了长足发展,但在社会安全事件监测预警方面仍存在不足。研究社会安全事件智能监测预警相关问题,不但是技术前沿难题也是国家公共安全保障的重大需求。通过从感知装备层、警情事件识别预警系统层和警情事件综合研判指挥层,分析了社会安全事件智能与预警系统综合平台的逻辑关系。从智能警车、警员可穿戴装备、治安防控场所预警系统、公安交通网络预警系统和预警与指挥平台6个部分介绍了平台的系统架构。结果表明:系统平台的构建能够解决时空尺度大、相关信息多源异构、目标特征复杂、警情事件耦合因素多等难点,提高社会安全事件预测预警能力,为智能警用装备与智慧警务的发展提供基础。     

基于多智能体的舆情预警系统研究

公共舆情可能引爆社会危机,实时舆情监测、提前预警,是维护社会公共安全的必要保障。舆情预警系统依靠成熟的技术,利用多智能体系统构建舆情预警系统有助于提高舆情监测、预警、处置过程的自动化程度,有助于提高决策层的舆情管理效率。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
