丙烯酰胺作为食品热加工处理的产物,具有生殖毒性、神经毒性和致癌性。文章应用电化学工作站的三电极体系,通过同时进行氧化石墨烯的电化学还原和亚甲基蓝的氧化,在玻碳电极表面合成了还原氧化石墨烯/聚亚甲基蓝(RGO/PMB)复合物,构建了用于丙烯酰胺灵敏检测的电化学传感器。在最优的实验条件下,该传感器对丙烯酰胺的检测限可达1.67×10-9mol/L,检测范围为5×10-9mol/L~2.5×10-5 mol/L。实验结果表明该传感器具有良好的选择性、稳定性和重现性,并且可用于实际薯片样品中丙烯酰胺含量的测定。  相似文献

用甲基蓝和乙炔黑纳米材料修饰玻碳电极制备了对乙酰氨基酚传感器.用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚在该传感器上的电化学行为.结果表明:该传感器对于对乙酰氨基酚的氧化还原具有良好的电催化性能.相对于裸玻碳电极传感器,对乙酰氨基酚在甲基蓝和乙炔黑纳米材料修饰玻碳电极的传感器上的氧化峰的峰电流显著提高.利用差分脉冲伏安法进行分析测试,对乙酰氨基酚在2.0~400#mol/L浓度范围内与其氧化峰的峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.992.信噪比为3时对乙酰氨基酚检出限为0.6#mol/L.用于对乙酰氨基酚药片检测,回收率99.3%~103%.  相似文献

桃核直接作为生物吸附材料对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用桃核作为生物吸附剂,对模拟废水中的亚甲基蓝进行吸附研究。考察了吸附剂粒径、吸附时间、吸附剂投加量、p H、染料初始浓度、温度等因素对亚甲基蓝的吸附影响;并通过吸附等温线、吸附动力学和热力学研究来探讨吸附机理。结果表明,当亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为100 mg/L、溶液初始p H6、粒径为60目的桃核用量为7 g/L、于60℃的恒温振荡器中振荡吸附反应10 h后,吸附率可达98.78%。桃核对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附是一个自发的吸附过程,其吸附行为均符合二级反应速率方程和Langmuir、Freundlich吸附等温式。经计算得出桃核对亚甲基蓝的饱和吸附量为22.08 mg/g。桃核是一种很有前景的染料废水处理生物材料。  相似文献

以生物废弃物橘皮为原料,经NaOH处理得改性橘皮吸附剂,用于处理亚甲基蓝模拟废水,考察橘皮用量、温度、pH和吸附时间对亚甲基蓝脱色效果的影响。结果表明:在改性橘皮用量为1.0 g/L,温度为40℃,pH为7,吸附时间为140 min的条件下,改性橘皮对亚甲基蓝的脱色效果最优,脱色率为87.3%,最大吸附量达到87.3 mg/g。改性橘皮对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合Langergren准二级动力学模型。  相似文献

利用生物相容性良好的天然高分子聚合物壳聚糖(CS)与甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTOS)通过原位溶胶-凝胶法制备壳聚糖/二氧化硅有机无机杂化复合膜,用此膜对葡萄糖氧化酶进行固定,用红外光谱法、扫描电镜法对膜进行了表征.以电沉积普鲁士蓝的玻碳电极和固定化酶膜构建葡萄糖生物传感器,用循环伏安法和记时电流法对固定化酶的效果进行了评价,结果表明,用于研制固定化酶生物传感器时,杂化膜比单纯的壳聚糖膜对底物的响应时间快并能很好地保持酶的活性.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
