研究了磷钨酸 (H3PW12 O4 0 ,简记为PW12 )及其钠盐 (NaxH3-xPW12 O4 0 ,简记为NaxH3-x,x =1~ 3)催化苯酚与苯乙烯的烷基化反应 .NH3 TPD及吡啶热脱附结果表明 :随着钠含量的增加 ,催化剂的酸性及催化活性皆依次降低 :PW12 >Na1H2 >Na1.5H1.5>Na2 H1>Na2 .5H0 .5>Na3.  相似文献

在室温条件下,采用浸渍法合成的H3PW12O40/Si O2为催化剂,高效催化酮、芳香醛和苯胺的Mannich反应合成系列β-氨基酮衍生物.对新型催化剂H3PW12O40/Si O2的制备条件进行优化,系统地研究了H3PW12O40负载量、焙烧温度、活化时间对催化剂的影响.探讨了H3PW12O40/Si O2对酮、芳香醛和苯胺的Mannich反应的催化活性,系统地研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应物的摩尔比等因素对产物收率的影响.实验结果表明:在n(酮)∶n(芳香醛)∶n(苯胺)=1.5∶1.2∶1.0,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的8%,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为9 h的最佳条件下,β-氨基酮衍生物的收率在61.2%~77.0%之间.整个反应体系具有条件温和、操作简单、不污染环境和催化剂可重复回收利用等优点.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了二氧化钛负载磷钨钼杂多酸催化剂H3PW6Mo6O40/TiO2,该催化剂的适宜制备条件为:原料质量比m(TiO2)∶m(H3PW6Mo6O40)=1∶1,水的用量30 mL,浸渍时间12 h,活化温度150℃。以H3PW6Mo6O40/TiO2为催化剂,对以丁醛与乙二醇为原料合成丁醛乙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究,较系统地研究了丁醛与乙二醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对收率影响。实验结果表明,在n(丁醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1.0∶1.4、催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.8%、反应时间1.5 h的条件下,丁醛乙二醇缩醛的收率达51.3%.  相似文献

合成了一种复合催化剂H3PW12O40/ZrO2,以环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮为探针反应,对合成该催化剂的焙烧温度、焙烧时间及负载量进行了探究。将优化条件下制得的H3PW12O40/ZrO2为催化剂,以环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮。探讨H3PW12O40/ZrO2对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了酮醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验表明:H3PW12O40/ZrO2是合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,固定环己酮用量为0.15 mol,在n(环己酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.6,催化剂用量为0.25 g,带水剂环己烷为12 mL,反应时间90 min的适宜条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达72.2%。  相似文献

合成一系列杂多酸(盐)并采用红外光谱对其进行表征,研究它们对苯甲醇氧化合成苯甲醛反应的催化性能.并以H3PW1 2O40为催化剂,分别考察溶剂类型、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量和H2O2用量对该反应的影响,并且初步探讨该反应的反应机理.实验结果表明:5种杂多酸(盐)均具有Keggin型结构,以水为溶剂时,5种杂多酸(盐)均具有催化活性,其中H3PW12O40催化活性最高.在催化剂用量0.04mmol、w(H2O2)=30%的H2O2用量0.015mol、反应时间3.5h、反应温度90℃、溶剂水用量10mL的优化反应条件下,苯甲醇的转化率为95.59%,苯甲醛的收率可达91.62%.由此可知,H3PW12O40/H2O2/H2O体系是环境友好的高效催化体系,具有工业化应用前景.  相似文献

采用室温沉淀法制备了一系列铯取代磷钨杂多酸盐(CsxH3-xPW12O40,x=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0),考察了不同铯取代度对所制杂多酸盐结构及其催化苯甲醛氧化制苯甲酸反应性能的影响.利用液氮吸附-脱附(N2adsorption-desorption)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、固体紫外可见漫反射光谱(DR UV-vis)等手段进行了表征.结果表明:CsxH3-xPW12O40完好地保持了H3PW12O40的Keggin晶相;随着铯取代度x的增大,CsxH3-xPW12O40的颗粒逐渐均匀,同时晶胞参数逐渐减小,表面积和孔容则随之增大.在相同的实验条件下,所制CsxH3-xPW12O40均呈现出较高的催化活性:在Cs3PW12O40催化作用下,苯甲酸的收率达到72%,而其他催化剂作用下达到76%,均优于H3PW12O40的催化活性(71%).  相似文献

利用常规合成方法合成了2个由2,2′-联咪唑修饰的Keggin型多金属氧酸盐有机-无机杂化化合物:[H3(biim)2](C4H8O2)2[PW12O40].11H2O(1)和[H3(biim)2](C4H8O2)3[PMo12O40].3H2O(2)(H2biim=2,2′-联咪唑),并通过单晶X射线衍射、元素分析、IR光谱和电化学分析等进行了表征.结构分析表明化合物1属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,化合物2属于正交晶系,Pbca空间群.分子间通过静电引力作用和氢键作用形成了三维超分子网状结构.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
