亚微米阵列薄膜是以微/纳米尺寸的管、柱、弹簧等为基本单元,在同一平面内周期排列构筑的薄膜结构(厚度100 nm–1?m).亚微米阵列薄膜是人工合成的新型材料,需要依靠实验、理论和数值分析技术得到材料参数.由于亚微米阵列薄膜的几何微尺度,其固有频率达到MHz量级.本文提出了一种基于激光技术的非接触式振动测试方法,由振动特性确定了亚微米阵列薄膜弹性参数.  相似文献

采用液相沉积法在Al板上制备了TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜,并在不同温度下进行了热处理.用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:未经过热处理的TiO2薄膜的晶体结构是非晶态的;在400℃的空气中焙烧2h,薄膜出现锐钛矿相;650℃空气中焙烧2h后,薄膜仍然保持着良好的管状结构.薄膜中Al2O3的存在,抑制了TiO2晶粒的长大,提高了薄膜的热稳定性.  相似文献

水热法制备氧化锌纳米棒阵列的生长动力学研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用低温水热方法,在经预先修饰的基底上制备出取向高度一致的ZnO纳米棒阵列.用SEM和XRD等手段对制备的纳米棒阵列进行了表征.ZnO纳米棒阵列水热生长动力学表明:当生长时间在8 h内时,纳米棒的生长速度较快,之后纳米棒的生长近乎停止,棒的长度和直径基本不再改变.在生长速度较快的8 h内时,纳米棒的径向生长由两个明显的动力学过程组成,即由生长时间在1.5 h内的快速生长步骤和随后的慢速生长步骤组成;纳米棒的长度以约5.5 nm·min-1的生长速度增加至2.4 μm.  相似文献

该文报道了基于石墨烯/聚苯胺纳米线阵列自支撑薄膜的柔性超级电容器.首先通过抽滤方法制备了柔性的石墨烯自支撑薄膜,然后在石墨烯薄膜表面原位生长聚苯胺纳米线阵列,得到了石墨烯/聚苯胺纳米线阵列柔性复合薄膜.同时,基于该柔性薄膜组装出三明治结构的柔性超级电容,并测试了其电化学性能.结果表明复合的薄膜具有优异的比电容(278Fg?1)和循环稳定性(循环8000次,容量保持80%).  相似文献

在移动掩模光刻技术的基础上,本文提出一种可用于成像系统的高矢高透镜阵列制备的二次光刻方法。二次光刻分别用于减小抗蚀剂表面粗糙度和借助移动掩模光刻制备高矢高透镜阵列。通过这种方法,我们成功制备了矢高254 mm的透镜阵列。透镜矢高约为传统移动掩模光刻技术制备透镜阵列矢高的二倍。进而,制备的透镜阵列被用于集成成像系统,获得了高质量的三维图像。这一结果很好的证明了该种二次光刻方法可用于成像系统高矢高透镜阵列的制备,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

A new method designated cDNA array was developed by hybridization of quantitatively arrayed DNA samples isolated randomly from a cDNA library with probes reverse-transcribed from mRNAs of different sources or treatments. The gene expression patterns of 1 000 randomly chosen clones from an Arabidopsis library were analyzed with green seedlings versus suspension cells and seedlings irradiated under UV light. Northern blot and sequence analysis of some differentially expressed clones confirmed the results revealed by cDNA array, indicating that this method is efficient and reliable to monitor gene expression.  相似文献

基于二维阵列的三维成像在实现上具有阵元多、通道数多、系统复杂、回波信号弱等困难。从阵列探头的设计着手,分析了时间空间信号在离散有限长窗函数下的行为特点,推导出阵列探头设计的一般规则;在此基础上,利用脉冲回波场理论,通过计算机模拟,设计了8×8二维阵列探头,并利用该阵列实现了相控阵超声三维体数据的扫查和显示。实验表明,该系统和阵列探头具有良好的性能,扫查所得人工缺陷的三维超声图像提供了很好的轮廓、走向等信息。  相似文献

For communication in extremely noisy environments, close-talking microphone arrays are useful. Differential microphone array systems possessing excellent nearfield directivity and strong farfield-noise reduction capability are very suitable for close-talking situations. In order to improve the focusing effect at the desired bearing in the nearfield, we propose a novel self-steering system of close-talking arrays with the first-order differential sub-arrays in this paper. Calculations of directivity patterns and directivity factors show that when a kind of optimized beamforming technique is adopted even small arrays with a focusing configuration will exhibit a satisfactory nearfield directivity which is electronically steerable within a specific range. The superiority of the proposed array system is verified by experiments with real acoustic data.  相似文献

设计了一种具有复合功能的环形结构的多极子声波测井辐射器。基本方法是由多个作弯曲振动的压电振子构成了圆弧阵辐射器,通过改变圆弧阵上压电振子的组合方式和振动相位,使该圆弧阵成为单极子源、偶极子源和四极子声源。在实验室的消声水池内对多极子声波测井辐射器的单极子、偶极子和四极子声源的频率特征和指向性等参数进行了测量。实验结果表明,在不同组合和激励条件下,圆弧阵具有声波测井的单极子、偶极子和四极子声源的辐射特征。采用该声波辐射器可以缩短多极子声波测井仪器的长度、简化多极子声波测井波形处理步骤和提高声波测井质量。  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备BaTiO3薄膜,介绍了Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底及BaTiO3薄膜的制备工艺过程,对薄膜的表面形貌进行了观察分析,同时对其介电与频率关系进行了测试.结论显示,经900℃、120min退火处理的BaTiO3薄膜的结晶性能优良,并具有一定的电学性能.  相似文献

构建了二维阵列侧向测井多参数反演算法 .建立了侵入过渡带地层模型 ,该模型把径向地层分为井眼、冲洗带、过渡带和原状地层 ,其中过渡带的电阻率线性变化 ,可以较好地描述真实侵入过程的特性 .用修正阻尼最小二乘法对模型中的冲洗带电阻率、原状地层电阻率、冲洗带半径和过渡带半径 4个参数进行了反演计算 .结果表明 ,与传统阶跃模型相比 ,基于侵入过渡带地层模型的反演算法具有较好的稳定性和收敛性 ,减小了解对初值的依赖性 ,抑制了解的分布范围 ,增加了反演结果的可信度  相似文献

In this study, ZnO nanotube and nanorod array films were respectively synthesized directly on F-doped SnO2 glass substrate (FTO) using a direct electrodeposition from a simple aqueous zinc salt solution. The effects of potential value, electro-deposition mode and solution stirring speed on the product morphology were investigated. Controlling the reaction under poten-tiostatic condition of -0.7 V at stirring speed of 300 r/min, large-scale nanotube arrays perpendicular to the substrate can be synthesized at a low temperature of 70 ℃. By varying the reaction parameters, we can also obtain ZnO nanorod arrays. The results of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy have been provided to characterize the structure and morphology of the nanotube and nanorod arrays. Experiment results show that the as-obtained ZnO has a single crystalline structure and c-axis oriented direction. The room-temperature photolu-minescence spectrum of the ZnO nanotube array film displayed its high crystal property available as a photonic material. Electrodeposition is an effective method to prepare ZnO nanotube array films in quantity.  相似文献

采用放电等离子烧结技术制备TiB2陶瓷,研究了烧结温度对TiB2陶瓷烧结致密化的影响。在1 700℃,保温仅5 min,加压30 MPa,即可获得相对密度达99%以上的致密TiB2烧结体。扫描电镜分析表明:烧结体晶粒细小,组织均匀;晶粒随烧结温度的提高而缓慢长大。1 700℃时,块体的显微硬度值达到32 GPa。  相似文献
