磷钼杂多酸光度法测定半胱氨酸   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
报道了一种简便和灵敏的半胱氨酸含量测定的新方法.利用半胱氨酸的还原性将磷钼杂多酸还原成磷钼杂多蓝,在710 nm最大吸收波长处测其吸光度,吸光度与半胱氨酸的浓度在0.4~16.0mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 0,方法检测限为0.2 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD=0.91%,回收率为98.5%~102.9%.该法应用于牛乳清样品中半胱氨酸含量的直接测定,结果满意.  相似文献

本文对钢铁中铋磷钼蓝光度法测定磷的主要显色条件进行了试验.钢铁分析中铋磷钼蓝多在硝酸介质中显色[1,2],显色快,但稳定时间较短,显色液从蓝色逐渐变为蓝绿色.针对铋磷钼蓝在硝酸介质显色的不足,本试验对铋磷钼蓝的显色条件进行了研究,确定了在硫酸介质中的分析方法.所拟订的方法操作简便,稳定性和测量精度明显好于硝酸介质.方法应用于碳钢、低合金钢、铸铁、硅铁等标准样品磷的定量分析和日常分析,取得满意的结果.  相似文献

为建立一种更准确的检测饮用水中痕量磷的方法,从标准曲线样液点质量浓度、显色剂的配制、孔雀绿的溶解过程、表面活性剂的用量以及最大吸光度的波长等方面对孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法进行了改进,结果表明,采用改进后的孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法,具有灵敏度高、精密度好、络合物稳定时间长,尤其在磷质量浓度为1~10g/L范围内与原方法相比优势更明显,适合饮用水中痕量磷的检测.  相似文献

矿物中低含量磷的测定前人做了大量工作.利用锑(Ⅲ)与磷(Ⅴ)和钼(Ⅵ)形成三元杂多酸(亦称三元络合物),用抗坏血酸等还原剂还原后形成磷锑铝杂多篮藉以进行分光光度法测定,较以前的方法有所改进.但仍然存在一些不足之处,主要是受气温影响大.温度低了三元杂多蓝的溶解度迅速变小,生成絮状沉淀,影响分析工作的正常进行.本文研究了加入溶剂丙酮以加速显色和增大三元杂多蓝的溶解度,从而提高了显色的速度和有色物质的稳定性,收到了满意的效果;同时还研究了三元杂多蓝的组成以及显色剂的选择.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶水热晶化合成法,以钼和磷作为骨架原子合成出一种新型磷钼酸盐微孔晶体化合物,使名为MP-C(MP代表磷钼酸盐,C代表中国),单晶结构研究表明标题化合物具有层状结构,结构基元是磷氧四面体和钼氧八面体以氧桥形式连成的多元孔系,层间以氢键相连,晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,最终偏离因子R=0.028。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
