Molecular rotations of polyhydroxycyclohexanes in relation to their structures

Synthesis of marinobufagin and marinobufotoxin from telecinobufagin

Zusammenfassung Telecinobufagin (I) wurde in Marinobufagin (IVa) und in Marinobufotoxin (V) übergeführt. Hauptreaktionsschritte: Umsetzung des Olefins II zum Halohydrin III mit anschliessender Epoxydierung (IIIIVa). Das so erhaltene Marinobufagin (IVa) wurde mit Arginin-monohydrochlorid unter Verwendung der MCA-Technik zu Marinobufotoxin (V) kondensiert.

Zusammenfassung Die erste Synthese eines Steroid-Analogen, in welchem Ring A zu einem Pyrimidin umgewandelt wurde, wird beschrieben. Die wichtigste Zwischenstufe 4b wurde durch Abbau von 19-nor-Testosteron gewonnen. Kondensation von 4b mit Thioharnstoff führte zu 17-Acetoxy-2,4-diazaestr-4-en-1-on-3-thion (5).

Über die erstmalige Darstellung von Steroidpeptiden wird berichtet. Als Beispiele werden die Synthesen der beiden geschützten Steroidpeptide III und IV beschrieben.

Über die Reaktion des 5,5-Diphenylglykocyamidins und seiner N-Alkylderivate mit Ammoniak und Aminen

Summary 5,5-Diphenylglycocyamidines bearing an alkyl group in position 3 are partly rearranged to the corresponding N²-alkyl derivatives on heating with alcoholic ammonia in the presence of ammonium acetate. Prolonged heating with ammonium acetate leads to N-dealkylation both of N³- and N²-alkyl derivatives. 5,5-Diphenylglycocyamidine in turn is mono- or dialkylated at N² on heating with the acetates of primary and secondary amines respectively. A mechanism for these reactions is proposed.

Conformation and toxicity of amanitins

Zusammenfassung Die Cottoneffekte der Amanitine konnten dem Indolteil bzw. den Amidgruppen des Molekühls zugeordnet werden. Das untoxische Amanullin besitzt die gleiche Konformation wie die toxischen Peptide, das untoxische Aldoamanitin dagegen eine andere. Die absolute Konfiguration der Sulfoxidgruppe der Amatoxine ist identisch mit der des toxischen Phalloidinsulfoxids.

Zusammenfassung Der Einfluss von Methylsubstituenten, sowie von zusätzlich anellierten Ringen auf die Amplitude der Rotationsdispersionskurve vontrans-Dekalon (1) undtrans-Dekalon (2) wird durch Analyse eines umfangreichen Tatsachenmaterials ermittelt. Die in tabellarischer Form zusammengestellten, für den jeweiligen Substitutionstyp charakteristischen Beiträge verhalten sich in erster Näherung additiv und können deshalb zur Überprüfung von Strukturen, Konfigurationen und Konstellationen herangezogen werden.

The reaction oftrans-decahydroquinoline with molecular oxygen

Zusammenfassung Dem phenolischen Oxydationsprodukt, das beim Durchleiten von Sauerstoff durch geschmolzenestrans-Dekahydrochinolin entsteht, wird auf Grund der Analyse und spektrophotometrischen Daten die Konstitution III eines 3-Oxy-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydrochinolins beigelegt. Seine Entstehung erfolgt wahrscheinlich über das gleichfalls gebildete 5, 6, 7, 8-Tetrahydrochinolin.
