镁铝水滑石的合成及其表征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了探讨镁铝水滑石的合成条件,采用共沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石。对比确定了最佳反应温度和利于离子交换的NaOH沉淀剂。在19、40和75℃晶化温度下制备3种水滑石,利用XRD和SEM对制备的镁铝水滑石进行分析。结果表明,75℃下制备出的水滑石结晶度较高,物相纯净,并具有典型层状结构,为进一步研究聚合物基水滑石复合材料奠定了基础。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了Zn/Al和Mg/Al两种水滑石.研究了煅烧温度、金属摩尔比、磷初始浓度等对水滑石去除磷的影响以及水滑石的安全性能,用XRD、FTIR和Zeta电位对水滑石进行表征,并对除磷过程进行动力学拟合.研究结果表明,Mg/Al水滑石对磷的去除效果好于Zn/Al水滑石,煅烧有利于水滑石的吸附,水滑石对磷的吸附过程存在化学吸附.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了Mg/Al、Co/Mg/Al、Co/Mg/Al/Ni等类水滑石样品.应用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、热重-差热分析(DSC)及比表面积测定(BET)等方法对所制备的类水滑石样品进行了检测和分析.实验结果表明,合成的水滑石(HT)及类水滑石(HTLCs)具有水滑石的特征衍射峰,且其混合氧化物样品的比表面与水滑石的比表面相近,说明合成的化合物基本具备水滑石的性质.  相似文献

本文研究了直接用表面带正电荷的黏土矿物水滑石进行除藻。通过共沉淀法,制备了不同物质的量之比的Mg/Al水滑石和Zn/Al水滑石,将两种材料进行去除铜绿微囊藻的实验研究。结果表明,金属物质的量之比为3的水滑石除藻效果优于其他条件的水滑石;利用金属物质的量之比为3的Mg/Al水滑石和Zn/Al水滑石对不同浓度铜绿微囊藻进行去除实验,发现Mg/Al水滑石除藻效果优于Zn/Al水滑石,对高浓度和低浓度铜绿微囊藻都具有良好的去除效果。最后,研究了Mg/Al水滑石的水溶性,以及对环境的友好性能,结果发现Mg/Al水滑石水溶性较小,对水体的硬度和铝含量影响不大。  相似文献

利用共沉淀法合成了硝酸根型水滑石(NO3-HT),将其与对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)进行离子交换,制备对苯乙烯磺酸钠修饰的水滑石(SSS-HT)。用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)对水滑石的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,经对苯乙烯磺酸钠修饰后的水滑石层间距由硝酸根型水滑石的0.8 nm扩大到了1.88 nm,对苯乙烯磺酸钠型水滑石的热稳定性有所提高。将其与丁腈橡胶(NBR)混炼,制备水滑石/橡胶复合材料。用红外光谱仪、硫化仪、万能测试仪及热重分析仪对其结构与性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:随着水滑石含量的增加,NBR/水滑石复合材料的焦烧时间逐渐缩短,最大小扭矩之差逐渐减小,且经过有机修饰的水滑石变化幅度更大。其次,在保持甚至增加材料拉伸强度的基础上,加入水滑石能显著地提高复合材料的扯断伸长率,且在水滑石含量为5%时最佳;同时水滑石的加入也提高了橡胶的热稳定性。  相似文献

 目前用于除藻的黏土矿物表面带负电荷,需通过改性提高黏土矿物的除藻能力,而改性材料会导致成本增加、产生二次污染等,因此研究了直接用表面带正电荷的黏土矿物进行除藻的可行性。通过共沉淀法制备Mg/Al 水滑石,并用其进行去除铜绿微囊藻的实验研究,探究了吸附剂用量、搅拌时间、铜绿微囊藻初始浓度以及pH 值对Mg/Al 水滑石去除铜绿微囊藻的影响。结果表明,吸附剂用量为1 g/L、搅拌1.5 h、pH=6~11 是Mg/Al 水滑石除藻的最佳条件;Mg/Al 水滑石对质量浓度为0.5~3.0 mg/L的铜绿微囊藻具有较高的去除率。  相似文献

以内蒙古自治区包头市钢铁厂高炉渣为前驱体,采用共沉淀法合成了高炉渣基类水滑石,通过XRD、SEM、BET、BJH、DTA-TG等检测手段对样品进行表征,研究其对磷酸根离子的吸附性能。结果表明:实验合成了片状晶体结构的类水滑石,属于典型的LangmuirⅣ型介孔结构,比表面积为26.14 m2·g-1;所合成类水滑石对磷酸根离子具有较强的吸附性能,吸附符合准二级动力学模型,属于多分子层吸附,是自发吸热过程。其中样品HTlc-2加入量为20 mg时,对25 mL的3 000 mg·L-1磷酸根离子吸附率为90.16%,吸附量可达2 626.91 mg·g-1。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法,以Mg2A1-N0,-LDHs为主体,利用水滑石层问阴离子的可交换性,通过离子交换法合成诺氟沙星柱撑水滑石。讨论了诺氟沙星柱撑水滑石在不同pH值条件下的体外释放效果。采用FT/IR、XRD、SEM技术对产物的结构进行了表征,采用TG-DSC技术对产物的热稳定性进行研究,同时通过紫外一可见分光光度计和片剂四用测定仪检测其体外释放效果。诺氟沙星阴离子被插入水滑石层间,其在pH=8.4时有较好的释放效果。结果表明,水滑石是很好的药物载体。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
