Based on continuous three-year measurements (from 2004 to 2007) of eddy covariance and related environmental factors, envi-ronmental controls on variation in soil respiration (Rs) during non-growing season were explored in a maize agroecosystem in Northeast China. Our results indicated that during non-growing seasons, daily Rs was 1.08–4.08 g CO2 m–2 d–1, and the lowest occurred in late November. The average Rs of non-growing season was 456.06 ± 20.01 g CO2 m–2, accounting for 11% of the gross primary production (GPP) of the growing season. Additionally, at monthly scale, the lowest value of Rs appeared in January or February. From the beginning to the end of non-growing season, daily Rs tended to decrease first, and then increase to the highest. There was a significant quadratic curve relationship between Rs and soil temperature at 10 cm depth when soil temperature was more than 0°C (P<0.001), with the explaining ratio of 38%–70%. When soil water content was more than 0.1 m3 m–3, soil moisture at 10 cm depth was significantly parabolically correlated with Rs (P<0.001), explaining the rate of 18%–60%. Based on all the data of soil temperature of more than 0°C, a better model for Rs was established by coupling soil temperature and moisture, which could explain the rate of up to 53%–79%. Meanwhile, the standard error of regression estimation between the values of prediction and observation for Rs could reach 2.7%–11.8%. Rs in non-growing season can account for 22.4% of Rs in growing season, indicating that it plays a critical role in assessing the carbon budget in maize agroecosystem, Northeast China.  相似文献

In view of the fact that the problem of sorting unsigned permutation by reversal is NP-hard, while the problem of sorting signed permutation by reversal can be solved easily, in this paper, we first transform an unsigned permutation of length n,π (π1 ,… ,πn), into a set S(π) containing 2^n signed permutations, so that the reversal distance of π is equal to the reversal distance of the optimal signed permutation in S(π). Then analyze the structural features of S(π) by creating a directed graph and induce a new computing model of this question. Finally, an improved genetic algorithm for solving the new model is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed model and algorithm is very efficient in practice.  相似文献

Rotation symmetric function was presented by Pieprzyk. The algebraic configuration of rotation symmetric(RotS) function is special. For a Rots n variables function f(x1, x2, …, xn) we have f(ρn^k (x1, x2, …xn))=f(x1, x2, …, xn) for k=0, 1, …, n-1. In this paper, useing probability method we find that when the parameters of RotS function is under circular translation of indices, its walsh spectrum is invariant. Based on field runoff plots observation and sample analysis, the effect of slope gradient on soil organic carbon loss was studied under natural rainfall conditions in loess hilly region. The results showed that with slope gradient increasing (from10° to 30°), the changing trend of soil erosion intensity (A) was A20°〉A30°〉A15°〉A10°〉A25°, suggesting that slope gradient between 20° and 25° was a critical degree ranger to exist. Soil organic carbon loss was mainly influenced by soil erosion intensity, appearing the same trend as did soil erosion intensity with increasing slope gradient. Soil erosion results in organic carbon enrichment in sediment. Average enrichment ratios of five runoff plots varied from 2.27 to 3.74, and decreased with increasing erosion intensity and slope gradient. The decrease of surface runoff and soil erosion is the key to reduce soil organic carbon loss.  相似文献

Carbon nitride films are deposited on Si (001) substrates by reactive dc magnetron sputtering graphite in a pure N2 discharge. The structure of carbon nitride films has been probed using Fourier transformation infrared, near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM), and the hardness has been evaluated in nanoin-dentation experiments. FTIR spectra show that N atoms are bound to sp1, sp2, and sp3 hybridized C atoms. C1s NEXAFS spectra show that the intensity of π* resonance is the lowest for the film grown at substrate temperature TS = 350℃, with a turbostratic-like structure and high hardness, while it is the highest for the film grown at TS = 100℃, with an amorphous structure and low hardness. The correlation between the structure and hardness of carbon nitride films has been discussed.  相似文献

The studies on model systems XAuPH3(X-H,F,Cl,Br,I,CN,CH3)have been carried out by using ab intiol HF and DFT B3LYP methods at pseudopotential and double-zeta LANL2DZ level.The results are compared with those of MP2,The properties of the models.i.e.the atomic net charge populations.the frontier molecular orbitals and nonlinear optical(NLO)properties have been investigated under an applied electric field on the basis of optimized structures.The computational results show that for these models characterized as electron acceptor-metal-electron donor(A-M-D)system,the NLO properties are due to intramolecular charge-transfer interaction between the acceptor and the donor.The more charges transfer gives,the better NLO properties.In the selected model systems,IAuPH3 has the biggest βvec and γof 1184.1942 a.u.and 17341.9214 a.u.,whereas IC6H4PH3^ ,A TYPICAL a-π-D organic conjugated system,has βvec and γof 710.7697 and 11664.1405 a.u.respectively.In comparison.IAuPH3 has significant NLO properties.  相似文献

Carbon isotopic compositions of soil CO2 in rainy season (July) from two natural soil profiles (DHLS & DHS) in the monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest in the Dinghushan Biosphere Reservoir (DBR), South China, are presented. Turnover and origins of soil CO2 are preliminarily discussed in this paper. Results show that the content of soil CO2 varies between 6120 and 18718 ppmv, and increases with increasing depth until 75 cm, and then it declines. In DHLS, soil CO2 δ13C ranges from −24.71‰ to −24.03‰, showing a significant inverse correlation (R2=0.91) with the soil CO2 content in the same layer. According to a model related to soil CO2 δ13C, the soil CO2 is mainly derived from the root respiration (>80%) in DHLS. While in DHS, where soil CO2 ? 13C ranges from −25.19‰ to −22.82‰, soil CO2 is primarily originated from the decomposition of organic matter (51%–94%), excluding the surface layer (20 cm, 90%). Radiocarbon data suggest that the carbon in soil CO2 is modern carbon in both DHLS and DHS. Differences in 14C ages between the “oldest” and “youngest” soil CO2 in DHLS and DHS are 8 months and 14 months, respectively, indicating that soil CO2 in DHLS has a faster turnover rate than that in DHS. The 14C values of soil CO2, which range between 100.0‰ and 107.2‰ and between 102.5‰ and 112.1‰ in DHLS and DHS, respectively, are obviously higher than those of current atmospheric CO2 and SOC in the same layer, suggesting that soil CO2 is likely an important reservoir for Bomb-14C in the atmosphere.  相似文献

随着海底隧道建设、海岸带开发、港湾建设和其他海洋资源的开发,静力触探技术(CPT)作为原位测试技术的一种,在海洋工程地质勘查中发挥着越来越重要的作用。现场进行静力触探试验以及室内试验,分析某海上场址工程中土的物理、力学性质的特点,通过对比分析对土层的抗剪强度、灵敏度和超固结比(OCR)进行评价。CPT测试数据显示当地层发生变化时,锥尖阻力(qc)和孔隙水压力(fs)会发生较大变化。对于较硬的黏土层,静力触探结果可能出现较大误差,土性参数评价时需要予以剔除。使用CPT测试数据对该场址地基土不排水抗剪强度、灵敏度和超固结比(OCR)进行评价时,其各自参数分别为:Nkt取15,Ns取6以及k值取0.3时,CPT测得不排水抗剪强度、灵敏度和超固结比与室内试验吻合较好。  相似文献

The ATP in roots and xylem sap of two woody plant species, Platycladus orientalis and Acacia auriculiformis, subjected to rapid and slow soil drying has been determined employing firefly luciferase ATP assay method (sensitivity is at 10-12 mol ATP L-1). The ATP levels in the two species were 1.6 nmol·gDW-1 and 0.6 nmol·gDW-1 in roots, and 5.6 μmol·m-3 and 8 μmol ·m-3 in xylem sap, respectively. When plants of P. orientalis and A. auriculiformis were subjected to rapid soil drying, respectively, as soil water content (SWC) decreased from the normal level ( 0. 25 g ·gDW-1) to 0. 02 and 0. 06 g ·gDW-1, separately, plant water potential ( ) dropped to -4 and -3.2 MPa, differently, the ATP in roots decreased 99.7% and 42%, respectively . When the rapidly dried soil was watered for up to 6 d, SWC and were found to recover to their normal levels, but ATP content in roots of P. orientalis and A. auriculiformis recovered by 10% and 23%, respectively. When plants of P. orientalis and A. auriculiformis were subjected to slow soil drying, respectively, as SWC was found to decrease from the normal level to 0.1 and 0.13 g·gDW-1, separately, dropped to - 2.5 and - 2 MPa, differently, the ATP content in roots decreased 98% and 38%, respectively. When the slowly dried soil was watered for up to 8 d, ATP levels in roots of P. orientalis and A, auriculiformis recovered by 30% and 24%, respectively. However, ATP concentrations in xylem sap were not directly influenced by either SWC or . The plot dots of xylem sap ATP concentration versus root ATP content were found to be distributed diagonally. It is concluded that ATP in roots is more sensitive in response to SWC changes than that to and root-sourced ATP is a source of that in xylem sap. When plants are subjected to slow soil drying, the ATP levels in both root and xylem sap are higher than that to rapid soil drying.  相似文献

以黑河流域湿地、农田、草地、柽柳、胡杨林、混合林生态系统为研究对象,结合气象因子(净辐射、温度、土壤热通量、风速、相对湿度、土壤体积含水率),分别采用多元线性回归(MLR)、决策树(CART)、随机森林(RF)、支持向量回归(SVR)、BP人工神经网络(BPANN)、深度学习(DL)等方法对蒸散量进行插补。结果表明:(a)RF、SVR、BPANN、DL在各个生态系统的蒸散量插补精度均较高(R2 = 0.8~0.93,RMSE=21.730~41.731 W/m2,MAE=12.153~26.129 W/m2),但SVR在柽柳、混合林生态系统的结果稍差于其他3种方法(R2降低了0.01~0.02),MLR插补精度最差(R2 =0.6~0.7),CART结果介于之间(R2 = 0.78~0.9)。(b)加入土壤体积含水率能一定程度提升模型插补的精度(R2提高了0.01~0.06)。(c)利用建立的插补模型去插补其他年份的蒸散量,发现其精度有不同程度的下降。综合考虑模型的精度和稳定性,RF、BPANN、DL对于蒸散量的插补具有较高的精度,同时加入土壤体积含水率可以提高模型插补的精度。  相似文献

通过对我国各地膨胀土的颗粒分析资料的研究,发现膨胀土的颗粒分布具有分形特征,其分维介于2.0 ̄3.0之间,不同成因的膨胀土颗粒分布的分维不同,为研究膨胀土的成就提供了一个新的定量的方法。文中首次运用一个新方法来确定膨胀土的孔隙表面的分维,在平均曲率半径介于2 ̄100μm范围内,饱和膨胀土的新方法来确定膨胀土的分维,在平均曲率半径介于2 ̄100μm范围内,饱和膨胀土的孔隙表面的分维为2.67,而于膨  相似文献

The superstatistics concept is a useful statistical method to describe inhomogeneous complex systems for which a system parameter βfluctuatesonalargespatio-temporal scale. Inthispaper weanalyze ameasuredtimeseriesofwindspeed fluctuationsandextract the superstatistical distribution function f(β) directly from the data. Three suborder soils in southwest China were adopted, namely Ustic Vertisol, Stagnic Anthrosol and Ustic Ferrosol, so as to carry out the basic physical and chemical analysis respectively, to design a dynamic measuring method for water stability of soil structure and conduct the comparative study on the quality of the soil structure. The results indicated that (1) The water stability dynamic characteristic of the soil structure could well reflect the maintaining capability of the soil structure as time goes on. (2) The quality of several soil structures in southwest China was sequenced as follows: Stagnic Anthrosols 〉 Ustic Vertisols 〉 Ustic Ferrosols. (3) The water stability of soil structure is very positively correlated with the capillary porosity and the clay particle (D 〈 0.002 mm) content (Co), but is very negatively correlated with the silt (D is 0.05-0.002 ram) content (Csc), and (4) The dynamic functional equation of the water stability of soil structure in southwest China was established, so that the water stability characteristics of various soil structures could be quantitatively expressed and the quality of different soil structures can be quantitatively compared from each other.  相似文献

We propose a mean-field Bak-Sneppen (MFBS) model with varying interaction strength. The interaction strength, here denoted by α, specifies the degree of interaction, and varies smoothly between 0 for no interaction and 1 for full interaction (restoring the original BS model).
