当代科学和社会视角下的地理学

地理学长期关注的人类与环境之间的相互关系,以及地球表层重要特征及其空间结构变化,正逐渐成为当代科学和社会的核心议题,直指今天大众和决策者的紧迫关切。然而,社会对地理学的认识还很不充分,以至于在应对环境变化、资源稀缺、发展失衡、国家冲突等重大问题上受到很多限制。因此,很有必要以当代科学和社会的视角来重新认识地理学。笔者以全球变化和可持续发展的新视角,论述了地理学的研究对象、认识途径、核心概念、在科学知识体系中的地位、在满足社会需求中的作用,以及在国家科技发展中的作用。

砷是地球上广泛分布的一种有毒类金属元素,氧化胁迫是其主要毒性. 目前,砷也被证明具有内分泌干扰作用. 本文简要综述了环境砷的人群暴露和代谢情况,总结了砷影响男性精子质量和不育症的流行病学证据,结合动物模型的研究结论,探讨了砷通过氧化胁迫途径干扰激素合成和代谢,进一步引发雄（男）性生殖毒性的机制.
